Abstract

Pengembangan kinerja suatu rumah sakit dapat dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien yang menggunakan jasa kesehatan di rumah sakit. Kepuasan pasien merupakan faktor penting untuk mengevaluasi mutu pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit. Perilaku caring perawat adalah salah satu aspek yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan keperawatan, karena caring merupakan esensi dari keperawatan yang mengandung makna pertanggungjawaban hubungan antara perawat-pasien dan berpengaruh terhadap mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku caring dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan perawat di Poliklinik Mata RSD. dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor Kabupaten Bulungan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, tehnik sampling purposive sampling sebanyak 52 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner perilaku caring perawat dan kepuasan pasien. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien menyatakan perawat mempunyai perilaku caring baik sebanyak 45 responden (86,5%) sedangkan yang menyatakan puas dengan pelayanan perawat sebanyak 42 responden (80,8%), uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa p value 0,00 yang artinya terdapat hubungan perilaku caring dengan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan perawat di Poliklinik mata RSD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor. Diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kemampuan perawat dalam menerapkan perilaku caring tidak hanya di bagian Poliklinik Mata tetapi disetiap bagian di RSD dr.H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung selor untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

Abstract

Meneliti bagaimana Price to Book Value PT. Podomoro Land Tbk dipengaruhi oleh likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas.Perusahaan ini diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data laporan keuangan untuk tahun 2018 - 2021 menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk analisis. Dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), metodologi penelitian kuantitatif diterapkan. Variabel penelitian ditemukan valid dan reliabel berdasarkan hasil analisis outer model. Studi model internal, bagaimanapun, menunjukkan bahwa harga saham PT tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh likuiditas (Current Ratio), profitabilitas (Net Profit Margin), dan solvabilitas (Total Asset Turn Over). Podomoro Land Tbk secara terpisah. Secara bersamaan, harga saham tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi, variabel-variabel lain memberikan dampak terhadap sisa varians harga saham yang tidak dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Profitabilitas Bersih (PBV), yaitu hanya sekitar 31,4%. Hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak, sesuai dengan temuan uji hipotesis.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the personality dynamics of Phil Burbank, the main character in the film The Power of the Dog, through the lens of Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalysis theory on the concept of the tripartite principle of the psyche: id, ego, and superego. The 2021 film The Power of the Dog, written and directed by Jane Campion, and its script were used as the primary data source. This research employed a qualitative method and a psychoanalysis approach to examine how these three components of personality interacted within Phil Burbank. Phil Burbank was portrayed as a dominant masculine figure who harbored deep and complex inner conflicts, based on the categorization of the situation, identified in Phil’s aggressive behaviour and his need to dominate those around him, reflecting unsublimated unconscious drives. The ego was observed in his attempts to conform to social norms and preserve his masculine image despite internal conflict with his desires. The superego was manifested through moral judgments and efforts to uphold internalized morality, shaping his attitudes and worldview. The results indicated that the id was the most dominant structure with eight data, followed by ego with four data, and superego with two data. Concluded from this research was the idea that Phil’s inability to reconcile his desires (id), his social façade (ego), and his moral conscience (superego) led to his self-destruction. This psychological imbalance was reflected in emotional instability, toxic relationships, and ultimately, his death.

Abstract

Prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Sukoharjo pada tahun 2021-2023 tercatat sebesar 7,11%, 8,10%, dan 6,77% secara berturut-turut. Meskipun angka ini telah berada di bawah target nasional sebesar 14% pada tahun 2024, Prevalensi stunting di Kecamatan Nguter sebesar 13,63%. Diperlukan upaya pencegahan stunting melalui isi piringku dan pola asuh balita. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan keterampilan kepada mitra tentang isi piringku dan pola asuh balita yang tepat. Pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari – April 2024 dengan mitra sasaran adalah Kader Kesehatan di desa Plesan. Metode pengabdian antara lain identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, penemuan masalah, persiapan instrumen, pengurusan perijinan, penyuluhan, pendampingan dan praktik serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan peserta memahami materi sosialisasi yang ditunjukkan dengan antusias peserta dalam memberikan pertanyaan terkait materi dan mampu mempraktikkan penyajian menu isi piringku. Kesimpulan yang ditunjukkan yaitu kader kesehatan di desa Plesan memahami konsep isi piringku dan memahami langkah-langkah pencegahan stunting dengan pola asuh yang tepat.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a formative assessment based on the Wordwall website, integrated with Islamic character values, as an interactive learning medium. The assessment not only measures students' cognitive understanding but also instills values of honesty, responsibility, and discipline. The researcher employed the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The resulting interactive assessment was implemented with 32 tenth-grade students of Class X F at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember and validated by experts. The validation results indicated a "Highly Feasible" category, with a score of 90% from the content expert and 86% from the media expert. Additionally, 90% of students gave positive responses, indicating that the assessment is "Highly Engaging" as a medium for formative assessment.

Abstract

Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2018, the percentage of infants aged less than 6 months who get exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is 44.36%, this is a decrease compared to 2017 which is 55.96%. Likewise, based on provincial data, North Sumatra province amounted to 33.33%, and decreased compared to 2017, which was 49.83% (Central Statistics Agency. 2018). Nationally, the coverage of babies receiving exclusive breastfeeding in 2020 was 66.06%. This figure has exceeded the 2020 strategic plan target of 40%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Oketani massage on the prevention of breast milk dams in postpartum mothers in the working area of Tanjung Leidong Health Center, North Labuhan Batu Regency. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a Posttest only with control group design, where the study was divided into 2 groups, namely the intervention group and the control group. The research will be conducted May – July 2022. The population in the study was Mrs. Nifas on the first day in the Tanjung Leidong health center work area which amounted to 26 people for the April-July 2022 period, where the author divided the sample into two groups, 13 people as an intervention group and 13 people into a control group. The data analysis used is the Paired T-Test Sample Test, which is to determine the difference in treatment in two samples / treatment groups with the condition that the data is normally distributed. At the limit of the meaning of statistical calculations p < α= 0.05. The results of the Paired t-test analysis obtained p-value = 0.021 showed that oketani massage in postpartum mothers was effective in preventing breast milk dams. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as one of the complementary therapies in the prevention of breast milk dams.

Abstract

Frozen shoulder (shoulder pain) e.c. Adhesive capsulitis is a condition in which there is inflammation, pain, adhesions and shortening of the joint capsule resulting in limited motion of the shoulder joint. Adhesive capsulitis causes the capsule covering the shoulder joint to shorten and contract and scar tissue forms. This condition is known as adhesive capsulitis which causes pain and stiffness and limits movement. The modalities given to this condition are Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and Exercise Therapy. This research method is an experimental type of research. The research method that will be used is a one group pre-test and post-test design to see the administration of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation with Exercise Therapy on reducing pain and increasing the range of motion of joints in patients with Adhesive Capsular. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sample technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of respondents in this study were 10 respondents. The instrument used in this study was the Musculoskeletal Instrumental Assessment. The results of the hypothesis test were carried out to determine the decrease in pain and increase in the range of motion of the joints in the treatment group using the Wilcoxon signed rank test before treatment. obtained p = 0.004 (p <0.05), while for increasing the scope of joint motion using the Paired Sample Test before treatment obtained an average pain score of 85.00 ± 9.428 after treatment the mean score of pain was 109.50 ± 12.122 in the treatment group analyzed by obtained p=0.000 (p<0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of giving Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation with Exercise Therapy on reducing pain and increasing the range of motion of joints in patients with Capsular Adhesive at Mitra Medika Hospital, Tanjung Mulia, Medan. Abstrak Frozen shoulder (nyeri bahu) e.c. capsulitis adhesiva adalah keaadaan dimana terjadi peradangan, nyeri, perlengketan dan pemendekan kapsul sendi sehingga terjadi keterbatasan gerak sendi bahu. Capsulitis adhesiva menyebabkan kapsul yang membungkus sendi bahu menjadi memendek dan mengerut dan terbentuk jaringan parut. Kondisi ini dikenal sebagai adhesive capsulitis yang menyebabkan nyeri dan kekakuan dan keterbatasan gerak modalitas yang diberikan pada kondisi ini adalah Transcutaneus Electrical Nerve Stimulation dan Terapi Latihan.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian TENS dengan Terapi Latihan terhadap pengurangan nyeri serta meningkatkan lingkup gerak sendi (LGS) pada penderita Capsulitis Adhesiva. Metode Penelitian ini berjenis peneitian Eksperimental. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah one group pre test and post test design untuk melihat pemberian Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation dengan Terapi Latihan terhadap pengurangan nyeri serta peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi pada penderita Capsulitis Adhesive. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ada Teknik Purposive Sample dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 10 responden. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Instrumental Assesment Musculoskeletal. Hasil Uji hipotesis dilakukan untuk mengetahui penurunan nyeri serta peningkatan Lingkup Gerak Sendi pada Kelompok Perlakuan menggunakan Wilcoxon signed rank test sebelum perlakuan didapat nilai skor rerata nyeri 5,90±0,738 setelah perlakuan nilai skor rerata nyeri 2,30±0,483, kelompok perlakuan yang dianalisis dengan didapat p=0,004 (p<0,05), sedangakan untuk pengingkatan Lingkup Gerak Sendi menggunakan Paired Sample Test sebelum perlakuan didapat nilai skor rerata nyeri 85,00±9,428 setelah perlakuan nilai skor rerata nyeri 109,50±12,122 kelompok perlakuan yang dianalisis dengan didapat p=0,000 (p<0,05). Kesimpulannya Adanya pengaruh Pemberian Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation dengan Terapi Latihan terhadap pengurangan nyeri serta peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi pada penderita Capsulitis Adhesive di Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia Medan.
