Abstrak Keterampilan public speaking merupakan kebutuhan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam menghadapi wawancara kerja dan presentasi bisnis. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, siswa SMK Letris Indonesia masih menunjukkan kendala dalam mengkomunikasikan ide secara efektif dan percaya diri. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan public speaking intensif guna meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi, rasa percaya diri, dan kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia profesional. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 1–3 Mei 2025 dengan melibatkan 30 siswa SMK Letris Indonesia yang berlokasi di Villa Bintaro Indah, Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan komprehensif yang menggabungkan penyampaian teori, diskusi interaktif, serta simulasi wawancara kerja dan presentasi bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penguasaan teknik vokal, ekspresi tubuh, serta struktur penyampaian pesan. Siswa juga mampu menyusun dan menyampaikan presentasi bisnis secara meyakinkan, termasuk membentuk personal branding melalui elevator pitch. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta menjadi lebih percaya diri, komunikatif, dan siap tampil secara profesional. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan public speaking terstruktur mampu menjembatani kesenjangan keterampilan komunikasi lulusan SMK, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan mereka memasuki dunia kerja maupun merintis usaha mandiri. Kata kunci: public speaking, siswa SMK, wawancara kerja, presentasi bisnis, personal branding Abstract Public speaking is a crucial skill that vocational high school (SMK) students must master to face job interviews and business presentations. Preliminary observations showed that students at SMK Letris Indonesia still experience difficulties in communicating ideas effectively and confidently. Therefore, this Community Service Program (PKM) was designed to provide intensive public speaking training to enhance communication skills, self-confidence, and professional readiness. The program was held from May 1–3, 2025, involving 30 students of SMK Letris Indonesia located in Villa Bintaro Indah, South Tangerang. The applied method was a comprehensive training approach combining theoretical material, interactive discussions, and simulations of job interviews and business presentations. The results revealed significant improvements in vocal techniques, body language, and message structure. Students successfully delivered persuasive business presentations and built their personal branding through elevator pitches. Evaluations indicated that participants became more confident, communicative, and professionally prepared. This program demonstrates that structured public speaking training can effectively bridge the communication skill gap among vocational graduates and positively impact their readiness for the job market or entrepreneurial endeavors.
