Abstract

Pemenuhan kebutuhan individu dalam organisasi menjadikan pekerjaan memotivasi seseorang menjadi rumit namun penting. Motivasi dimaknai sebagai dorongan yang mendasari kemampuan seseorang dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Tiap orang sangat termotivasi untuk berperilaku dalam cara yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya dan kunci keberhasilan pemimpin terletak pada kemampuan memotivasi anggota organisasi.

Abstract

Organisasi pendidikan sebagai lembaga yang bukan saja besar secara fisik, tetapi juga mengemban misi yang besar dan mulia untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Tentu saja memerlukan manajemen yang professional. Jika kita melihat dari sisi pengelolaan pendidikan, selama ini kurang memerhatikan prinsip efektivitas, efisiensi, dan produktivitas yang menjadi inti dari manajemen. Oleh karena itu pengelolaan pendidikan dengan manajemen yang baik adalah solusi bagi perbaikan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan sehingga tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai secara efektif, efisien dan produktif. Dalam konteks pendidikan, pengertian mutu mencakup input, proses, dan output pendidikan. Input pendidikan adalah segala sesuatu yang harus tersedia karena dibutuhkan untuk berlangsungnya proses. Faktor penyebab rendahnya mutu pendidikan adalah masalah manajemen pengelolaan sekolah yang berkaitan erat dengan peningkatan mutu sekolah. Pada umumnya manajemen sekolah belum mampu menggali secara maksimal seluruh potensi yang ada agar dapat bersinergi dalam mendukung proses kegiatan pembelajaran yang optimal.

Abstract

Talking about characters must have many references. Character as student personality can determine moral quality and behavior for students including in making decision. Therefore, character must be formed in order to prepare students as a generation of hope for the nation and the successor of development in order to have a strong and correct attitude and mindset in the effort to build a nation and himself. Phenomenon shows that students are still weak in character, especially at the elementary school level, so they need serious attention and handling in order to get a comprehensive and systematic problem solving. This is important because the position of the primary school is the first and main gate in laying the foundations of character or morals based on the concept of positive moral values in order to prepare graduates to become whole individuals.

Abstract

Kerukunan merupakan istilah yang dipenuhi oleh muatan makna baik dan damai. Intinya, hidup bersama dalam masyarakat dengan kesatuan hati dan bersepakat untuk tidak menciptakan perselisihan dan pertengkaran. Makna tersebut dijadikan pegangan, maka kerukunan adalah sesuatu yang ideal dan didambakan oleh masyarakat manusia. Kerukunan juga bisa bermakna suatu proses untuk menjadi rukun karena sebelumnya ada ketidak rukunan, serta kemampuan dan kemauan untuk hidup berdampingan dan bersama dengan damai serta tenteram. Pemahaman terkait keluarga beda agama dilandasi dengan pernikahan beda agama dan pindah agama. Pernikahan beda agama adalah suatu pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang memeluk agama dan kepercayaan yang berbeda antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Pernikahan beda agama ini sulit untuk dapat dilangsungkan di negara Indonesia, artinya sulit untuk bisa mendapatkan pengakuan sah di depan hukum. Dengan demikian mendapatkan pengakuan sah menurut negara terkadang salah satu dari pasangan tersebut berpindah agama mengikuti agama pasangannya dan menikah sesuai dengan agama yang dipilih. Akan tetapi setelah pernikahan tersebut mereka kembali ke agama dan kepercayaan mereka masing-masing.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to determine the readiness and ability of the students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program at STAI Al Amin Dompu, in the application of oral da'wah, the obstacles faced by students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program in the application of oral dakwah, as well as knowing the efforts made by students. The Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program in honing its readiness and ability in the application of oral dakwah. The application of the research used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The objects of the research are students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program and supporting sources, namely the lecturers of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program at the Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) in the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program. Dakwah Bil Lisan is a method of da'wah that uses one-way communication in general the congregation is passive. The preaching of oral bill includes lectures, speeches, sermons, religious discussions and so on. The abilities possessed by students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program are considered extraordinary because many of the sixth and eighth semester students are able to apply oral dakwah. Their abilities lead them to readiness to be brave enough to deliver oral dakwah, this is evidenced by the students who apply oral dakwah at religious events, competitions even during Friday sermons. Obstacles faced by students in implementing verbal speech are obstacles from within, namely nervousness which suddenly appears when they want to deliver oral speech messages besides that obstacles arise from mad'u, to overcome these obstacles students make efforts by sharpening His talents and interests include reading more Islamic books, participating in religious discussions and so on.

Abstract

Educational communication is a process of interaction in learning activities, where students can convey ideas both orally and in writing which includes reading, listening, discussion, explaining, writing, interpreting, and evaluating ideas, symbols, terms, and information. Apart from that, the symbol of self-confidence is the most important basic asset in a person to be able to actualize himself. Judging from the process, education is one part of communication and as a process involving two components consisting of humans, namely teachers as communicators and students as communicants. A common reason people join small groups is to learn from others. In general, education takes place in a planned way in the classroom face to face (face to face), because the groups are small and there is communication in the form of group communication but at any time it can turn into interpersonal communication. Based on several descriptions of self-confidence, it can be concluded that self-confidence is a belief and attitude that students have about their abilities and can develop and cultivate themselves in overcoming various kinds of problems, both positive and negative. Likewise, with communication here, it can be concluded that this communication is a process of interaction in learning activities, where later students can convey ideas to one another by reading, listening, and writing

Abstract

This research analyzes the acculturation of Islamic culture with the local Compo Sampari tradition in Nata Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The Compo Sampari tradition is a traditional ceremony that has long been carried out by local people as part of their cultural identity. Meanwhile, the arrival of Islam into the Bima region has brought significant changes in various aspects of social, cultural and religious life. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive methods that prioritize in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation studies. The research results show that cultural acculturation between Islam and the Compo Sampari tradition occurs through a process of harmonious interaction. Although Compo Sampari has strong cultural roots in traditional religion and beliefs, elements of Islamic teachings, especially in terms of prayers, procedures for implementation, and social values have been included in the ritual. For example, the use of Islamic prayer phrases in a series of Compo Sampari processions marks the combination of aspects of Islamic spirituality with local traditions. This tradition is not only a means of maintaining cultural values, but also a means of strengthening relations between citizens in Islamic society.
