Abstract

Tujuan suatu perusahaan dapat direalisasikan tidak hanya tergantung pada kecanggihan mesin, tetapi juga pada sumber daya manusia yang ada. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, baik untuk posisi sebagai pemimpin maupun karyawan produksi untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan hasil maksimal, sehingga perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuannya. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil Uji T menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana t hitung variabel motivasi kerja (X1) adalah 5,913> 1,977 (t tabel). Disiplin kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana t hitung variabel disiplin kerja (X2) adalah 7.267> 1.977 (t tabel). Hasil hasil uji F menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intangible assets, firm size, tax compliance, leverage on transfer pricing. The data analysis uses multiple linear regressions on 12 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015-2019. The results of this study show that intangible assets, firm size, tax compliance, leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on a company’s decision to practice transfer pricing, as well as intangible assets and leverage partially, have a positive and significant effect on transfer pricing. But firm size partly has a negative and significant effect on transfer pricing. Meanwhile, tax compliance has no significant effect on transfer pricing Kata Kunci: intangible assets, firm size, tax compliance, leverage, and transfer pricing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Tanjung Mutiara Perkasa, dengan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian untuk hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The Muslimah Saroll group is a home-based business group that has a lot of sagulung in the city of Batam. The problems faced by the Muslimah Saroll group are low sales levels, as well as weaknesses in the product marketing aspect, especially in the sales distribution channels for their products. This PKM activity aims to increase entrepreneurial expertise and skills. The results of PKM activities for the Saroll Muslim Women Group are in the form of increasing the productivity of the Saroll Muslim Women Group from entrepreneurship training assistance as well as increasing expertise and skills in marketing handicraft products.

Abstract

This entrepreneurship training activity is beneficial for the community at the Islamic Boarding School in Batam City. In general, it is going well, this is shown by: The growing spirit, motivation and creativity of the Islamic Boarding School community to explore potential business ideas and a new business business plan can be prepared which will be developed by Islamic boarding school community. Entrepreneurship training events for the community at Islamic boarding schools in Batam City need to be held again involving more participants with more mature timing taking into account the suitability of the activities of the Islamic boarding school community. This is considering the importance of the entrepreneurial spirit that needs to be fostered in society at this time, to reduce the quite large gap between the number of workforce and the number of employment opportunities

Abstract

Human resources are factors that need to be considered by a company. Human resources are a driving force for running the company and as an asset for the survival of the company, both in the short and long term. All companies must have the same goal, namely to achieve a profit and have a very small risk of loss. In order to achieve that goal, a company must maximize the use of production and non-production factors. From this phenomenon, the title of this study was taken to be investigated more deeply. This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of communication, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Awal Bros Hospital Batam. This type of research uses quantitative research, with primary data conducted by distributing questionnaires to 241 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling method and the data analysis method used was descriptive method, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The data was processed with the help of SPSS version 25, the results showed that the variables of communication, work discipline and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination of 0.415 indicate that the variables of communication, work discipline and work motivation affect employee performance by 41.5% and the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other variables.Abstract.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research methods. The method of data collection used the saturated sampling technique method. This study using SPSS 22. From that the work motivation variable is known to be 0.000 < 0.050 while for the t arithmetic value of 4.239 > t table 1.98447, means that it has a positive effect and significant effect on employee performance, the results of hypothesis testing on the work competence variable are known to be 0.000 < 0.050 while for the t arithmetic value of 4.750 > t table 1.98447, that the work competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the style variable leadership is known to be 0.001 < 0.050 while for the t count value of 3.330 > t table 1.98447 is accepted that has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the assessment of the calculated f value of 77.021 is greater than the f table value of 2.70, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. on the variables of work motivation (X1), work competence (X2) and leadership style (X3) if tested together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y).

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: (1) determine the impact of organizational culture on employee worksatisfaction; and (2) determine the impact of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. assess theimpact of the workplace on employee job satisfaction. (3) assess the impact of employee motivation on worksatisfaction (4) Determine how company culture, work environment, and motivation affect employee jobsatisfaction.This is a quantitative study with a causal research design. The Slovin formula was used to calculatethe sample size, yielding a sample size of 183 persons.In this study, the hypothesis test is a multiple linearregression test.Given the significance value of 0.031<0.05 obtained from the data analysis, it can be inferredthat organizational culture has a considerable impacst on employees jobs satiisfaction. The significance valueof the environmental culture variable was 0.000< 0.05, indicating that environmental culture hat a significanceeffect on employee job satisfaction, while the motivational variable had a significance value of 0.000< 0.05,indicating that motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. With a significant value of0.000< 0.05, it can be inferred that organizational culture, work environment, and motivation all influence PT.Nov Profab's job satisfaction in Batam City

Abstract

Human resources (HR) in an organization should be a worry to further develop performance that can assist the organization with accomplishing its objectives. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work stress on employees either partially or simultaneously at PT Niven Bina Bening in Batam City. The population studied in this study were employees of PT Niven Bina Bening in Batam City, the sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The method of this research is to use a saturated sample technique and is carried out by a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The method used is a quantitative method with causality research. While the data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS tools. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and motivation on employee performance simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the value of tcount is 2.441 (positive value) > ttable 1.98498 and sig from the work environment is 0.016 which is below 0.05 and the value of the motivational variable is tcount 5.272 (positive value) > ttable 1.98498 and sig 0.000 which value is <0.05, while work stress does not simultaneously affect employee performance because from the test the value of tcount is -0.760 (negative value) < ttable 1.98498 and sig 0.449 whose value is > from 0.05. And the value of the F test with a value of Fcount 12.759 and Ftable > 2.698 so that it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted or the variables of work environment, work motivation and work stress have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
