The method of this study is a literature review using data sources based on literature studies from the ScienceDirect, PubMed, and Scholar databases in the last 5 years. The strategy used to find articles using PICO. Keywords according to the topic of the literature review using Boolean (AND, OR, NOT). The results obtained 9 articles that were reviewed. It was found that acupressure therapy at point P6, point KID21, Zu San Li, and point Gong Sun effectively reduced complaints of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women who were carried out routinely. The conclusion from this literature review is that non-pharmacological acupressure therapy effectively reduces complaints of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

Abstract

Oxytocin massage is massage or stimulation of the spine to release oxytocin, causing the breasts to release milk. With oxytocin massage, the mother will feel calm, relaxed, reduce pain, and love her baby, so with this the hormone oxytocin and water Mother's milk comes out quickly. The implementation of oxytocin massage therapy must be carried out effectively in order to get maximum results. Aim of this study was to identify the effectiveness of oxytocin massage therapy on increasing breast milk production in the postpartum period. This study uses a literature review using the PRISMA checklist protocol and evaluation. Search articles using two databases, namely PubMed and Scholar. The oxytocin massage intervention was effective for postpartum maternal patients on the first to third day who had not expelled colostrum or had impaired breast milk production. Oxytocin massage is effective if done twice a day with a duration of 3-5 minutes or for approximately 2-3 minutes with 2-3 massages. The implementation of oxytocin massage therapy can affect the release of colostrum in postpartum mothers. There is a need for development in other studies, including combining oxytocin massage with other non-pharmacological methods in order to further support the increase in breast milk production in the postpartum period.

Purpose: dig deeper into the effect of story telling therapy in reducing anxiety in pre-school aged children who experience hospitalization. Method: the method used in preparing the Literature review uses the PRISMA checklist and PICOS. The secondary data obtained comes from journals with predetermined discussions. Based on the results of a literature search through six databases. Researchers get 342 articles that match the keywords. The researcher then screened based on the title (n= 119), abstract (n= 59) and full text (n= 17) adjusted for inclusion criteria. Result : story telling therapy by means of storytelling which is carried out for three days starting on the first day the child enters the children's room, carried out for 10-20 minutes independently with the assistance of parents. Conclusion: Story telling therapy by telling stories can reduce anxiety, which has an influence on overcoming anxiety caused by hospitalization in preschool-aged children by controlling children's negative thoughts through stories and changing their negative outlook to a positive one through the stories told.

Abstract

Background: Development in children has an impact on future failures. Fine motor development plays an important role in supporting children's skills in various ways. The purpose of this study was to analyze strategies to improve fine motor development in children at Posyandu. Methods: Systematic literature review. The databases used in this research are Science Direct, Google Scholar, and Garuda Journal. An assessment based on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Tools and a screening process using the PRISMA guidelines method resulted in 10 journal articles. Results: The achievement of fine motor development takes longer than gross motor development, so stimulation is needed, one of which is play therapy. Playing for children is an activity that cannot be separated. Playing can improve fine motor skills in children. One of the play therapies that can be done at the Posyandu is play therapy using puzzles, lego, finger painting, montage, papercraft, plasticine, sandplay, music, aromatherapy, playdough, paper, and rice with squeezing, folding and ATIK techniques (Observe, Copy, Work). Playing playdough forms fine motor skills with squeezing techniques, this skill implements hand-eye coordination which is related to cognitive skills. This game is carried out in preschool age children. Conclusions: Stimulation of fine motor development is important in children according to the developmental stage of the child's age. Stimulation can optimize fine motor development in children, and stimulation from an early age can minimize developmental delays in children. Keywords: Fine motor development, playing, children

Abstract

Coronavirus is a cause of infectious diseases. The European Food Safety Association (EFSA), on March 9, 2020, explained that there is no evidence yet to show that food is part of the coronavirus transmission route (of course, when we consume food in the right and clean way standard). Basic Health Research conducted by the Ministry of Health in 2018 shows that few Indonesian citizens are malnourished or suffer from diabetes. This group risks experiencing fatal health problems when attacked by the coronavirus. The aim of this health promotion is that the post-vaccination participants for COVID-19 in the D3 Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Nursing, University of Jember, Lumajang Campus, have a better understanding of consuming healthy food after the COVID-19 vaccination. The service method uses counseling using lectures, question and answer, and demonstrations with X banner and leaflet media for participants after the COVID-19 vaccination, which was carried out on March 17, 2022, taking place at the D3 Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Jember, Lumajang Campus. The results of this community service activity are likely successful. This can be observed in the level of attendance and the activeness of the participants. This activity took place in an orderly and good manner without experiencing significant obstacles. The follow-up that needs to be done is to continue to provide information on healthy food after the COVID-19 vaccination, so that confusing and untrue news can be suppressed so that the people of Indonesia are free of COVID-19, especially the people of Lumajang.

Abstract

Optimal development is the goal that the child is expected to achieve during maturation which can be categorized into 5 domains, one of which is fine motor development. Fine motor development takes longer to achieve than gross motor development so it is necessary to stimulate one of them with a play approach. This study aims to analyze the development of LADO BALA play therapy (playdough Natural ingredients) on fine motor development and anxiety levels in children in the agricultural area. This research is a quasy experiment research with one group pretest-posttest design. The respondents in this study were 78 pre-school children with purposive sampling techniques. The measuring tools used in this study were DDST sheets to assess development and Faces Image Scale (FIS) to assess anxiety. The novelty in this study is that the media used is the result of the development of researchers, namely playdough with natural ingredients, namely wheat flour, salt, food coloring, warm water by utilizing local resources and wisdom in the agronursing area, namely using coconut oil which is safe and beneficial for children's skin health. The data obtained were analyzed with the Wilcoxon signed ranks test to determine the influence between variables. The results of each analysis were obtained namely p = 0.001 which stated that there was an influence of the development of playdough play on fine motor development and anxiety levels in children in the agriculture area. Playing lado bala facilitates children's development through squeezing, shaking, and increasing creativity in children, as well as making children feel happy so as to reduce anxiety in children.Playing ladobala can be one of the stimulations of fine motor development in pre-shool children in the agronursing area and ladobala media can be made by children with parents with easily available and safe materials.
