Abstract

The research aimed to determine the influences of Political Organization  and Organizational Commitment to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB ) (case study on employees of state civil apparatus in the  govermental organization regional units in Boalemo district). This research is causality research  use of quantitative technique. The samples collection is done by using the method probability sampling by taking simple  random sampling methods. The data collected through questionnaires.  Some questionnaires  distributed directly and some others distributed  by online sistem caused by the Covid-19’s effect. The variables research consists of 3 variables are Political Organization ( X1 ) Organizational Commitment ( X2 ) as  an independent variable and Organizational Citizenship  Behavior  (Y) as a dependent variable.  Data analyzed by multiple regression technique using SPSS 20 version software . The research results shown that  Political Organization ( X1) and Organizational Commitment ( X2 ) simultaneously have had a positive impact and significantly to  Organizational Citizenship  Behavior (OCB ). The significance value,s  score  0,000 and also  F count >F table so it can be concluded that the both Political Organization and Organizational Commitment  have influences to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The value of the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) resulting also show that there was strong correlation between the independents variables and dependent variable. Political Organization ( X1 ) partially has not been affecting the Organizational  Citizenship Behavior (Y)  to employees of state civil apparatus in the  govermental organization regional units in Boalemo district.  It can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient that is produced the value of significance  is 0.65> 0,000 and also  T-count wasproduced 0,563> T- table namely 0,454. Organizational Commitment ( X2 ) have a negative effects and significant impact on Citizenship Organizational Behavior (Y). The value of significance amount of 0,000 showed the presence of the influence of the independent variable dependent on variables. The value of the regression coefficient negative show a correlation in  negative ways, it means the higher organizational commitment the more one is low organizational behavior of citizenship, and likewise also on contrary.Keywords: Political Organization, Organisasional Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh politik organisasi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior   (OCB) dengan Studi Kasus pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN ) di Lingkup Satuan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (SOPD) kabupatan Boalemo. Penelitian bersifat  penelitian kausal yaitu penelitian yang bersifat sebab akibat, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  menggunakan metode survey. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Probability Sampling dengan mengambil metode Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner sebagian kuisioner disebarkan secara langsung dan sisanya disebarkan secara online karena terkendala Covid-19.. Variabel penelitian yang terdiri atas 3 variabel yakni 2 variabel bebas yakni Politik Organisasi (X1) dan Komitmen Organisasional (X2) dan 1 variabel terikat yaitu variabel Organisational Citizenship Behavior  (Y). Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data berupa analisis Regresi Linear Berganda (Multiple Analysis Regression)  dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Politik Organisasi (X1) dan Komitmen Organisasional (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) terhadap pegawai ASN dalam lingkup SOPD Kabupaten Boalemo. Nilai signifikansi  yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000 serta nilai fhitung> f tabel sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh kedua variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yang dihasilkan juga menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi yang kuat antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Variabel Politik Organisasi (X1) secara parsial tidak  berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) para pegawai ASN dalam lingkup SOPD Kabupaten Boalemo. Terlihat dari nilai koefisien regresi yang dihasilkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,65> 0,000 dan juga nilai t hitung yang dihasilkan  sebesar 0,563> lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 0,454. Komitmen Organisasional (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). Nilai signifikansi dengan angka 0,000 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Nilai koefisien regresi yang negatif menunjukkan korelasi yang negatif, artinya semakin tinggi Komitmen Organisasional maka akan semakin rendah Organizational Citizenship Behavior dari para pegawai ASN dilingkup Kabupaten Boalemo, dan begitupun sebaliknya.Kata kunci: Politik Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasional, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide references for research on university strategic practice and intellectual intelligence. This research also aims at the current university strategic management situation, starting from the analysis of the relationship between competitive intelligence and university strategic management, discussing strategic analysis and strategic selection in the university's strategic management process. Strategic selection, implementation, and evaluation in four stages of interaction and relation to competitive intelligence. The method used in this study is a critical review of the implementation of strategic management at universities in Indonesia by taking several references from journals, magazines, news, and regulations of the Educational Institution. It was concluded that the strategic management and competitive intelligence on colleges and universities have the interaction and integration relationship, both jointly build conclusions competitive on profit universities, to provide a reference for the study and practice of strategic management of universities and jobs competitive intelligence university.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of e-philanthropy, namely philanthropic activities through digital platforms both in the form of applications and social media, found its best momentum when the Covid-19 outbreak entered Indonesia and became a pandemic that had a huge impact on the Indonesian economy. The implementation of social distancing or physical distancing policies  causes economic activities to be hampered and causes a decrease in people's income. In an effort to synergize with the government to continued to maximized human development activities according to the Indonesian human development paradigm as a whole, namely Indonesian people who are physically healthy and fulfilled the needs of clothing, food and housing and have a healthy and strong mentality, the wider community as one of the stakeholders development can implemented its role. Through philanthropic activities. E-philanthropy through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and WhatApp, as well as Digital Platforms or applications such as Kitabisa,Com, Amal Sholeh.Com, etc are quite important in this regard. Some of the identified forms of e-philanthropy included; (1) Family Philanthropy (18 institutions), (2) Corporate Philanthropy (17 institutions), (3) Religious Philanthropy (30 institutions), (4) Independent Philanthropy (37 institutions), and (5) Media Philanthropy (4 institutions) .As for the role of e-philanthropy in the development of human resources physically and as well as mentally/spiritually, it can be identified based on the e-philanthropy cluster formed based on the principle of the use of funds and their used. The philanthropic clusters are: (1) E-Philanthropy For The Zakat Cluster on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's), (2) E-Philanthropy  Cluster For Indonesian Education, (3) Cluster E-Philanthropy For Residential Urban Areas, (4) E-Philanthropy  Cluster Philanthropy For Food   Nutrition Security, (5) Cluster E-Philanthropy For Health, (6) Cluster E-Philanthropy For Environment Conservation and also (7) Cluster E-Philanthropy For Arts Culture.Keyword : E-Filantrofi, Development, Socia Media, Platform Digital

Abstract

This explanatory research tried to explain influence and causality relationship between variables training , leadership style , and work discipline to the performance of employees. The samples used for data collection in this study amounted to 134 employees and using by the simple random samplingtechnique. Analysis technique used in this research is analysis of multiple regression (multiple regression).The result showed that the training, the leadership style and work discipline simultaneously partially and simultaneously has a positive impact significantly to performance of employee. The determination showed (R2) 0,996 or that is equal 99,6 %. Employee performance. Training, leadership he style and work dicipline also in partially has a positive impact significantly to performance of employee. The study it can be seen that the most dominant variable exacted on employee,s performance is work dicipline.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much the Physical Work Environment (X1), Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) affect, both simultaneously and partially, teachers’ performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Dulupi. This study used quantitative method and the data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire instrument. The analysis techniques used in this study was Path Analysis. From the research results, it was found that the Physical Work Environment and Non-Physical Work Environment simultaneously affected teachers’ performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Dulupi with a value of 0.715 (71.5%). The Fcount showed a result of 14.268 while the Ftable was 3.25 and the probability sig 0.000 < probability ɑ = 0.05. This means that at the 95% confidence level, the Work Environment variable (X), which consists of the Physical Work Environment (X1) and the Non-Physical Work Environment (X2), has a positive and significant effect on Teachers’ Performance (Y). Partially, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance of 0.619 (61.9%), and the non-physical work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance of 0.247 (24.7%).

Abstract

This study aims to determined how much influence Training (X1) and Job Placement (X2) both simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance (Y) at the Office of the Marine and Fisheries Office of Boalemo Regency. Using survey methods, data collection methods using questionnaires to respondents. Analysis using Path Analysis. The results shown that training (X1) and Job Placement (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Office of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in Boalemo Regency of 0.390 (39%). Meanwhile, 0.610 (61%) is influenced by outside variables that are not studied. Training (X1) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.000. Job Placement (X2) partially does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.726.Keywords: Training ; Job Placement;   Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis prospek pengembangan usaha putu jagung aneka rasa di Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis pendapatan, analisis B/C dan BEP. Prosedur penelitian ini terbagi atas beberapa tahap yaitu : 1) persiapan bahan, 2) Pembuatan putu jagung aneka rasa, 3) Pengemasan, 4) Pemasaran, 5) analisis keuntungan dan pendapatan, 6) analisis prospek pengembangan usaha putu jagung aneka rasa. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa usaha Putu Jagung Aneka rasa di Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo menguntungkan, dengan total keuntungan adalah sebesar Rp.64.400,-. Dari besarnya keuntungan yang diperoleh usaha putu jagung berdasarkan perhitungan nilai BEP diperoleh BEP produksi 74,94/kotak, BEP harga Rp. 5.246/kotak, nilai B/C rasio sebesar 0,18, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Prospek usaha Putu Jagung Aneka Rasa di Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo memiliki prospek untuk dikembangkan.

Abstract

Dampak revolusi teknologi menyebabkan konvergensi media yang secara masif mengubah perilaku ibu-ibu milenial, termasuk munculnya selfie dan mengunggah foto atau video pribadi anaknya. Dalam istilah modern ini dikenal dengan praktek sharenting. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemicu keputusan untuk melakukan praktik sharenting dari segi motivasi menurut Abraham Maslow yaitu kebutuhan harga diri dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri. Metode penelitian menggunakan basis penelitian accidental sampling secara online yaitu menelusuri jejak digital calon responden sebelum ditetapkan sebagai responden dan juga dengan melihat siapa yang aktif saat peneliti online. Kesepakatan dengan responden mengirimkan kuesioner online dan wawancara tambahan untuk memperkuat argumen dari data yang diperoleh. Sampel sebanyak 35 responden ditentukan dengan Metode Jenuh. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda, dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan harga diri (X1) dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap praktik sharenting (Y). Hasil uji signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang berarti ada pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap Y. Koefisien determinasi R sebesar 0,987. Sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,974 berarti variabel Praktek Berbagi dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kebutuhan Harga Diri dan variabel Kebutuhan Aktualisasi Diri sebesar 97,4 dan korelasinya sangat kuat. Uji parsial menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Kebutuhan Harga Diri (X1) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,354 dan Kebutuhan Aktualisasi Diri (X2) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,567.
