Abstract

Al-Ittihadiyah is one of the largest and oldest Islamic organizations in Indonesia. Born on January 27, 1935 ago, Al-Ittihadiyah played an important role in the movement of Muslims, both in education, social, da'wah, and politics. Using a qualitatively descriptive approach as well as referring to primary literartur, this paper aims to determine the modernization of Islamic education at AL-Ittihadiyah educational institutions which include objectives, curriculum and education methods Al-Ittihadiyah. In addition, this paper also explains how the role of Al-Ittihadiyah in social, political, economic and religious fields. The results showed that the education institution presence of Al-Ittihadiyah is very influential in the community, it is shown from the many educational institutions Al-Ittihadiyah ranging from public schools, Madrasah, to the college Scattered throughout the archipelago that has produced many alumni and each of them has been instrumental in the midst of society

Abstract

Spanyol merupakan titik barat paling ujung yang ditaklukkan umat Islam, selain itu Spanyol merupakan representasi dari peradaban dunia Barat. Sehingga penaklukannya memiliki level kultural tersendiri. Tulisan ini menjadi lebih penting bahwa ternyata peradaban Islam di Spanyol banyak menghasilkan pencapaian sosial budaya serta kemajuan di bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang sampai hari ini menjadi refrensi peradaban. Betapapun sesungguhnya sejarah juga mencatat bahwa Islam di Spanyol berakhir dengan tragis, bahkan hampir seperti tidak menyisakan apa-apa. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis pustaka, rangkaian paragraf berikut ini akan menguraikan pembahasan pada Dinasti Umayyah di Andalusia, perkembangan peradaban serta kebudayaan Islam yang terjadi di Spanyol, serta kejatuhan dan sebab-sebab berakhirnya pemerintahan Islam di sana.Kata kunci: Sejarah, kejayaan Islam, Islam di Spanyol.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the regeneration of ulama in North Sumatra carried out by pesantren and Pendidikan Kader Ulama (PKU). This research uses the literature study method by collecting written sources in the form of authoritative books and journals. The theory used in this study is the theory put forward by Azyumardi Azra, that the function of pesantren in the past was the transmission and transfer of Islamic sciences, preserving Islamic traditions, and being a place to reproduce ulama. Currently, there seems to have been a shift towards the theory that pesantren can no longer be expected as a forum for cadre ulama, so the alternative solution is to establish an independent clerical cadre institution. The results of this study show that there is currently a scarcity of ulama. Many pesantren that once functioned as appropriate reproducing ulama can no longer be expected because they have been contaminated with the current of modernization. Pesantren can reformulate the curriculum as before and also it can develop Ma'had 'Aly. PKU is an alternative solution that can be used as an effort to regenerate ulama. Then, another important thing is that the mastery of the yellow book for prospective ulama must be strengthened because it is an absolute qualification for ulama. The real contributions from this research are to provide recommendations for pesantren to reinstate their original function, namely producing clerical cadres. Then, the efforts to regenerate ulama must be supported by Islamic mass organizations as a legacy of ulama which are also responsible for establishing clerical regeneration institutions.

Abstract

Interest is a desire that motivates students to take part in learning, interest is very influential on students' goals in the future, in line with this explanation, this research aims to measure the interest interests of Madrasah Tsanawiah students in PAI subjects, both from lessons Aqidah Akhlak, history of Islamic culture, Jurisprudence, and Al-Quran Hadith. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection in this research used a survey method in ten Tsanawiya Madrasahs in the city of Medan with a sample size of 200 people and the data collection method used was Google form. Based on the data that has been collected, the conclusion in this research shows that students' interest in Islamic religious education subjects with the sub-subjects of Aqidah, Morals, Jurisprudence, Islamic Tarekh, and the history of Islamic culture, is very high because it can improve the character of people who are still too lay people of Islam. Apart from that, Islamic religious education subjects can guide and invite people to a better path, then every good action and behavior that is done will result in calm in the life of the world and the end. Creating a peaceful life is very easy, namely by doing good deeds and avoiding the prohibitions of Allah SWT contained in the Koran and Hadith.

Abstract

Kualitas pembelajaran PAUD sangat menentukan kesiapan anak untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan dasar. Namun, dalam praktiknya, lembaga PAUD seperti RA Humayroh masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam hal inovasi manajemen pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran bagaimana inovasi manajemen pembelajaran PAUD untuk mengoptimalkan kesiapan sekolah anak di RA Humayroh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research). Penelitian ini dilakukan di sekolah RA Humayroh Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, pada bulan Desember 2024 sampai bulan Februari 2025. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah RA Humayroh belum berhasil dalam menerapkan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh Kemendikbud yakni kurikulum merdeka yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Untuk mengoptimalkan pendidikan yang berkualitas ada beberapa usaha yang harus dilakukan oleh guru dan juga tenaga ahli yaitu seperti pengembangan kompetensi guru, pengembangan manajemen PAUD, pengembangan kurikulum PAUD serta pengembangan sarana dan prasarana yang akan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran. Inovasi dalam pengelolaan PAUD harus terus ditingkatkan guna memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada anak-anak PAUD. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran yang inovatif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di RA Humayroh dan lembaga PAUD lainnya. Oleh karena itu, disarankan adanya peningkatan kompetensi guru, penguatan manajemen PAUD, pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan, serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung. Inovasi dalam pengelolaan PAUD perlu terus didorong agar mampu memberikan layanan pendidikan yang optimal dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perkembangan anak.
