Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe a poem of "Jarak" by Heri Isnaini by using a semiotics approach. The article is focused on the marking aspect that appears throughout the poem which is analyzed to represent the sense of the meaning. This research is motivated by the author's interest in the contents of the poem which provides an overview of how closely related humans are to death. Only death can separate the two lives with a very secret time. The method uses qualitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique was carried out by: (1) reading poetry, (2) understanding the meaning of every verse in the poetry, (3) analyzing poetry with a semiotics approach, (5) concluding the results of the analysis. The results show that the dominant sign in the poem "Jarak" is index. An index is a sign that gives an idea of the causal relationship between the object. The object used in this poem has a difference in each stanza. Although the object used is different, but has the same meaning, which explains how the relationship humans and death. Death becomes a transfer from the realm of the world to the barzakh realm, which is the realm of separation between the world and the hereafter. Therefore, this poem is highly recommended for all people, old as well as young, to always prepare provisions for worship and good deeds for prepare for life after death.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) study the semiotics of the short story "Call on Early Days" by Yatti Sadeli using the method of semiotic study, and (2) to describe the moral value contained in the short story in the form of social criticism message. the short story "call in the morning" is examined by step; (1) intensive reading of the short story, (2) analyzing with the semiotic study, and (3) analyzing the moral element in the form of social criticism message, then describing it. After going through the study, there is a message of social criticism delivered by Yatti sadeli to the reader.

Abstract

Negotiation itself is actually closely related to the daily lives of students. Negotiations are usually carried out by everyone in their daily lives, because negotiating means trying to reach an agreement, in everything. This study implements the investigation group model in the study of negotiating texts. The research objectives are to 1) describe the results of research in the classroom using the investigation group learning model and 2) to describe student learning outcomes. The research method used is an experimental method with a type of non-equivalent control group. The results showed an increase in students with SPSS calculation results was 0.001, meaning that the resulting data was less than 0.05 significance. This means that the instructor writes negotiating texts using the group investigation model is considered successful.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the mathematical reasoning abilities of students and examine errors in solving system problems of two variable linear equations in class VIII by categorizing students with low, medium and high mathematical reasoning abilities. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a form of test research. The population taken is all private junior high school students in Bandung Regency with a sample of selected VIII-A class students in 30 students of Sulaiman Air Force Middle School. The test instrument provided is in the form of 5 questions. The results showed that reasoning ability in the material system of linear equations was two variables, namely for male students mathematical reasoning ability only reached 57% and in female students mathematical reasoning ability reached 63% of 30 students, so that students' mathematical reasoning ability in class VIII- A Suludan Air Base Space Middle School is male students have lower mathematical reasoning ability compared to female students

Abstract

In this study the authors analyzed the difficulties of students in the process of the ability of mathematical creative thinking skills and to determine student learning interest in each item statement. Based on the analysis, for the material the straight Equation error made by students in working on creative thinking questions is the mastery of the concept of the material resulting in 67.63% of 34 creative students. The question instrument used is a question that has been tested for reliability, validity, differential power and difficulty index has also been validated by an expert validator. The interest in studying junior high school students is only reaching 59.20% in straight line equations. The indicator of student interest in learning gained the smallest percentage of 56.09% so that it influenced other indicators. The research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis to find out in depth the achievement of indicators of creative thinking skills and mathematical learning interest in each item statement. Based on the results of the overall research that the achievement of indicators of the ability to think creatively and the learning interest of students is still low.

Abstract

lembaga pendidikan atau lembaga pendidikan agama, tetapi juga harus mampu menunjukkan kelayakannya sebagai lembaga ekonomi bagi kesejahteraan anak didiknya. Jika pesantren mampu melakukan program kewirausahaan, ekonomi lokal akan menguat. Kompetensi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kewirausahaan menjadi faktor pendorong peningkatan perekonomian melalui pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan sayur di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihya Lembang dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian sekolah. Konsep yang digunakan adalah teori pondok pesantren dan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan satu pengurus pondok pesantren, satu guru, dan tiga santri. Lokasi penelitian adalah Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihya Lembang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, implementasi kewirausahaan telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari penjualan sayuran secara internasional, yang dapat membantu pesantren meningkatkan ekonomi mereka. Selain itu, keberhasilan pelaksanaan ini tidak terlepas dari variabel-variabel yang mendorong kegiatan ini, antara lain keinginan belajar siswa dan motivasi guru. Selain itu, efektivitas pelaksanaannya tergantung pada berbagai unsur lingkungan, yang terpenting adalah keinginan siswa untuk belajar dan motivasi dari guru.
