Abstract

Abstrak Peran Yayasan Lembaga Konsumen Indonesia (YLKI) Dalam Perlindungan Konsumen Di Indonesia adalah mereka harus secara eksklusif mewakili kepentingan-kepentingan konsumen, kemajuan perdagangan akan tidak ada artinya jika diperoleh dengan cara-cara yang merugikan konsumen, mereka harus non profit making dalam profil aktivitasnya, mereka tidak boleh menerima iklan-iklan untuk alasan-alasan komersial apapun dalam publikasi-publikasi mereka, mereka tidak boleh mengizinkan eksploitasi atas informasi dan advis yang mereka berikan kepada konsumen untuk kepentingan perdagangan, mereka tidak boleh mengizinkan kebebasan tindakan dan komentar mereka dan Peran Badan Perlindungan Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK) Dalam Perlindungan Konsumen Di Indonesia adalah menangani perkara konsumen melalui mediasi, konsiliasi, dan arbitrase, membuka konsultasi perlindungan konsumen, mengawasi pencantuman klausul baku, jika ada pelanggaran Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen. BPSK wajib melaporkan kepada penyidik, BPSK wajib menerima pengaduan seacara tertulis ataupun tidak tertulis mengenai berbagai jenis pelanggaran, BPSK bertugas melakulan pemeriksaan perkara dan penelitian terkait masalah perlindungan konsumen,BPSK berhak memanggil pelaku usaha yang diduga melanggar undang-undang perlindungan konsumen, BPSK berhak menghadirkan saksi ahli, saksi atau seorang yang dianggap mengetahui tindak pelanggaran undang- undang perlindungan konsumen, BPSK bisa meminta bantuan penyidik dalam hal mendatangkan saksi, saksi ahli dan pelaku usaha – jika mereka tidak mau memenuhi undangan dari BPSK, memeriksa kebenaran alat bukti untuk tujuan penyelidikan, memastikan ada atau tidaknya kerugian di pihak konsumen, BPSK harus memberitahukan setiap putusan atas pelangaran kepada pelaku usaha, BPSK berhak menjatuhkan sanksi administratif kepada pelaku usaha yang melakukan pelanggaran. BPSK is required to report to investigators, BPSK is required to receive complaints as written or unwritten about various types of violations, BPSK is tasked with carrying out examination of cases and research related to consumer protection issues, BPSK has the right to summon business actors who are suspected of violating the law consumer protection, BPSK has the right to present expert witnesses, witnesses or someone who is deemed aware of violations of the consumer protection law, BPSK can ask investigators for assistance in bringing witnesses, expert witnesses and business actors - if they do not want to fulfill the invitation from BPSK, check the correctness of evidence for the purpose of investigation, ensure the presence or absence of losses on the part of consumers, BPSK must notify every decision on violations to business actors, BPSK has the right to impose administrative sanctions on business actors who commit violations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bentuk dari aspek hukum dalam pelaksanaan administrasi publik di Indonesia adalah kebijakan publik dapat ditinjau tidak hanya secara sosial, politik dan ekonomi tetapi juga yuridis (perundang-undangan). Tujuannya agar penyusunan kebijakan tidak sembarangan atau benar-benar mempertimbangkan dalam menyusun kebijakan akan tidak dianggap melakukan tindakan sewenang-wenang melanggar kewenangan atau mengacuhkan kepentingan publik. Fungsi pemerintah dalam membuat kebijakan dibidang hukum adminstrasi publik yaitu fungsi regeling, membuat produk hukum tertulis yang berisikan materi daya ikat terhadap sebagian atau seluruh penduduk wilayah Negara dan fungsi beschikking, produk hukum yang berupa penetapan yang dibuat oleh pejabat tata usaha Negara. Kata kunci: Aspek Hukum, Administrasi Publik, Pemerintahan. ABSTRACT The form of the legal aspect in the implementation of public administration in Indonesia is that public policy can be reviewed not only socially, politically and economically but also juridically (legislation). The aim is that the formulation of policies is not carelessly or truly considerate in formulating policies that will not be considered as having arbitrarily violated authority or ignored the public interest.The function of the government in making policies in the field of public administration law is the function of regeling, making written legal products containing material binding power to part or all of the population of the State territory and the beschikking function, legal products in the form of decisions made by state administrative officials.

Abstract

The government's participation in the prevention of pornography crimes is cut off the network for making and disseminating pornographic products or pornographic services, including the blocking of pornography through the internet, supervise the making, dissemination and use of pornography and, cooperate and coordinate with various parties, both from within and outside the country, in preventing the creation, dissemination and use of pornography. and the public in the prevention of criminal acts of pornography are reporting violations of this law, filing lawsuits to court, socializing legislation that regulates pornography, and providing guidance to the community on the dangers and impacts of pornography.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The state controls the natural resources but the State does not try to monopolize the natural resources. This is because it will result in commercial government. In order for the government to run well, the State established a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) to exploit the natural wealth for the welfare of the people. The making of this research uses a normative research methodology, namely through the search and analysis of secondary legal materials. The problems that arise are the role of SOEs in the rule of law and the legal position of SOEs in state finance. SOEs in the rule of law play a role in carrying out activities in the economic and trading where the Government can own all or part of the shares or capital in a company. While the legal status of SOEs in state finance is the inclusion of state assets in SOE capital as a result of the separation of state assets as determined in Act Number 19 of 2003 concerning SOEs.
