Abstract

Abstrak Omnibus Law sebagai upaya Pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh rakyat Indonesia dalam perumusan maupun implementasinya harus berimbang dalam tataran efektivitas dan akuntabilitas dengan memperhatikan aspek yuridis, politik, sosiologi dan ekonomi. Kata kunci: Pembangunan Ekonomi, Politik Hukum , Omnibus Law Abstract Omnibus Law, the Government's efforts to improve economic development in Indonesia and improve the welfare of all Indonesian people in its formulation and implementation must be balanced in the level of effectiveness and accountability by taking into account juridical, political, sociological and economic aspects.

Abstract

The government's participation in the prevention of pornography crimes is cut off the network for making and disseminating pornographic products or pornographic services, including the blocking of pornography through the internet, supervise the making, dissemination and use of pornography and, cooperate and coordinate with various parties, both from within and outside the country, in preventing the creation, dissemination and use of pornography. and the public in the prevention of criminal acts of pornography are reporting violations of this law, filing lawsuits to court, socializing legislation that regulates pornography, and providing guidance to the community on the dangers and impacts of pornography.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Electricity theft is a crime in the electricity sector. This crime is rife in Indonesia and can cause losses for PLN as the party selling electricity. In fact, this theft can actually cause state losses, considering that PLN is a state-owned company subsidized by the state. This research is a normative juridical research, which only examines library materials or secondary data, which may include primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Criminal sanctions for theft of electricity are regulated in Law Number 30 of 2009 concerning Electricity, regulated in Article 49 – Article 55 In addition, the sanctions for theft of electricity are listed in Article 362 of Chapter XXII of the Criminal Code

Abstract

ABSTRACT Body shaming is a case that has been going on for quite a long time in the western part of the world. Body shaming also causes individuals who experience it to be more sensitive to the rejection that occurs when we pay more attention to their bodies because they do not conform to the ideal standards of society. Initially, body shaming only became a trend for jokes, but over time it became serious to the point of bringing down or vilifying other people, causing discomfort to the person who was the object of body shaming. The type of research that the author uses is normative juridical, which is a method that focuses on research on library data, or secondary data through legal principles and legal comparisons. Basically, body shaming insults carried out through social media are criminal acts whose perpetrators can be subject to criminal sanctions under Article 27 paragraph (3) jo and Article 45 paragraph (3) of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions ("Law No. ITE”) as amended by Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.

Abstract

Kejahatan dunia maya atau Cyber crime adalah salah satu jenis kejahatan yang paling cepat tumbuh perkembangannya. Kerugian yang ditimbulkan kejahatan ini bagi pihak korban luar biasa berupa kerugian materiil dan immaterial. Namun penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan cyber crime ini sering mengalami kendala dari aspek yuridis, yakni penerapan pasal-pasal yang dapat disangkakan kepada para tersangka. permasalahan dalam tulisan ini adalah bBagaimana Upaya Penanggulangan Cyber Crime dalam perspektif Hukum Pidana. Hukum Pidana di Indonesia baik dalam KUHP maupun undang-undang di luar KUHP digunakan dengan menafsirkan secara ekstensif, pelaku cyber crime di Indonesia diancam dengan pidana penjara dan pidana denda dengan sistem ancaman alternative dari ancaman kumulatif sampai saat iniPengadilan Indonesia hanya menjatuhkan jenis Pidana penjara dan pidana denda terhadap pelaku Cyber Crime dalam RUU KUHP Pidana yang diancamkan adalah Pidana Penjara dan pidana denda yang dirumuskan secara kumulatif
