Abstract

Research problems are planning, implementation, and the results of the application of inquiry methods in learning to write poetry in vocational students. This research is based on the lack of poetry writing skills of vocational students. The study aims to describe how the application of the inquri method in the learning process of writing poetry of vocational students? The method of this research is descriptive method. The research technique is observation and testing. The research subjects were 32 students of Class X Marketing 2. The results of the study are 1) planning the implementation of the inquri method in learning is appropriate, 2) the implementation of the application of the inquri method during learning, carried out by the teacher according to the RPP arranged 3) the results of the application of inquiry methods in referral, the initial test average value 63.21 and the average value the final test is 80.91. There was an increase of 17.7%. In conclusion, the inquiry method is effectively applied in poetry writing skills.

Abstract

Damage to flexible pavement can be caused by asphalt, which has weaknesses due to its low viscosity and resistance to heat, radiation, and oxidation. Furthermore, road damage is also caused by water ingress into the aggregate pores, which typically occurs during rain, when the pavement is traversed before it is sufficiently strong, or because the asphalt does not evenly cover the rock. Therefore, special considerations are needed when designing asphalt mixtures, including improving their quality. One way to do this is by modifying them with additives that are expected to increase the asphalt's bonding energy to the rock. One additive that can reduce peeling damage due to sunburn is Wetfix-Be, a liquid that works to improve the asphalt's bonding properties to the rock. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Wetfix-Be on fly ash filler and cement. This study tested the durability of the HRS-WC mixture and varied soaking times (30 minutes, 24 hours, and 48 hours). Furthermore, Wetfix-Be was added at 0.2%-0.5%. The mixture design varied in asphalt content from 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, and 7%. The method used in this study was the Marshall Test, which examines the stability and flow, as well as the density and pore size of the resulting solid mixture. The test results obtained for cement filler with an optimum asphalt content of 6.5% and an optimum wetfix-be content of 0.31%, while for fly ash filler with an optimum asphalt content of 6.4% and an optimum wetfix-be content of 0.41%. The Residual Strength Index (SIKS) was >80% for both fillers. The fly ash filler achieved higher values than cement after 24 hours (91.8%) and 48 hours (91.39%).

Abstract

In today's digital era, the rapid advancement of communication and information technology compels business actors to stay ahead in order to remain relevant and competitive. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, combining interviews, observations, and documentation to gather data. The implementation of a company profile serves as a strategic tool to communicate the existence and operational dynamics of PT. Media Madani Ultima to the external public. Through this initiative, the company aims to enhance public awareness and foster greater trust among the wider community. The author hopes that the company profile will effectively convey essential information about the company’s work systems and services offered to external stakeholders. Upholding professionalism, loyalty, and integrity, PT. Media Madani Ultima is committed to becoming a trusted source of information for the public, contributing to national development and the advancement of the company.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought great changes in the world of education, especially in the way of shaping students' character. On the one hand, digitalization provides easy access to information, supports innovation, and expands learning opportunities. However, on the other hand, various challenges arise such as the spread of false information, cyberbullying, a decline in communication ethics, and a reduction in direct social interaction. This research aims to explore the role of character education in facing challenges in the digital era. The method used was a literature review by analyzing twenty scientific sources, including SINTA- indexed national journals, international journals, and books relevant to this topic. The findings of the study show that character education is very important in shaping students' responsible attitudes, discipline, integrity, and digital literacy skills. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum through strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile also supports the development of characters that are responsive to technological advances. In addition, the success of character education requires cooperation between schools, homes, and the community to guide students in using technology wisely. That way, character education becomes an important basis in creating a generation that is not only capable of technology, but also has strong morals and ethics in the digital era.
