Abstract

Manajamen Komunikasi merupakan proses yang mewadahi semua anggota organisasi untuk menjalin hubungan dengan baik serta menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif dan efektif. Ketika sebuah organisasi memiliki iklim kerja yang efektif untuk seluruh anggotanya, berarti setiap anggota memiliki kepuasan kerja, sehingga dengan proses ini dapat memotivasi semua anggota untuk bekerja keras dan bekerja cerdas demi mencapai tujuan bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan oleh OSIM Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid melalui manajemen komunikasi untuk menciptakan iklim kerja kondusif-efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif-deskriptif untuk mengungkap fakta dan fenomena yang terjadi dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Manajemen Komunikasi OSIM dalam menjalankan semua komponen pelaksanaan tugas organisasi sangat menunjang keberlangsungan organisasi. Penerapan Manajemen Komunikasi sangat membantu mensukseskan semua program kerja dan berjalan sesuai rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Manajemen Komunikasi juga membentuk alur komunikasi di mana sesama anggota organisasi saling berkoordinasi dan mencari solusi bersama bila terjadi perbedaan pendapat

Abstract

The chemical learning process in the class is very much supported by students' motivation and interest in following the process of learning activities. If students' interests and motivations are lacking, it will affect student learning outcomes. This also became one of the problems that was manifested in Nurul Jadid High School students. Cooperative learning methods Think-Pair-Share (TPS) model is one of the learning methods that can be applied. This research is a class action research (CAR) through the stages of implementation which includes planning, action, observation, evaluation, and reflection. Classroom action research (CAR) aims to find out how to apply the steps of the cooperative learning model TPS so that it can improve the learning outcomes of class XI MIPA.1 SMA Nurul Jadid after the implementation of the TPS model of cooperative learning. The data of the research shows that the learning method of TPS model can improve student learning outcomes of Class XI MIPA.1 Nurul Jadid Senior High School which consists of three main stages, namely: (1) Think; students are asked to think of answers to questions or problems independently given by the teacher, (2) Pair; the teacher asks students to pair up with their classmates, (3) Share; students are asked to discuss the results or answers of their own thinking and then present the results of their answers to all students in the class.

Abstract

The realisation of ‘Merdeka Belajar’ in madrasah is one of the important programmes in improving existential and sustainable education services. Various efforts have been made by the government, such as the implementation of Merdeka Belajar as stated in the Ministry of Education and Culture Decree No. 56 of 2022. This research was conducted at MA Miftahul Ulum Krucil Probolinggo with the aim of: 1) describe the procedural and conceptual models of Merdeka Belajar Management to realise ‘Merdeka Belajar’; 2) describe the results of implementing Merdeka Belajar Management to realise ‘Merdeka Belajar’. The method used in this research is a qualitative study, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum to realise Merdeka Belajar at MA Miftahul Ulum to improve the quality of education by collaborating with various stakeholders, both teachers and students and between teachers. The collaboration technique used is to use the Top Down and Bottom Up patterns, namely breaking down from AKUL (Institutional Curriculum Direction) into programmes from the madrasah and involving regulations from the Ministry of Education and Culture.
