Abstract

Archives have an important role in an agency or company to support administrative processes or activities carried out in the company. If the archives that are owned are not managed properly, it can make it difficult to find the stored information and eventually can hinder the next process. Therefore, archives must be managed properly and properly. This study discusses how to design, implement the system and maintain and document security to avoid damage. Abstract

Kontaminasi mikroba dalam proses pembuatan bibit jamur menjadi tantangan utama bagi petani, dengan tingkat kontaminasi mencapai lebih dari 40%. Kondisi ini membuat banyak petani, termasuk mitra PKT Subur Jaya, bergantung pada pasokan dari daerah lain karena masih menggunakan peralatan sederhana seperti panci presto atau autoclave standar. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan autoclave otomatis yang mampu mengontrol suhu hingga 121°C dan tekanan 1,1 atm bagi petani di PKT Subur Jaya. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan petani dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan produksi bibit, menjaga stabilitas ketersediaan, dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada bibit dari luar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kaji tindak partisipatif mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga pelatihan dan evaluasi. Target kegiatan ini adalah agar petani mampu memproduksi bibit sendiri dengan tingkat kegagalan produksi maksimal 30%.

Abstract

Food preservation is a crucial aspect of the food industry, especially to extend shelf life, maintain quality, and ensure consumption safety. Preservation methods such as pasteurization and sterilization effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganisms without reducing the nutritional value of food. The UPPKA "Rizky Lancar" group in Pongangan Village, Semarang, has developed a business cultivating and processing oyster mushrooms into various products such as satay, meatballs, and nuggets. However, they face several challenges, including short product shelf life, unstable raw material supply, limited processing and packaging technology, and limited marketing reach. To overcome these problems, the Community Partnership Program team provides training and assistance that includes the application of appropriate technology such as a microcontroller-based food sterilization machine to optimally control temperature and pressure. Students are also involved through a student-centered learning model, with contributions in literacy studies, system development, implementation of information technology for marketing, and protection of intellectual property rights and scientific publications. Product diversification efforts are also carried out by developing various innovations in oyster mushroom processing that can be preserved, thus expanding product variations and meeting various consumer preferences. These new products are expected to increase competitiveness in the market and open up wider marketing opportunities. The expected results of this program include increasing the shelf life and quality of processed mushroom products, expanding the range of products through diversification of preserved products, increasing production capacity and efficiency through the use of modern technology, and strengthening marketing strategies based on information technology.

Abstract

The increasing demand for low-cost, compact, and energy-efficient IoT systems has highlighted the limitations of microcontroller units (MCUs) such as the WeMOS D1 Mini, which are constrained by a single analog input pin. This is a major challenge for applications that require multiple analog sensors, such as environmental monitoring or smart agriculture. This paper presents a hardware-based solution using the CD74HC4067 16-channel analog multiplexer to expand the analog input capacity of the WeMOS controller. The system architecture allows multiple sensors to share a single analog input managed by digital control lines. The experimental implementation used six Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensors to evaluate accuracy, latency, and power efficiency. The results show that sensor reading accuracy remains within ±2% deviation, with an average channel switching latency of 42 milliseconds and only a 5% increase in total power consumption compared to a single sensor system. These results confirm that the multiplexing strategy maintains reliable performance while significantly improving scalability without compromising power constraints. The proposed approach provides a robust, low-power, and low-cost method for multi-sensor deployment on constrained MCUs, enabling broader application in resource-constrained IoT systems. Future developments may include cascading multiple multiplexers and integrating wireless data transmission for remote sensing applications.

Abstract

For warehouse management, PT Samwon Busana Indonesia Semarang still uses a manual system until now. For example, operators use computers to summarize the data entered after writing down the fabric requirements on paper and sticking them on the fabric. Likewise, all recording tasks are completed manually when storing and issuing fabrics. This manual recording also has constraints, namely increasing the delay time from when the fabric arrives until it is sent to the production section. Operators often need time to enter data and find a place to store the fabric that will be given to the production section, which causes the process to be delayed and has an impact on several things, such as time and cost. The purpose of this project is to create a barcode-based inventory system that will help the Fabric Department of PT Samwon Busana Indonesia Semarang in recording products, outgoing goods, incoming goods, and stock of goods using the FIFO approach. Inventory of goods at PT Samwon Busana Indonesia Semarang can be managed through the use of a barcode system in the Fabric Department. This system consists of a transaction process for incoming goods that has the potential to increase stock of goods and transactions for outgoing goods that have the potential to reduce stock of goods automatically using the FIFO approach

Abstract

The production of high-quality mushroom seeds is a crucial aspect in supporting the growth of the oyster mushroom industry in Indonesia. The demand for sterile and contamination-free seeds is increasing along with the growth of the mushroom farming sector in various regions. However, the main challenge faced by farmers is the limitation of efficient sterilization technology for growing media, which affects the quality of seedlings and mushroom production yields. The Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) funded by the 2024 Kemenristek Dikti Grant focuses on enhancing the capacity and skills of mushroom farmers in Subur Jaya through the introduction and training in the use of smart autoclaves. The service method includes three main stages: (1) socialization to introduce smart autoclave technology to farmers; (2) training on the operation and maintenance of the smart autoclave; and (3) assistance in the application of technology over several cycles of mushroom seed production. The implementation of the smart autoclave not only enhances the knowledge and skills of the partners but also increases the number of mushroom farmers involved in PKT. Subur Jaya has grown and is no longer dependent on other regions for mushroom seed supplies. The smart autoclave technology that provides temperature and air pressure control according to production needs can reduce microbial growth, thereby minimizing harvest failures by up to 30%. The community service activity was successfully carried out as planned, and the implementation of a smart autoclave improved the quality of mushroom seedlings.

Abstract

The many types of medical devices available at PT. Romora Jaya Pratama makes customers confused in determining which medical device to buy. One of the solutions is to use a recommendation system that can help customers get the medical devices they want with collaborative filtering. This study aims to create a product recommendation system that can provide medical device product recommendations at PT. Romora Jaya Pratama with a collaborative filtering method based on a numerical rating, namely rating 1 which indicates the customer only sees the product and rating 2 indicates the customer buys the product. Collaborative filtering recommendations on PT. Romora Jaya Pratama can provide 3 product recommendations and best seller recommendations based on the most sales data in the current month and year as many as 3 products.

Abstract

Gerakan Terintegrasi Masyarakat Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro (Gerai KOPIMI) yang berada di wilayah Kelurahan Pongangan berdiri pada tahun 2020. Anggota Gerai KOPIMI adalah para pelaku UMKM di wilayah Kelurahan Ponganan. Salah satu UMKM yang ada di Gerai KOPIMI bergerak dibidang produk olahan jamur tiram. Olahan jamur tiram yang diproduksi merupakan olahan segar seperti sate jamur, tongseng jamur, pepes jamur, gulai jamur dan martabak jamur. Model pemasaranya dengan cara membuka warung dan menerima pesanan dari pelanggan serta alat produksi yang digunakan masih sederhana dan menggunakan proses secara manual. Selain itu para pelaku usaha belum saling bersinergi dan terintegrasi sehingga tingkat produktifitas rendah dan kurang efektif. Kendala lain adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan pelaku usaha UMKM dalam melakukan pemasaran dan belum diterapkannya teknologi tepat guna dan teknologi informasi untuk memasarkan produk. Target capaian kegiatan Pengabdian ini bahwa terwujudnya produk olahan beku (frozen food)berbahan dasar jamur tiram. Pelaku Usaha mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk memperluas area pasar menggunakan media online. Selain itu pelaku usaha memiliki blog usaha sendiri yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan transaksi dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan.

Abstract

Microbial contamination in making oyster mushroom planting media is a problem that every mushroom farmer often experiences. The main obstacle experienced by farmers is that the level of contamination in making media is still high, around 20%. This causes mushroom farmers to be reluctant to make their mushroom media (baglog). The application of intelligent machines to control the sterilization process of mushroom media controlled by a microcontroller is expected to overcome the problems experienced by farmers. The training program for making oyster mushroom media is a significant effort to support the growth and development of the oyster mushroom cultivation industry. This abstract summarizes the training program's objectives, methodology, results, and impact in increasing farmers' understanding and skills in producing high-quality media for oyster mushroom cultivation. This program aims to provide in-depth knowledge to participants, starting from mixing the composition of ingredients, the sterilization process, and the process of planting seeds (inoculation) in accordance with media-making standards. Through intensive training, participants learn the latest raw material selection, formulation, sterilization, and media packaging techniques. The training also includes hands-on media-making practice, enabling participants to master the necessary skills. In addition, this training program also allows participants to understand the importance of sustainable practices in oyster mushroom cultivation by integrating ecological aspects in media production. This helps in maintaining environmental balance and supports sustainable industrial growth.
