Abstract

Penggunaan TIK adalah hal yang wajib dilaksanakan di Dalam Era Teknologi dan Informasi Ini. Para guru dan siswa amat penting dalam memahami TIK sehingga tidak kalah dalam persaingan global. Penggunaan media pembelajaran akan sangat membantu dalam keefektifan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Para guru akan lebih mudah mengajar materi, sedangkan siswa lebih mudah memahami sebuah pembahasan. Penggunaan internet di sekolah akan sangat membantu siswa. Siswa dapat melakukan program e-learning, yaitu dapat melakukan pembelajaran jarak-jauh dengan guru. Program e-learning juga memudahkan siswa dalam melakukan hubungan dengan siswa lain yang jauh tempat tinggalnya walaupun berbeda negara domisili. Secara umum media pembelajaran TIK mempunyai kegunaan-kegunaan sebagai berikut: a) memperjelas penyajian pesan agar tidak terlalu bersifat verbalistis (dalam bentuk kata-kata tertulis atau lisan belaka); b) mengatasi keterbatasan ruang, waktu dan daya indera; c) dengan menggunakan media pendidikan secara tepat dan bervariasi dapat diatasi sikap pasif anak didik; d) dengan sifat yang unik pada tiap siswa ditambah lagi dengan lingkungan dan pengalaman yang berbeda, sedangkan kurikulum dan materi pendidikan ditentukan sama untuk setiap siswa, maka guru akan banyak mengalami kesulitan bilamana semuanya itu harus diatasi sendiri. Dengan adanya penggunaan media pembelajaran disekolah, peningkatan mutu pendidikan akan dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Abstract

According to Islamic teachings, human beings are connected to each other, and as such, they naturally require the company of other people. Due to their inherent weakness, humans depend on the support of people around them. Thus, it is not unusual to refer to humans as social beings. This is owing to the fact that humans are beings who will always require the company of other people. This suggests that all Muslims have a duty to uphold friendship, whether it is through familial ties (descendants) or brotherly relationships with other Muslims. It is necessary for non-Muslims to uphold the virtue of mutual respect and appreciation, even if they go about it in various ways. It is hard to establish harmony and peace within a society if its people lack affection, as this always results in arguments, animosity, and ultimately, murder. For this reason, shilaturrahim (engaging with others)—both general and specific—are essential to bringing about the world's peace, harmony, and unification of humanity. Abstract

The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) is one of the government's efforts to increase food security and reduce the burden of expenditure on the poor. However, the effectiveness of the implementation of this program often faces obstacles, especially related to the accuracy of the target and the timeliness of distribution. This study aims to analyze the implementation of BPNT distribution in Gunung Masgitit Village, Cipatat District, West Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the BPNT program is quite effective in terms of good public understanding, reduced expenditure burden, and real benefits felt by Beneficiary Families (KPM). However, problems were found in the accuracy of the target due to suboptimal data updates and delays in the distribution of aid. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need to increase socialization to program implementers, improve distribution infrastructure, and strengthen supervision so that the BPNT program can be more targeted and on time.
