Abstract

This research discusses the importance of a web-based geographic information system (GIS) in supporting the provision of complete and integrated information for elementary schools in Pontianak City District. The goal of this system is to create an interactive and user-friendly platform to present data on school locations, profiles, facilities, and other relevant information. This study uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the technique for system analysis and design, and the waterfall model as the system development approach. The system includes features such as interactive maps, data required to support decision-making regarding elementary schools, comparisons based on criteria, and the integration of geographic data managed through a secure database management system. The research develops and implements a web-based information system designed to map the locations of elementary schools in the area. The results of this study are expected to improve the efficiency of mapping and provide valuable information for the community and stakeholders in planning educational policies, as well as developing a responsive and effective system.

Abstract

With the development of information technology, the employee attendance recording system at Global Graphic Printing is still done manually, which has the potential to cause inaccuracy and lack of detail in the resulting reports. This study aims to develop a responsive web-based attendance system by utilizing QR Code technology, so that it can be accessed directly through each employee's device. The methods applied include system development using the waterfall method and QR Code-based system design integrated with a web platform and MySQL database, allowing real-time attendance recording. In its development, this study uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The attendance system is designed using Android Studio with PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS programming languages. The implementation of this system is expected to reduce manual recording errors, speed up the attendance process, and increase report transparency. Thus, this system has the potential to increase company productivity and create a more organized work environment.

Abstract

This Research aims to develop an administrative system to facilitate the sacrament registration process for baptism candidates by utilizing website. At Gembala Baik Catholic Church in Pontianak, the current administrative system is not well-integrated, making data retrieval for parishioners and baptism candidates time-consuming and leading to complaints about the church’s administrative services. This research employs a qualitative method for data collection and a sequential method for data retrieval. A well-integrated administrative system will provide a strong foundation for the church’s growth and positively impact its services to the congregation. The use of the sequential method in data retrieval offers a faster and ordered data processing without excessive data load.

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, technology can help a company improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness in business. PT QAM's purchasing information system still relies on simple computerization, namely recording, processing, and storing locally. Simple computerization that is implemented has the potential to reduce operational effectiveness in goods requests and goods purchase data collection. This study aims to develop a responsive web-based purchasing information system so that it can be accessed directly by staff through each staff's device, either via mobile phone or via computer. The methods applied in this study include system development using the iterative waterfall model and a web-based integrated system along with the use of the MySQL database as data storage, allowing real-time data collection of goods requests and purchases. In the development of this study, Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling was used. The implementation of this system is expected to be able to record data effectively, store data safely, and facilitate report printing. Thus, this system has the potential to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the company.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi berbasis web dan arsitektur microservices sebagai sarana komunikasi data telah menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat krusial dalam pengembangan sistem informasi modern. Dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi ini, organisasi dapat mengolah dan mengirimkan data secara efisien dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang mampu menyampaikan data registrasi serta pembayaran keanggotaan secara cepat, tepat dan terstruktur dengan metode unicast untuk menunjang kebutuhan operasional Lions Clubs Multiple District 307 (LC MD 307) dalam pengelolaan data anggota serta pembayaran iuran keanggotaan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa data keanggotaan yang dikirimkan baik dari modul registrasi menuju modul pembayaran maupun sebaliknya dapat diterima dan diproses dengan baik menggunakan Apache Kafka sebagai message broker, yang memungkinkan komunikasi komunikasi antar modul yang handal dengan prinsip metode publish-subscribe. Sistem dibangun menggunakan Framework Laravel dengan arsitektur microservices yang memungkinkan manajemen data anggota secara digital dan terintegrasi, otomatisasi verifikasi pembayaran iuran keanggotaan, registrasi peserta kegiatan, serta pelaporan dalam operasional organisasi seperti: data keanggotaan, daftar registrasi serta kehadiran peserta kegiatan secara lebih akurat.

Abstract

Sebagai agen penjualan produk asuransi, CV Berdikari berlokasi di kota Pontianak. Sampai saat ini, mereka masih melakukan kegiatan operasional dan manajemen secara manual karena mereka belum memiliki sistem informasi asuransi. Karena keterbatasan sistem manual CV Berdikari, dirancang dan diimplementasikan sistem informasi asuransi menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 (.NET). Program ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terkait dengan penjualan dan penagihan transaksi asuransi sehingga proses pengolahan data transaksi menjadi lebih mudah, lebih cepat, dan lebih akurat. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk rancangan penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data termasuk wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis sistem berorientasi objek digunakan. Alat pemodelan sistem yang digunakan adalah diagram Unified Modelling Language (UML). Untuk pencarian data yang lebih efisien, metode pencarian sequential digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian dan perancangan sistem yang diusulkan adalah pengembangan sistem informasi untuk manajemen asuransi. Penerapan aplikasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, ketepatan, keakuratan dalam melakukan pengolahan data asuransi, baik di transaksi penjualan dan penagihan sampai pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Sampai saat ini, terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam sistem manual Bengkel Motor XYZ yang mengganggu proses bisnis perusahaan. Kekurangan seperti kesalahan pencatatan dan ketidakakuratan data adalah masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan, yang pasti berdampak pada kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan untuk memutuskan keputusan dalam operasional. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan, dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan sistem yang terjadi di perusahaan sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi. Berdasarkan temuan dalam saat analisa sistem berjalan ini, dirasa perlu perancangan aplikasi sistem informasi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic.NET 2015 dan MySql sebagai basis data. Digunakan juga teknik modeling berbasis objek untuk menganalisis sistem dengan menggambarkan proses kerja sistem penjualan jasa di Bengkel Motor XYZ. Untuk penggambaran sistem yang diusulkan digambarkan dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sehingga dapat dengan baik menjelaskan suatu sistem secara sistematis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu aplikasi yang dapat mengolah data dengan lebih cepat dan akurat, memungkinkan pengguna dapat melakukan pengaksesan informasi yang lebih baik dan sistem juga menyediakan laporan dengan kecepatan yang lebih cepat untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan manajemen perusahaan sehingga sistem informasi ini dapat memberikan layanan yang baik kepada pelanggan dengan menghasilkan informasi yang akurat untuk pengambilan keputusan yang tepat.

Abstract

Data processing system of inventory and sales at the Mini Market Varia Mitra is still done manually by recording the process of inventory and sales transactions and in preparing reports. This can decrease the effectiveness and efficiency which will affect the increase in turnover. Therefore, it is necessary to design an information system of inventory and sales, the presentation of the information required will be more precise and accurate in improving operational performance Mini Market Varia Mitra. Forms of research by the author uses descriptive model, while the data collection methods used were interviews, observation, documentation studies, data analysis techniques with UML (Unified Modeling Language), and the design of systems using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. and Crystal Report 8.5. Results of research conductedat the Mini Market Varia, the authors designed an information system inventory and sales of goods that can process transaction data inventory, sales, purchase returns and sales returns and in preparing reports inventory  and  sales  information  systems  at  the  Mini  Market  Varia  Mitra,  is  expected  to  improve  operational performance in the data processing inventory and sales transactions. In addition, to optimize the proposed system which designed the necessary training to the user who will use the application so it can run properly in accordance with its function. Maka dari itu, perlu dirancang suatu sistem informasi persediaan dan penjualan barang berbasis komputer, sehingga penyajian informasi yang dibutuhkan akan semakin tepat dan akurat dalam meningkatkan kinerja operasional Mini Market Varia Mitra. Bentuk penelitian yang dilakukan penulis menggunakan model deskriptif,sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, studi dokumentasi,teknik analisis data dengan UML (Unified Modelling Language),dan perancangan sistem menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. dan Crystal Report 8.5.   Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis   pada Mini Market Varia Mitra, yaitu penulis merancang suatu sistem informasi persediaan dan penjualan barang yang dapat mengolah data transaksi persediaan, penjualan, retur pembelian dan retur penjualan serta   dalam pembuatan laporan.Perancangan sistem informasi persediaan dan penjualan pada Mini Market Varia Mitra, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja operasional dalam proses pengolahan data transaksi persediaan dan penjualan. Selain itu, untuk mengoptimalkan sistem usulan yang dirancang maka diperlukan pelatihan pada user yang akan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut sehingga dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsinya. Abstract

Today's technology is at the core of every existing industry. Govermant’s office Malapi Putusibau is an industry engaged in Govermenet organisatio. In carrying out the filing of incoming and outgoing mail is still done manually and not computerized. In this paper, the author uses several research methods consisting of several components, namely research design using descriptive research design methods, data collection methods using interviews, observation and literature study, systems analysis techniques and system design techniques using Unified Modeling Language (UML). and application design techniques using the programming language HTML, CSS, javascript, and PHP. Application development using the XAMPP web server and MySQL as database storage. Based on the research conducted, a system of administrative transaction information for incoming and outgoing mail at Govermant’s office Malapi Putusibau was generated. Office is expected to assist in fast, precise and ackantorrate data processing. The conclusion is that the use of computer-based systems can improve service to kantorstomers through increasing company performance. The suggestions that can be given are the need for ackantorracy in entering data, the need for training system users and maintaining hardware and software that support the performance of the proposed system and the need for system evaluation if implemented. Abstract

The conventional sales system at Toko 88 Jungkat has resulted in various issues like slow service, the unavailability of a reporting system, and inaccuracies in sales and inventory data recording. The research method used is the descriptive research method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and literature studies. The applied system analysis and design technique is object-oriented, utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams as the modeling tool. The system design applications use HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, StarUML, MariaDB, and Bootstrap. The proposed online sales system allows customers to access product information instantly, place orders and make payments without queuing, track shipped orders, download order invoices, and request returns. In addition, the admin can manage all transactions, while the admin and the owner can do sales reports, inventory records, and print returns. Computerized sales systems offer more accurate, systematic, and error-minimized results due to the automation provided by the system. It is necessary to have training for website admin positions and further analysis of a larger target market by a selling goods system in large quantities.
