Abstract

ABSTRAK Faizin, Moh. 2015. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran (CTL) Contextual Teaching And Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pasing Bawah Bola Voli Siswa Kelas X SMAN Jogoroto Jombang Tahun Pelajaran 2014-2015. Dosen Pembimbing : Drs. Moedjiono, M.SiKata Kunci : Model CTL mempengaruhi Hasil pada passing bolavoli. Selama ini model yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran bolavoli khususnya passing bawah kurang efektive sehingga kurang menimbulkan minat dalam dalam melakukan pembelajaran bolavoli. Siswa hanya diminta untuk belajar passing bawah sendiri, tanpa diberi contoh cara passing bawah yang benar sehingga mereka tidak mengerti bagaimana cara passing bawah yang baik dan benar. Maka dengan ini siswa memerlukan model pembelajaran yang di dalamnya memperlihatkan tahapan-tahapan dasar seperti yang terdapat dalam model CTL. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai berikut: (1) Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli menggunakan model CTL dan tanpa  menggunakan model CTL (contextual teaching and learning) pada siswa kelas X SMAN Jogoroto Jombang. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan penelitian eksperimen dan design penelitian yang digunakan yaitu desain pretestpostest kelompok kontrol subjek random. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN Jogoroto Jombang. Sedangkan untuk sampel ini peneliti menggunakan siswa kelas X SMAN Jogoroto Jombang sebagai sampel yaitu kelas X MIA-3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIA-1 kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian diperoleh  nilai t hitung untuk kelas eksperimen dengan taraf signifikan 5% atau taraf kepercayaan 95% dan maka berarti diterima ditolak. Dan nilai t hitung untuk kelas kontrol = 3,120 dengan taraf signifikan 5% atau taraf kepercayaan 95% dan maka berarti diterima ditolak. Sedangkan untuk sig (2-tailed) adalah 000. berarti 000. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli siswa antara yang diajar dengan menggunakan model CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) dan tanpa model CTL kelas X SMAN Jogoroto Jombang.2ABSTRACTFaizin, Moh. 2015. Hence herewith educative participant need study model which in it show elementary steps such as those which there are in method of CTL. So this research aim to as follows:  (1) To know result student passing of volleyball use method of CTL educative by participant of class of X in SMAN Jogoroto Jombang, (2) To know comparison of result student passing of volleyball without using method of CTL and do not use method of CTL (tournament game team) at educative by participant of class of X SMAN Jogoroto Jombang. Device which is used in this research is device research of and experiment of design used research that is group pretest-postest desain control random subjek. Population in this research is entire/all educative by participant of X Class of SMAN Jogoroto Jombang. While for this sampel of researcher use educative by participant of class of X class of SMAN Jogoroto Jombang as sampel that is X MIA-2 class as experiment class and X MIA-1 class as control class. Result of research obtained by average value of postest class control 13,176 while experiment class obtained by mean 18,361. Result of research analysed by using uji-t of SPSS. Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology are so fast, capable of dynamically changing the order of human life. Everyone is increasingly dependent on technology in every inch of their activities, including in the realm of education. The use of technology products in the form of internet access and social media has been massively used by millions of people in the world. Learning, which initially only focused on meeting in class and relying only on printed books, is now developing with the presence of a new era, namely digital literacy, including in religious learning. This study aims to photograph the implementation of digital literacy, the use of digital religious resources and their impact on learning in Indonesia and Malaysia. This study is a type of qualitative research with a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Primary data sources come from research journal articles and books that are in accordance with the theme of the discussion while secondary data is used as explanatory data related to the theme. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The findings or results of the research are that digital literacy in Indonesia and Malaysia both utilize information and communication technology media that relies on internet access, websites and social media. Problems are still found in the two countries, namely related to equity, where in some regions or regions they have not been able to reach the internet optimally and certainly have not been able to fully implement digital literacy. Digital religious literacy of students in Indonesia and Malaysia is by utilizing interesting and free-access content and materials available on the internet and social media. Access to religious material in digital space by students has proven to be able to increase understanding of the material.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of the induction method in simple reasoning as an effort to improve critical Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning for the 21st century millennial generation. This induction method is very useful for educators in carrying out the learning process in the classroom, because as we already know, this induction method is a method that focuses on crisis thinking patterns from specific cases to general conclusions and is considered quite relevant for building critical and analytical thinking skills in students. The use of the induction method in PAI learning is able to encourage students to be more active in analyzing religious issues, connecting concepts with real life realities, and building logical and value-based arguments. Apart from that, this method also strengthens the relevance of PAI learning to the challenges and needs of the millennial generation, such as critical thinking, collaboration and the use of technology. Thus, the induction method can be a strategic alternative in developing PAI learning that is more contextual and in line with the demands of the 21st century

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of work-life balance, organizational support, and job stress on employee performance. The study sample consists of 134 individuals who are employed in the Grobogan Regency Regional Secretariat. This study employs a quantitative methodology. The conducted tests encompass validity and reliability assessments, f-tests and determination tests for model evaluation, multiple regression analysis tests, and hypothesis tests performed using SPSS 26. Studies indicate a strong and meaningful correlation between work-life balance, organizational support, work stress, and employee performance. Consequently, when the work-life balance, organizational support, and job stress levels rise, so does employee performance. Abstract

The rapid growth of social media, particularly TikTok, has greatly influenced the lives of teenagers, including junior high school students. TikTok is popular for its creative and entertaining content, yet it also raises concerns regarding students’ morality. This phenomenon is important to study since junior high school students are in the stage of identity formation and are vulnerable to imitating behaviors from the digital environment. This study aims to analyze the impact of TikTok usage on the morality of class VII H students at SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya. A descriptive qualitative method was employed with data collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects included VII H students, the homeroom teacher, parents, and student affairs management. The findings reveal that most students use TikTok for 1–5 hours daily with varied content. Positive impacts include enhanced creativity, entertainment, and additional knowledge. However, more dominant negative effects involve reduced politeness, procrastination, and language style changes. Therefore, the roles of teachers, parents, and schools are crucial in supervising and guiding students to use social media wisely.

Abstract

This article thoroughly examines Imam Al-Ghazali's views on Islamic education and adab, with an emphasis on a holistic framework that combines knowledge, faith, charity, and morals to form an insān kāmil (perfect human being).  Al-Ghazali, a scholar from Tus, Persia, in the 11th century, defined education as a process of moral development and purification of the soul. The main goal of education is to obtain worldly and spiritual happiness. He opposes the educational paradigm of modern philosophers which focuses only on rationality. He emphasized that knowledge without adab is like fire which has no light.Adab is the main pillar of the educational process and helps children learn noble qualities such as patience, humility and honesty. This is implemented from an early age through spiritual practices such as dhikr and muhasabah.  In his great works, such as Iḥyā' 'Ulūm ad-Dīn, Ayyuhal Walad, and Tahāfut al-Falāsifah, Al-Ghazali combines rationalism with Sufism. He opposed the dichotomy between worldly knowledge (such as medicine and mathematics) and the hereafter, claiming that revelation provides a balance to prevent misguidance. His educational methods, based on internalizing values, examples, and ethical discussions, support the role of teachers as moral and spiritual role models and students as ethical learners. This thinking is highly relevant to modern education, especially in Indonesia, where a character-based curriculum is implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture and institutions such as the State Islamic University (UIN) use a holistic approach to address the moral crisis caused by technological advancements. The main challenge lies with educators who lack an understanding of Sufism, which requires intensive training.
