Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) terjadi peningkatan dari 1,1% pada Tahun 2007 menjadi 2,1% pada Tahun 2013. Latihan pada penderita Diabetes Melitus merupakan salah satu penatalaksanaan dasar terapi diabetes melitus yang berguna untuk menstabilkan kadar glukosa darah pada Diabetes Melitus, sehinggga apabila tidak dilakukan secara benar akan meningkatkan komplikasi seperti timbulnya kerusakan organ. Penderita diabetes melitus dikatakan memiliki persepsi yang baik pada penelitian ini, jika pasien merasakan adanya manfaat latihan yang lebih tinggi dari pada adanya hambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi persepsi tentang manfaat dan hambatan latihan pada penderita Diabetes Melitus berdasarkan teori Nolla J. Pender di Poli Klinik Penyakit Dalam RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin Tahun 2014. Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif , Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling, jumlah sampel 93 orang. Instrument yang digunakan kuesioner manfaat dan hambatan latihan dengan menggunakan analisis univariat. Dari hasil penelitian pada 93 orang penderita Diabetes Melitus, untuk persepsi yang positif manfaat latihan yaitu 43 orang (46,2%) , dan persepsi yang negatif manfaat latihan yaitu 50 orang (54%). Kemudian pada hambatan latihan terdapat 50 orang (54%) persepsi yang positif terhadap hambatan latihan, dan 43 orang (46,2%) persepsi yang negatif terhadap hambatan latihan. Direkomendasikan kepada tenaga perawat melakukan promosi kesehatan dengan cara menempel poster dan menyebar leaflet mengenai latihan pada diabetes melitus pada penderita diabetes yang rawat jalan.

Abstract

The UKM of the sasirangan craftsman group in the HST district, apart from being relatively newly developed, was also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic which limited social interaction, thus hampering it. Facing these tough challenges, the craftsmen need a mental business requirement that is rooted in their individual character. The character of an entrepreneur must be possessed by a craftsman to help him survive and develop. Therefore, a training is needed in order to build entrepreneurial character for UKM Sasirangan craftsmen in HST district. The participants felt that this training was too short, so they felt it was unsatisfactory and they wanted to give similar training again. Participants feel they have not been able to fully implement the results of this training. For this reason, feedback has been given, that it is impossible for all of this knowledge to be implemented at once, it takes time to be trained independently and continuously while working (learning by doing) and training only provides provisions for participants to initiate change, and no change will occur if participants do not start it, because the change only occurs by himself. Participants realized that the character of an entrepreneur must be formed intentionally, and the process of internalizing entrepreneurial character takes time to shape a person so that it help them survive and develop.

Abstract

This study aims to test and find out the effectiveness of event marketing in increasing brand awareness of Red Bold cigarettes at PT. Bintang Sayap Utama. The analysis was carried out by sampling techniques through observation and interviews. The resource persons in this study amounted to 11 people, 2 speakers from the company, and 9 direct speakers from the community. The stages of data analysis techniques are researched, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the ineffectiveness of PT. Bintang Sayap Utama in increasing brand awareness of Red Bold cigarettes in Banjarmasin, but has one of the advantages, namely the increase in sales volume after holding an event.
