Abstract

Kurangnya partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran matematka berakibat pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar operasi hitung campuran melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada siswa kelas VI SD. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Siklus I dilakukan dua kali pertemuan dan begitu juga siklus II dilakukan dua kali pertemuan.Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yakni sebanyak  23 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada akhir tindakan siklus I aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 74,07% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90,48%. Selanjutnya, nilai rata-rata kelas hasil tes formatif I mencapai 72,61 (69,57%) kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 77,39(86,96%), sehingga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 17,39%. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa, penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terbukti dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika materi operasi hitung campuran pada siswa kelas VI SD 1 Undaan Tengah Kudus. Disarankan bahwa, pada proses pembelajaran guru harus mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan serta melibatkan aktivitas seluruh siswa.

Abstract

Productivity is an important company element which decreases make it difficult to get targets. PT. Alfa Karsa Persada (PT.AKP) is a service company supporting offshore oil companies such as warehousing and cargo handling in port. Jetty Productivity, which was expected to increase from the 2019-2023, has actually decreased. For this reason, need research variable influences such as competence, motivation and facilities. The research aim 1) does competence partially influence productivity of Jetty PT. AKP. 2) does motivation partially influence the productivity of Jetty PT. AKP. 3) do the facilities partially affect the productivity of Jetty PT. AKP. 4) do competence, motivation and facilities together influence the productivity of Jetty PT. AKP. This research approach uses descriptive quantitative sampling method used saturated sampling with 47 respondents. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research showed that 70.3% of the total independent variables made an effective contribution to the dependent variable, 29.7% by other variables not examined in this research. Competence has a significant effect on productivity of Jetty PT. AKP, motivation has a significant effect on productivity of Jetty PT. AKP, and facilities do not have a significant effect on productivity of Jetty PT. AKP, can be caused by any of a material stock system from users, material under 50 kg can be handled by human power, good equipment maintenance and back up. Then competence, motivation and facilities together influence the productivity of Jetty PT. AKP. The research can be scientific evidence and a basis for companies to develop productivity.

Abstract

This research has the aim to test the truth of Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) giving a simultaneous or partial effect on stock prices. In this research, the value of the company/company is proxied using Price to Book Value (PBV). This research uses a population of 5 Cigarette and Toobaco companies on the IDX list during the 2017-2021 period. Materials/data for the acquisition test are sourced from the financial report notes issued by the IDX. The sampling procedure uses a purposive sampling method that only uses Cigarette and Toobaco companies that are listed in succession during the 2017-2021 period, publishes historical stock prices during the research period, and does not experience losses during the research period. The number of samples that passed the category was 5 Cigarette and Toobaco companies which were studied for 5 years so the observation data were 25 observations. The results of the Coefficient of Determination in this study, which can be observed in Adjusted R Square, have a score of 42,9%. Stock prices can be influenced by ROE, EPS, and NPM, while the remaining 57,1% are influenced by other aspects that are not included in the study. Abstract

This qualitative study employing a case study methodology aims to investigate and elucidate the execution of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program management at SMA Zulhijjah in Batang Hari Regency. The participants in the research were twelve people. Interview data was analyzed using "within case and cross-case analysis" between participants. The results showed that there are four main aspects, namely (1) Implementation of Planning (Planning) Disaster Safe Education Unit: The planning of this program begins with the establishment of specific goals and objectives related to safety and disaster mitigation in schools, this has indeed been designed by the management of SAM.S Zuhijjah in Batang Hari Regency to increase awareness, readiness, and rapid response to disasters among students and school staff at SAM.S Zuhijjah; (2) Implementation of Organizing Disaster Safe Education Unit: The organizing process begins with the determination of a clear organizational structure for the implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit program. This includes the formation of a special team or committee responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the program at SMA.S Zulhijjah which is poured into the Principal's Decree with a 1-year term of office; (3) Implementation of Implementing (Actuating) Disaster Safe Education Unit: During the Implementation, SMA.S Zulhijjah school established good cooperation with the surrounding community and other related parties, such as local government, disaster management agencies, and volunteer organizations, to support students and educators actively involved in the implementation of this program. They engage in diverse activities such as safety training, disaster awareness campaigns, and evacuation drills to ensure readiness for emergencies. Additionally, (4) Implementation of Supervision of the Disaster Safe Education Unit: The SPAB Team cluster at SMA S. Zulhijjah conducts regular supervision to oversee the execution of the Disaster Safe Education Unit program. This oversight encompasses monitoring evacuation drills, disaster education initiatives, and other mitigation measures. Evaluation outcomes are subsequently compiled into a formal school report. Suggestions that SMA S Zulhijjah school should consider regarding the implementation of the Disaster Safe Education Unit Program include: First, routine training and simulation; Second, provision of emergency equipment; Third, cooperation with the community; and Fourth, integration in the curriculum.
