Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to find out and analyze the effect of compensation in form of financial and non financial partially and simultaseously on the employees performance at PT. Gorontalo Fitrah mandiri. The sampling tecnhnique taken was through proportionate stratified random sampling, covering 42 respondents. The primary data were conducted by using a questionnaire previously examined to see the validity and reliability of each item. The method of analysis employed in this research was path analysis. The result of the research showed that the compensations covering financial and non financial simultaneously affected on the employees’ performance indicated positive and significant by a determinant coeficient 52.59%. The solid correlation between the compensation and the performance was categorized high. The financial and non financial compensations psitively and significantly affected on the employees’ performance at PT. Gorontalo Fitrah Mandiri, even though, both simultant and partial effects were considered low. Key words: compensation financial,  compensation non financial,  employees performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Mimoza Multimedia Gorontalo. The data collection technique used the census method on 97 employees by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is the path analysis method (Path Analysis). The results of testing the first hypothesis show that the perceived variable of organizational support and job satisfaction simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a contribution (R-Square) of 45.2%. Then testing the second hypothesis shows that the variable perception of organizational support partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a partial contribution of 28.4%. Meanwhile, testing the third hypothesis shows that the job satisfaction variable partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a coefficient of 16.8%

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and holistic intelligence on Lecturer Engagement . Design research used is a cross-sectional study on 45 lecturers as a sample of 206 lecturers . The data analysis model used is SEM PLS analysis through the SmartPLS program . The analysis showed that the perception of organizational support is positively and significantly affect e ngagement lecturer with a value P-value of 0 , 00 <0.05 . And Holistic Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the engagement of lecturers with P-Value . 0 , 00 <0.05 , meaning that all hypotheses are accepted . The contribution of POS variables and holistic intelligence to lecturer engagement is indicated by an Rsquare value of 0 , 64 .
