Abstract

Budidaya pembesaran ikan lele sampai mencapai ukuran konsumsi merupakan salah satu usaha budidaya yang memiliki prospek pasar tinggi. Mengingat lele merupakan salah satu sumber protein yang disukai masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan usia. Peluang usaha pembesaran lele ini telah ditangkap dan dijalankan oleh beberapa warga di desa Jemundo. Namun dalam perjalanan, usahanya masih mengalami beberapa kendala, mulai dari proses budidaya hingga pemasarannya. Oleh karena itu, pada program pengabdian masyarakat kali ini, akan dilakukan pendampingan terkait penyusunan strategi peningkatan omset dan pengembangan usaha pembesaran ikan lele. Analisis strategi akan dilakukan dengan melihat kekuatan, kelemahan, ancaman dan peluang yang ada dan nantinya akan membantu dalam penyusunan strategi utama untuk pemasaran usaha budidaya lele ini.  Beberapa strategi berhasil dirumuskan mulai dari memperbanyak jumlah kolam untuk budidaya lele, menjalin kerjasama dengan penjual sayur, penjual ikan, mengoptimalkan promosi  kepada konsumen secara langsung melalui pemasangan banner dilokasi ataupun media sosial  serta membuat inovasi produk olahan lele seperti nugget lele atau lele siap goreng untuk meningkatkan nilai jual lele. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendampingan dalam penerapan strategi serta evaluasi dari strategi yang dijalankan. Diharapkan dengan adanya keberlanjutan maka usaha budidaya lele mitra semakin berkembang dan memberikan dampak positif bagi warga sekitar.

Abstract

PT. DAP is a manufacturing company in the pulp and paper industry that faces frequent machine breakdowns and downtime, which adversely affect the achievement of production targets. This study aims to develop a maintenance strategy to minimize downtime on the PM1 paper machine using the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach. The results indicate that the critical components of the Palm Guide Roll system are the Air Bellow, Pneumatic Air Cylinder, and Paddle Blade. The recommended optimal replacement intervals are 24 days for the Air Bellow, 53 days for the Pneumatic Air Cylinder, and 54 days for the Paddle Blade. The proposed maintenance strategy applies a Time-Directed (TD) maintenance policy to the Air Bellow and Pneumatic Air Cylinder, and a Condition-Directed (CD) maintenance policy to the Paddle Blade. The proposed maintenance strategy is expected to reduce the Total Minimum Downtime (TMD) of the critical components by 4.74% and decrease component replacement costs by IDR 20,444,146.34 (4%) on the paper machine.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengembangan formulasi obat sangat penting dalam industri farmasi, karena formulasi yang optimal dapat mempengaruhi produksi tablet yang memenuhi standar CPOB. Ibuprofen adalah obat dari golongan propionat yang bermanfaat sebagai pereda nyeri dan penurun demam. Obat ini berbentuk kristal putih dengan aroma khas dan tersedia dalam bentuk tablet yang diproduksi melalui metode granulasi kering. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan pengikat seperti Avicel PH 101 dan Avicel PH 102 terhadap sifat fisik tablet ibuprofen. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode One Way ANOVA dengan taraf kepercayaan 95% menggunakan software SPSS for windows indikator yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel data uji keseragaman bobot, uji kerapuhan, uji kekerasan, uji waktu hancur sesuai dengan spesifikasi. Dari pengolahan data dan analisis One Way ANOVA dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan Avicel PH 101 dan Avicel PH 102 terdapat pengaruh perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap sifat fisik (keseragaman bobot, kerapuhan, kekerasan, waktu hancur). ABSTRACT The development of drug formulations is crucial in the pharmaceutical industry, as optimal formulation can affect the production of tablets that meet CPOB standards. Ibuprofen is a medication from the propionic acid group that is useful as a pain reliever and fever reducer. The drug is in the form of white crystals with a distinctive aroma. It is available as tablets produced through the dry granulation method. This study aims to investigate the impact of adding binders, such as Avicel PH 101 and Avicel PH 102, on the physical properties of ibuprofen tablets. The data obtained was processed using the One-Way ANOVA method with a 95% confidence level, utilizing SPSS software for Windows. The indicators used for data sampling included the weight uniformity test, brittleness test, hardness test, and destruction time test, all of which were conducted according to specifications. From the data processing and analysis of One Way ANOVA, it can be concluded that the addition of Avicel PH 101 and Avicel PH 102 has a significant difference in physical properties (uniformity of weight, brittleness, hardness, destruction time).
