Abstract

The development of technology and information affects the growth of E-Commerce in Indonesia. As a large E-Commerce market in ASEAN, E-Commerce business in Indonesia is still centered in Java and Sumatra. This show that the development of E-Commerce is still not equally. This research discusses whether there is an influence of spatial or territorial factors on the percentage of E-Commerce businesses in Indonesia. The method used is Geographical Weighted Regression (GWR). The results of the analysis classify 34 provinces in Indonesia into five groups based on a significant model, namely (1) Six provinces in Indonesia are significant for economic growth, (2) Nine provinces are significant for expertise in the ICT sector, (3) Two provinces are significant for expertise in the ICT sector and availability of BTS, (4) Three provinces are significant for expertise in ICT and economic growth, (5) Fourteen provinces in Indonesia are not significant for the predictor variables used in this research.

Abstract

Permintaan daging ayam broiler di Provinsi Jawa Tengah sangat tinggi dan lebih didominasi dari hotel, restoran, kafe dan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketersediaan daging broiler, menyusun pemodelan sistem dinamik ketersediaan daging broiler, menghitung kebijakan ketersediaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan protein hewani, menyusun rekomendasi alternatif skenario kebijakan pemenuhan kebutuhan daging broiler di Jawa Tengah. Simulasi dilakukan selama kurun waktu 7 tahun terhitung mulai tahun 2023 sampai dengan tahun 2030. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketersediaan daging ayam broiler di Jawa Tengah adalah produksi daging ayam broiler dan kebutuhan daging ayam broiler. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa produksi daging ayam broiler di Jawa Tengah belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan ayam broiler sejak tahun 2023. Menurut hasil simulasi kebijakan yang sangat efektif dan mungkin dikembangkan untuk memenuhi permintaan daging ayam broiler adalah dengan menambah bobot ayam broiler pada saat dipelihara dan juga dengan menambahkan jumlah ayam yang lebih banyak.

Abstract

Gemeksekti in Kebumen district has many small batik industries, batik craftsmen produce various kinds of batik motifs. The large amount of competition from batik craftsmen, both from Kebumen Regency and from other areas, requires batik craftsmen in Gemeksekti Village to determine strategies so that batik products from Gemeksekti Village continue to increase production and sales. One of the efforts to improve the marketing performance of batik klister MSMEs is indigenous product attractiveness, the attractiveness of products inherent in unique products resulting from indigenous knowledge reflected in local culture is able to improve marketing strategies so that marketing performance will increase. The method used in this activity is training and mentoring. Training includes increasing product value through design innovation, production standardization and brand creation. Mentoring is focused on digital marketing, including creating e-commerce accounts, managing social media, and developing product catalogues. The research results show that training and mentoring activities have succeeded in increasing the knowledge and skills of community members in terms of digital marketing and product innovation. Apart from that, this activity also succeeded in increasing the selling value of batik products and expanding market reach.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of several board composition variables and ownership structure on dividend payment policies with a more Agency Theory & Stewardship Theory approach. Sampling using the purposive sampling method in IDX-listed manufacturing companies in 2020-2023. The sample of this study was 445 samples. The data analysis method used is panel regression analysis with independent variables of Dividend Policy and dependent variables, namely the Gender Composition of the Board of Directors, the Gender Composition of the Board of Commissioners, the Female Director, the Female Independent Director, the Female Executive Director, the Female CEO, the Capital Structure. The application used is the STATA 17 application. The effect of the composition of the female board of directors, the composition of the female board of commissioners, and the composition of ownership on dividend policy in this study resulted in a significant positive effect. It supports the existence of stewardship theory. Meanwhile, the influence of female executive directors on dividend policy in this study has no effect. The results are significantly negative for the Effect of Women CEOs on dividend policy in this study.
