Cargo shipping service companies are one of the supporting factors for various companies performing their performance, especially goods or manufacturing companies. Whether or not the companys performance can be seen based on employee performance. The higher the enthusiasm of employees in work will further increase the potential of a company to achieve its goals. This study aims to examine the extent to which the role of leadership, work stress, organizational commitment and job satisfaction is able to improve the performance of employees of Cargo Shipping Services in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with path analysis of employees. The results of this study are; Leadership has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a direct and insignificant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a direct and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a significant direct effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant direct effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance. Job stress has a significant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance. Organizational commitment does not significantly influence job satisfaction on employee performance.

      Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Sistem Imbalan, dan Kompetensi, Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hotel di Kota Batam Dengan Komitmen Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel bintang empat di Kota Batam dengan jumlah respondenl sebanyak 286 responedn. Unit analisis tingkat individu Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis data linier berganda dengan mengunakan program SEM Amos. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin baik budaya organisasi tidak mampu memberikan dampak yang besar pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. 1. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, semakin baik budaya organisasi maka semakin kuat komitmen organisasional karyawan. 2 Sistem imbalan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, semakin baik sistem imbalan maka semakin kuat komitmen organisasional karyawan.3 Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, semakin baik kompetensi karyawan maka semakin kuat komitmen organisasional karyawan. 4 Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin baik budaya organisasi tidak mampu memberikan dampak yang besar pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to examine the role of Class Teachers in the formation of character of students as well as factors that influence the role of teachers in the formation of character of students. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study state that the role of Class Teachers as educators is realized by directing the talents and abilities of students, being responsible and realizing authority. Class Teachers as instructors are realized by planning and implementing learning. Class Teachers as role models are manifested in exemplary appearance, association, and concern for the environment. Class Teachers as trainers are realized by building awareness of students, carrying out the character taught with teachers and students.

The low quality of education in Indonesia requires efforts to improve teacher performance as one of the factors that influence teaching efficiency. The importance of the role of teachers in learning, efforts are needed to improve teacher performance through a provision of guidance and also encouragement from the principal. Guidance for principals on teachers regarding learning activities is known as academic supervision. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of academic supervision on teacher performance. This research is an ex post facto study. Data processing begins with testing the validity and reliability of research instruments using the Cronbach's Alpha test. Furthermore, the analysis prerequisite test included normality tests and linearity tests. In order for teacher performance to increase, academic supervision must be carried out optimally. Recommendations based on the results of the study include the implementation of academic supervision, principals must pay more attention to aspects of supervision, while in terms of teacher teaching performance, teachers must further improve their performance, especially in aspects of learning evaluation and follow-up of student assessment result.

Perkembangan Industri perhotelan di kota Batam berkembang dengan begitu cepat dengan dicanagkanya Batam menjadi salah satu program destiniasi wisata oleh pemerintah pusat sehingga menimbulkan efek terhadap persahaan swasta untuk berlomba lomba membangun hotel sehingga persaingan terhadap kualitas pelayanan secara otomatis semakin meningkat. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada pelanggan pelanggan hotel bintang dua di Kota Batam . Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 111 sampel. Hasil Uji R, dapat dilihat bahwa nilai Adjsuted R Square sebesar 0,730, atau sebesar 73.70%. Hal ini berarti variabel loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas pelayanan, variabel lokasi sebesar 73.0%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27.0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil Uji F menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Hotel Bintang dua di Kota Batam.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Hotel in Bogor. This study uses questionnaires data distributed to four-star hotel employees in the city of Bogor by distributing questionnaires 250 respondents with levels of respondents ranging from managers to supervisors. This study uses the level of individual analysis. The object of research is four-star hotel employees in Bogor City. This research uses multiple sterile linear regression test which includes validity, reliability, normality, and r square test. The result showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 0.734 which means that the variable of employee performance variable can be explained by organizational commitment variable, discipline and motivation, that is 73, 4.0%, while the rest is 26, 6% are influenced by factors not present in this study.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, motivation and communication on employee performance at private hospitals in Batam City. This study used questionnaires distributed to employees of private hospitals in Batam City by distributing questionnaires 200 respondents. This study uses the level of individual analysis. The object of research is the employees of private hospitals in Batam City. This study uses multiple linear regression test which includes the validity, reliability, normality, and r square test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 0.740 which means that the variable of employee performance variable can be explained by the variable of leadership style, motivation and communication equal to 74,%, while the rest is 26,% influenced by factors that do not exist in research this.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of PT. Duta Logistik Asia. The entire population in this were employees at the company, amounting to 112 people, and at the same time served as sample of respondents.Variables in this study consisted of compensation, Job satisfaction as independent variables employee performance as the dependent variable. Multiple linear regression was used in this study. The results of the research that have been carried out give a conclusion: that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the probability value 0.017 < 0.05. While job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the level of significant 0.000 < 0.05. So first and second hypotheses in the study declared, accepted. Another result is that compensation and job satisfaction, simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance 0.000 < 0.05, thus the third hypothesis is accepted.Value of R2 in this is 68.2%, this means that the change in employee performance variables is influenced by compensation and satisfaction variables by 68.2% the rest is influenced by other variables that’s not included in this study.

Human resources who can work professionally and consistentlyare expected to be able to produce high performance. Employee performance can be influenced by divison of work which isreflected in the division of work type and work field, work discipline is reflected by company's rules and work experience fromduration of work in an occupation. This study aims to examine the effect of division of work, work discipIine and workexperience on the employeesperformance of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This study uses a purposive sampling method todetermine the number of samples. The research sample consisted of 200 employees of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. Data wascollected by distributing questionnaires directly and analyzed using SPSS version 25. T test result that division of work, workdiscipIine and work experience significantly influence on empIoyee performance. F test results show that division of work,work discipIine and work experience together affect the empIoyee performance.

Managing human resources in the organization needs to have a clear basis and direction, able to align and balance theperformance in the organization In this study aims to determine how the influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation onEmployee Performance at Pt Matahari Department Store. The sample was determined using the Isaac formula with 110respondents, then tested the hypothesis with SPSS Version 22 application support. Work discipline variables were ofsignificance value of 0,000 ˂ 0.05 alpha value and 4.263 ˃ 1.982 on the t table value. Variable work motivation significancelevel 0.012 ˃ 0.05 and 2.544 ˃ from the t value of 1.982 table. Variable work discipline and work motivation simultaneouslyhave a positive and significant effect with a F table value of 22,100 ˃ 3.08 F table values, and sig ˂ of alpha with a value of0,000 ˂ 0.05.
