Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi penerimaan barang berbasis mobile di PT XYZ. Penelitian didorong oleh permasalahan penerimaan barang yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu tingginya potensi kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan dalam proses, dan ketidakakuratan data stok. Pengembangan Goods Receipt Application (GR App) ini menggunakan metode prototipe serta memanfaatkan framework Flutter dan integrasi ke sistem SAP melalui API agar proses pencatatan dapat dilakukan secara real-time. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui uji fungsional untuk memastikan seluruh fitur aplikasi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, mulai dari pengelolaan Order Sheet, Surat Jalan, pemindaian QR Tag, hingga pengiriman data ke SAP. Evaluasi juga dilakukan untuk mengukur efisiensi aktifitas sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama telah berjalan dengan baik tanpa ditemukan kesalahan kritis. Penerapan aplikasi ini mempermudah proses pencatatan penerimaan barang, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta mempercepat alur kerja operasional di PT XYZ. Dengan demikian, sistem ini tidak hanya menggantikan prosedur manual, tetapi juga menghadirkan proses penerimaan barang yang lebih efisien dan terintegrasi. Selain implikasi praktis tersebut, penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi ilmiah pada perkembangan literatur dan referensi di bidang sistem informasi logistik, khususnya pada perusahaan manufaktur, serta menjadi penelitian terapan rujukan untuk alternatif pengembangan aplikasi yang terintegrasi dengan sistem SAP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perencanaan strategis Teknologi Informasi dan menghasilkan sebuah blueprint perencanaan yang menyeluruh dan terintegrasi bagi CV. LAM. Urgensi riset ini didorong oleh kebutuhan operasional dan produktivitas perusahaan melalui pemanfaatan TI, serta menghadapi persaingan global yang ketat dalam industri ekspor barecore. Riset ini mengimplementasikan metode kualitatif dengan Model Strategi Digital yang mengkombinasi analisis manajemen strategik, yaitu SWOT, Porter"™s Value Chain, Porter"™s Five Forces, PESTLE, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Setelah menyelesaikan tahapan awal dan analisis, maka penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi perencanaan strategis TI terintegrasi dalam satu platform yang bernama Sistem Informasi CV. LAM (SILAM) berbasis website, yang terdiri dari portofolio masa depan dan blueprint. Rancangan SILAM memuat 13 usulan aplikasi dan sistem informasi, yaitu 1 aplikasi pembaruan (upgrade) dan 12 sistem informasi pengembangan baru (new), dengan target penyelesaian dalam waktu 5 tahun. Usulan portofolio yaitu Website, SI Pembelian, SI Produksi, SI Inventory, SI Penjualan, SI Kas, SI Aset, SI Keuangan operasional, SI Pemesanan, SI Ekspor, Aplikasi Absensi Fingerprint, SI SDM, dan SI Eksekutif. Selain blueprint SILAM ini berfungsi sebagai panduan dalam penerapan SI/TI, juga diharapkan menjadi model benchmarking bagi perencanaan TI bagi perusahaan manufaktur atau eksportir lain.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the quality of the Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) at the Salatiga District Court, based on the ISO/IEC 25010: Product Quality Model. The urgency of this study is driven by its national implementation by the government and the high expectations of those seeking justice in this system as a transparent, effective, and accountable public service. The evaluation applied the ISO/IEC 25010 standard through a survey of 82 users. This study concluded that the SIPP application was considered to be of good quality, with an average quality score for 8 variables of 3.959. The highest quality aspects of SIPP were functional suitability (4.228) and portability (4.126), where the system features were adequate and complete, and it had good portability. The lowest quality aspect of SIPP was security (3.776). Although the quality of SIPP is obvious in the completeness of the features provided and its ability to run on various devices, the aspects of system modularity and access restriction mechanisms still need to be improved. Therefore, the recommendation for developers is to make improvements and enhancements in its security, particularly authentication mechanisms, as well as its periodic maintainability, in terms of system stability and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Gen Z’s satisfaction, which are students of Satya Wacana Christian University, on Shopee PayLater (SPL) based on user experience. This research is driven by the increase in e-commerce transactions and digital financial technology use with Buy Now Pay Later method among Gen Z. This research applies a quantitative descriptive approach with the User Experience Questionnaire method. After completing the survey and analysis, this research found that Gen Z's experience of SPL showed an average of 1.66 out of 3.00 or at the Good level. Thus, this study concludes that Gen Z is satisfied with SPL services. All variables contribute to satisfaction. The Perspecuity or Clarity gave the best experience to students at a score of 2.00 or Excellent level, supported by strong experiences on the Efficiency and Dependability. Significant satisfaction on these three factors influences the strength of Pragmatic Quality which provides the highest satisfaction of 1.76. Thus, Gen Z is most satisfied with SPL because of its practical ability, clarity and convenience. While the Hedonic Quality of the Stimulation and Novelty, as well as the Attractiveness had a positive influence on Gen Z's satisfaction, it had the lowest score among others, especially from the aspect of SPL's ability to motivate its users (0.9).

Abstract

Cases of financial fraud, investment scam and illegal financial activities in the society have become urgent problems and solutions must be resolved. One of the things that greatly affects the emergence of this problem is that many of our people have no understanding of finance. Financial communication and financial models are urgently needed by the society. The purpose of this paper is to map the concept of financial communication and model of financial communication. This paper is based on the results of research conducted with a constructivist approach to construct the concept of financial communication and model of financial communication. Data were obtained from the results of Focus Group Discussions with several experts in the field of finance and law. The results of this research are first, financial communication is an urgency in the lives of Indonesian people at this time. Second, financial communication is the process of conveying messages from the source of the message to the society as a communicant related to finance and financial literacy. Third, the financial communication model is an interactive and two-way communication with several criteria for several components. The components of this communication model are credible communicators, financial messages that suit the needs of the communicators, communicators who have certain criteria, media that suit the communicators and the last is the impact. The impact of this communication model is financial literacy for the society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan COBIT pada perbankan di Indonesia. Hal ini didorong oleh transformasi digital yang membawa perubahan pada operasional dan tata kelola, mulai dari manajemen teknologi informasi hingga interaksi dengan nasabah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis. Basis data mengacu pada dokumen Google Scholar di website SINTA periode 2019-2024. Setelah menyelesaikan proses inklusi dan eksklusi, penelitian ini mengamati 27 artikel dan menemukan bahwa COBIT 5 merupakan versi yang paling banyak diterapkan oleh perbankan dalam 5 tahun terakhir ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa selama 5 tahun terakhir ini, tujuan utama penerapan COBIT pada perbankan didominasi untuk tujuan tata kelola TI dan berfokus paling banyak untuk objektif proses DSS, yaitu bagaimana memberikan layanan TI yang handal. Pada proses ini, sebagian besar perbankan mencapai level 4, artinya proses pengelolaan operasi, layanan, masalah dan proses bisnis telah mencapai tujuannya, terdefinisi dengan baik dan terukur secara kuantitatif. Sedangkan proses MEA direkomendasikan untuk ditingkatkan capaian level.

Abstract

This research aims to design an integrated strategic IS plan at SMUKI. This design will recommend regarding the utilization of current ICT resources and IS development in the future. This research employs a qualitative method based on the Digital Strategy Model, which collaborates data analysis techniques, among others Value Chain, Porter's Five Force, SWOT, and Mc. Farlan's strategic grid. After identifying the problem, reviewing the literature, and collecting data through observation and interviews, this research recommends IS strategic planning, namely a web-based and integrated School Information System. The result proposes the IS development blueprint and future application portfolio. The School Information System will integrate 11 new applications, 3 updated current applications and 1 upgraded current application which will be a new application. The target completion of this strategic plan is 5 years. Overall, the formulation of this strategic plan shows that SMUKI has potential ICT resources that can be utilized. However, this is not sufficient for long-term strategic interests. Therefore, school managers and the foundation need to consider the recommendations of this research to be implemented. The blueprint of School Information System development may serve as a benchmarking model for other schools who need of strategic IS planning, especially private high schools and schools in general.
