Abstract

E-Commerce menyediakan berbagai fitur untuk memungkinkan penggunanya melakukan transaksi jual beli barang dan pembayaran online melalui website atau aplikasi mobile. Proses pengembangan dan pemeliharaan sistem e-commerce saat ini mayoritas menerapkan model proses Agile yang perlu dinilai untuk melihat bagaimana pengendalian pada sistem e-commerce untuk memenuhi syarat sebagai suatu pengendalian otomatis atau bergantung pada aktivitas manual. Salah satu framework untuk melakukan pengendalian dan evaluasi kinerja pada sebuah sistem yaitu framework COBIT yang dikeluarkan oleh ISACA. Framework COBIT sudah berkembang menjadi COBIT 2019 dan masih merupakan kerangka kerja yang paling banyak digunakan oleh para auditor TI yang menggunakan komponen model yang lengkap atau disesuaikan untuk menilai sistem tata kelola TI pada sistem e-commerce khususnya dengan menggunakan Domain Deliver, Support, and Service (DSS).

Abstract

The high intensity of rainfall at the end of 2020 and early 2021 not only caused several areas in Indonesia to be flooded but also landslides. Landslides can occur due to soil movements in the rainy season and are influenced by tectonic conditions in Indonesia which are always changing. Bawen and Tuntang Districts are two districts in Semarang Regency, Central Java. Both areas were hit by floods and landslides in April 2020. The material and moral losses of the local population are inevitable. To take precautions as early as possible in order to reduce future losses, it is necessary to conduct research on the potential of landslide-prone areas in Bawen and Tuntang Districts. The analysis was carried out using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to calculate the percentage of an area where landslides occurred. The parameters used include land cover, slope, rainfall, Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI), Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), and Normalized Difference Wetness Index (NDWI). The results of this study indicate that the level of landslide vulnerability in Bawen and Tuntang Districts is classified as "kurang rawan". The results of this study are expected to become a spatial planning document based on landslide disaster mitigation in Semarang Regency, especially in Bawen and Tuntang Districts.

Abstract

Perubahan alih fungsi lahan dapat menyebabkan perubahan dalam lingkungan alam, seperti perubahan vegetasi, perubahan daya serap tanah, maupun sedimentasi sungai sehingga berpotensi mengakibatkan bencana alam. Apabila tidak dilakukan penanganan terhadap tata kelola penggunaan lahan dengan serius maka akan menyebabkan peningkatan debit air pada setiap tahunnya, sehingga daerah di sekitar sungai Tuntang akan berpotensi sebagai daerah yang rawan terdampak banjir. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengklasifikasian menggunakan metode Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalized Difference Wetness Index (NDWI), Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI), Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) dan Interpolasi menggunakan Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) kemudian di skoring untuk menganalisa daerah-daerah khususnya desa yang berpotensi rawan banjir pada sekitar Daerah Aliran Sungai Tuntang di Kecamatan Bawen dan Kecamatan Tuntang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kecamatan Bawen dan Kecamatan Tuntang merupakan daerah yang tidak rawan banjir dikarenakan tutupan lahan vegetasinya masih baik dan curah hujan masih dalam kapasitas normal.

Abstract

Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) sebagai sebuah universitas yang sudah mengimplementasikan TI sejak lama pada setiap proses bisnis yang dimilikinya memandang bahwa TI merupakan penggerak bisnis di dalam organisasi. Sistem Informasi (SI) untuk menunjang proses bisnis guna meraih tujuan organisasi UKSW yaitu Sistem Informasi Akademik Satya Wacana (SIA-SAT) yang digunakan untuk mengelola layanan akademik. Namun, masih ada kendala terkait dengan tata kelola TI yang berkaitan dengan SIA-SAT seperti dukungan infrastruktur jaringan, kelayakan pengguna, dan rencana pengembangan untuk integrasi dengan SI lain di UKSW. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan analisis guna menilai kinerja tata kelola TI khususnya pada implementasi SIA-SAT. Salah satu framework untuk mengukur kinerja tata kelola TI yaitu framework COBIT 2019 yang dikeluarkan oleh ISACA. Framework COBIT 2019 dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja suatu SI pada organisasi atau perusahaan yang nantinya mampu memberikan rekomendasi guna menciptakan keselarasan strategis, perolehan nilai, pengelolaan risiko dan evaluasi kinerja SI. Hasil rancangan tata kelola TI menggunakan 11 Design Factor framework COBIT 2019, maka terdapat proses TI yang dominan yaitu: EDM03, APO02, APO03, APO12, APO13, BAI10, DSS04, DSS05, dan DSS06.

Abstract

Penggunaan internet yang pesat menciptakan suatu peluang bisnis bagi perusahaan, yaitu dengan munculnya e-Commerce. E-Commerce dikembangkan lagi menjadi jenis platform bisnis yang baru, yang dikenal sebagai e-Marketplace. E-Marketplace memungkinkan pengusaha kecil dan menengah serta individu sebagai konsumen akhir dapat memasarkan produk mereka secara internasional hanya dengan membuat sebuah toko online melalui website ataupun aplikasi mobile platform e-Marketplace tersebut. Perkembangan e-Marketplace di Indonesia masih memiliki kekurangan utama, yaitu kurangnya kepercayaan. Hal ini disebabkan karena masyarakat Indonesia, masih lebih mempercayai penjualan secara langsung. Selain masalah kepercayaan, e-Marketplace di Indonesia memiliki masalah di bidang keamanan karena belum ada payung hukum yang jelas menyangkut keamanan e-Marketplace. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan 30 pertanyaan yang dibagi menjadi 5 bagian berdasarkan Success Model System yang diciptakan oleh DeLone dan McLean, yaitu data responden, pertanyaan dasar mengenai e-Marketplace, penilaian responden terhadap kualitas sistem e-Marketplace, penilaian responden terhadap kualitas informasi e-Marketplace, penilaian responden terhadap kualitas layanan pada e-Marketplace, penilaian responden mengenai tingkat penggunaan e-Marketplace, dan penilaian responden mengenai tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sistem e-Marketplace yang ada di Indonesia masih memiliki kekurangan dan keterbatasan yang membuat masyarakat belum dapat menggunakan e-Marketplace sebagai suatu sarana transaksi jual beli secara optimal.

Abstract

Gradient Boosting is a machine learning algorithm that combines several simple parameter functions that aim to predict a fairly accurate information from existing data. In contrast to statistical methods in general, this Gradient boosting provides interpretable information, while requiring little data preprocessing and tuning of parameters. Boosting Gradient can be applied to classify or regress data, complex interaction is modeled simply and minimizes loss of information while in predictor management, so this algorithm is good enough to be used for modeling the cost of insurance loss. This paper presents the GB theory and its application to the problem of predicting '' at-fault '' accidents on auto loss costs using data from Canadian insurance companies. Abstract

This research aims to develop an enterprise architecture (EA) model to support the implementation of Smart Government that utilizes information and communication technology (ICT) to enhance efficiency, transparency, and public participation in governmental processes. The development of this EA model adopts a holistic approach, integrating various components of technology, organization, and business processes within the context of government to provide guidance for government agencies in planning, implementing, and managing the digital transformation required to achieve Smart Government. The findings of this study indicate that the proposed enterprise architecture model offers a clear and flexible structure to support the integration of government agencies, public service providers, and citizens. It is expected that by utilizing this EA model, governments can improve public services, operational efficiency, and create a more transparent and accountable environment. By leveraging this EA model, government agencies can streamline processes, enhance decision-making through data-driven insights, and foster greater inter-agency collaboration. It is expected that this model will improve public sector services by increasing accessibility, reducing administrative burdens, and optimizing resource utilization. Furthermore, the adoption of this model is anticipated to accelerate the digital transformation of the public sector, driving significant improvements in government service delivery, responsiveness, and citizen engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training for employees working at the Central Jakarta Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) (PKM partner) on optimizing Microsoft Office to support office work. This topic is deemed essential for every employee. The employees of Central Jakarta KADIN are aged around 35–50 years, representing Indonesia's Baby Boombers workforce generation, who are relatively less familiar with the use of Microsoft Office. However, they exhibit remarkable enthusiasm to understand and learn Microsoft Office in greater depth. Central Jakarta KADIN serves as a platkuisioner for entrepreneurs to foster professional development, channel aspirations, and advocate for business interests in supporting national development. The PKM activity was conducted face-to-face from September 2 to October 9, 2024, with a total of 40 participants attending all sessions. Participants actively engaged in hands-on practice sessions on using Microsoft Office. The method used was demonstration, where instructors directly showed the steps and ways to use the menus and toolbars in Microsoft Office. Participants rated the presented topic as highly relevant and beneficial, with a umpan balik score of 3.89 out of 4. In the future, the partner hopes for the continuation of similar activities, focusing on more advanced aspects of Microsoft Office or other topics that can further support their work efficiency and productivity.

Abstract

In line with the development of Information Technology (IT), it is appropriate for an educational institution to utilize Information Systems (IS) as an infrastructure that supports the academic service process. One of the universities in Central Java that has implemented IS, namely the Academic Information System. The Academic IS has been operating for 17 years since 2004. Therefore, the academic SI should be evaluated to determine its eligibility as an application. This study is a comparative analysis that has employed approaches of TELOS (Technical, Economic, Legal, Operations, Schedule) and PIECES (Performance, Information, Efficiency, Control and Security, Economics , Service), based on the WebQual dimensions. The aim is to assess the feasibility study of Academic IS, applying three approaches according to the user's perspective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali penerapan framework tata kelola TI yang tepat khususnya untuk keamanan informasi yaitu dengan mengkombinasikan ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27005:2018 dan NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 dalam konteks Perusahaan fintech, serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut membantu dalam mitigasi risiko terkait ancaman keamanan informasi. Model tata kelola tersebut terdiri dari 6 (enam) tahapan praktis untuk memperkuat keamanan informasi yang cocok diterapkan khususnya pada Perusahaan fintech, yaitu Inisiasi dan Tata Kelola Perusahaan, Desain dan Implementasi keamanan informasi, Penguatan sumber daya manusia, Keamanan operasional, Keamanan pengembangan, serta Evaluasi dan peningkatan. Model tata kelola ini mendukung perusahaan fintech dalam membangun sistem keamanan informasi yang tangguh, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan, yang mampu melindungi aset, menjaga kepercayaan pelanggan, serta dapat memastikan kelangsungan operasional di tengah ancaman siber yang terus berkembang.
