Abstract

Tanjung Belit village, which is administratively located in the buffer zone of Bukit Rimbang Wildlife Reserve, Bukit Baling, has customary territory in the area of ​​customary forest around the conservation area and inside it which is traditionally managed by expressing local wisdom. Among the potential natural resources of Bukit Rimbang Wildlife Reserve, Baling Hill is Batu Dinding Waterfall and the Subayang river flow which has now become one of the potential tourist objects and has been designated as an ecotourism area. In recent years, ecotourism has been quite visited by surrounding communities and including the City community. Support from various parties is needed to build a sustainable ecotourism including institutional development and infrastructure. Community service activities will be carried out in Tanjung Belit Village, Kampar Kiri Hulu District, Kampar District. The target of the activity is the Village Apparatus, Community Leaders and members of the Sadar Wisata group. The purpose of service activities: 1). Identify and formulate village potential so that the community is able to become a part of developing ecotourism in Tanjung Belit Village. 2). Find a model of community empowerment in developing Tanjung Belit ecotourism that is based on culture and local wisdom. From the results of the service it was obtained that this activity went well. Enthusiastic participants were high, especially from members of the tourism conscious group Tanjung Belit Village, then ninik mamak, village officials and the community. The outreach material delivered provides enormous benefits and the discussion is very interesting, namely increasing the ability of the community to see and develop village potential, especially in the field of tourism. With the increase in public awareness, it is expected that participation from various parties, both local and private governments, will also help in providing various tourism support facilities and infrastructure so that the potential for tourism visits is higher. Thus it is also expected that in the future the economy of the community can improve through the tourism sector.

Abstract

Bandar Bakau merupakan kawasan strategis yang berpotensi dikembangkan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis program pemberdayaan yang pernah dilakukan dan merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan menggunakan konsep Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Pesisir. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pemilihan subjek melalui cara purposive sampling terdiri dari aparatur pemerintahan setempat, pengelola Bandar Bakau, pegiat budaya, serta masyarakat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi, kategorisasi, display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan sejumlah masalah dalam pengembangan potensi Bandar Bakau untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat diantaranya perbedaan persepsi mengenai tujuan dan desain pemberdayaan, manajemen kelembagaan yang belum optimal, serta komitmen stakeholder yang belum sejalan. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan di kawasan Bandar Bakau belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip PEMP karena lebih dominan berpola top down dari pada bottom up. Hal ini memberikan implikasi pada kurang optimalnya keberhasilan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Strategi berbasis PEMP dilakukan melalui sejumlah strategi. Pertama, memperbaiki struktur dan menata kembali kelembagaan yang ada. Kedua, penyamaan persepsi tentang PEMP diantara aktor dan stakeholder. Ketiga, menjunjung tinggi musyawarah dan nilai-nilai gotong royong serta pengembangan partisipasi masyarakat. Strategi ini dapat memberikan dampak positif jika diimbangi dengan konsistensi dukungan dari segi peningkatan kapasitas, permodalan, serta manajemen bisnis berkelanjutan.

Abstract

A driver's license is a special requirement that must be owned by the public to drive a motor vehicle. However, there are still 1,075 people who do not have a SIM in 2022. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies and obstacles of SIM services in Siak District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with subject determination using purposive sampling consisting of SIM service officers and SIM issuance applicants. The results of the study found that there are several strategies used to optimize SIM services, namely 1) The strategy of identifying the main determinants of SIM services. 2) The strategy of managing the expectations of applicants who receive services from SIM services. 3) Strategy of managing evidence of quality in SIM services. 4) The strategy of educating the public is carried out by SIM services where service officers help the public or applicants to get education related to SIM either from socialization, e-books, or tutoring. 5) The strategy of fostering cultural quality, that is, knowledge where almost all officers appointed by the leadership have competency certifications that prove that these officers have indeed been tested. 6) Strategy to follow up, all services are carried out as well as possible and as optimally as possible even though improvements must always be reviewed and followed up. 7) Information system strategy, where SIM service officers have used an information system.

Abstract

Potensi lokal yang ada pada suatu masyarakat dapat menginspirasi kreativitas yang dapat dilestarikan melalui komunitas mangrove. Komunitas mangrove mampu melestarikan mangrove dan memberikan kontribusi dalam jangka panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganilisis unsur modal sosial berperan pada Komunitas Pelestarian mangrove serta kekuatan dan kelemahan pada setiap unsur modal sosial pada kelompok TEGAS sebagai Komunitas Pelestarian Mangrove di Desa Anak Setatah Kecamatan Rangsang Barat Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deksriptif dengan teknik pengambilan subjek penelitian dilakukan dengan Purposive Sampling dan Triangulasi mereka yang terlibat dan tidak terlibat dalam komunitas mangrove. Hasil penelitian menganalisis Bonding Social Capital komunitas mangrove desa Anak Setatah memiliki Solidaritas yang tinggi jika dilihat dari komunitas mangrove adanya kepedulian sosial yang kuat rasa saling tolong menolong dan saling mendukung satu sama lainnya, hubungan di dalam Kelompok TEGAS terbentuk secara hubungan rasa tanggung jawab sebagai komunitas mangrove Desa Anak Setatah. Secara linking social capital jaringan keatas belum dimiliki oleh komunitas mangrove namun dengan kekuatan kepercayaan dan norma bisa menutupi jaringan yang lemah dengan memanfaatkan Bridging Social Capital dengan hubungan anggota dan pemerintah setempat dengan cara inovasi usaha dan bertukar informasi. Kekuatan yang menonjol pada komunitas mangrove yaitu kepercayaan dan norma. Sedangkan kelemahan jaringan dalam bentuk linking social capital yaitu jaringan keatas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the plan for revitalizing the riverside of the Park Lane in accordance with local norms as a means of social interaction. The subjects of this study consisted of 12 people, namely the Regent, all heads of the Culture, Environment, Communication and Information services, the Kuantan Singingi Cooperative, Bappeda, PUPR, LAMR, UMKM, and the local community of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The result of this research is that the plan for the revitalization of the Riverbanks of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Pathway Park is prepared in accordance with the local rules of the local area, where this Park will become a center for social interaction which includes cooperation, conflict, accommodation and acculturation between visitors and the Pathway Park manager. As well as the impact of this revitalization will affect the community's economic growth, public education, and there is a possibility of mixing cultures that enter from outside the area, and can improve environmental quality.

Abstract

The Bukit Raya Police Sector has a high population density and a low police-to-community ratio. The area has only 80 police officers, with 10 members of the Community Development Unit (Bimas). According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, the crime rate is the third highest in Pekanbaru City. To realise order and security, the police implemented community policing. This research aims to find out how the implementation strategy of community policing and what obstacles are experienced. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data used are primarily in the form of observations, interview results, photos and videos. Also secondary data such as crime statistics, population statistics, and research journals. Data collection using observation and in-depth interviews. While data analysis is; reduction, data analysis, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are; a community policing implementation strategy and the formation of the Community Policing Communication Forum (FKPM) to coordinate activities related to community policing. While the obstacles faced are limited police members, a lack of certified Bhabinkamtibmas members, weak coordination, a weak understanding of community policing, and a limited budget.
