Abstract

The provisions on marriage registration law are not explicitly stated by the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah, albeit marriage is a legal event, creating rights and obligations of the parties. The fulfillment of these rights and obligations can be well enforced if an orderly marriage administration is in place, namely by registering the marriage to the competent institutions of marriage, evidenced by a marriage certificate (authentic evidence). Since the texts do not provide the laws, its explanation is also not found in conventional fiqh. Marriage laws in several Islamic countries also provide non-uniform provisions in terms of technical details, although the majority requires marriage registration. The legal importance of marriage registration can be strengthened by several methods of istinbath (usul fiqh), inter alia, the methods of qiyas, sadd al-z\ari'ah, and al-maslahat al-mursalah. respectively.

Abstract

Problems related to Islamic law come in accordance with social changing. The problems sometimes are only in different forms. Yusuf Qardhawi’s theory about ijtihad related much in classifying those problems. For those problems that have ever been discussed, they need to be re-analyzed using tariqah al- tarjih to obtain the strongest argumentation. Meanwhile for the new problems, they might be discussed by ijtuhad insha’i.

Abstract

The  social reality today in rural areas, a wife works to help the family economy, besides having to do domestic tasks. The concept of gender does not prohibit a wife from working. However, this will be a problem if it creates gender inequality. This study aims to reveal the problem of fulfilling domestic duties for career wives in terms of gender perspective. This research is qualitative with the type of literature study, descriptive analytical method with based on a gender approach. The result of this study is that the career wife in fulfilling domestic duties in rural areas based on a gender perspective can be seen from the role that must be carried out. The wife's roles in a gender perspective are: a) mother's role, b) wife's role, c) social role, d) family's motivator. Getting many roles, apart from being a housewife and also having to work is not an easy thing for a wife. This role must be shared with the husband so that it can be balanced so as to create harmony in a household. A woman who already has a role as a mother, wife, member of the community and also has to play a role in the family, but the husband must help and support fully.

Abstract

The focus of this service is an effort to instill an understanding and attitude of religious moderation in the Rohis organization at the high school level in Banyumas Regency and efforts to implement it in the school and community environment. The method used in this service is the ABCD method. The target of the service is Rohis in high schools in Banyumas Regency, a total of 25 public and private SMA/MA/SMK schools. The results of this service are the activities of planting understanding and attitudes of religious moderation in Rohis organizations at the high school level in Banyumas Regency with the main activities in the form of workshops and mentoring. This assistance is carried out to implement the values of religious moderation by Rohis in the environment of educational institutions and society. The form of assistance is through offline assistance by creating events in collaboration with the service team and online assistance such as discussions via Whatsapp. The impact of the implementation of the values of religious moderation is clearly visible, where the understanding of Rohis members increases and students' attitudes and behaviors experience positive changes. Students began to demonstrate the values of religious moderation, such as tolerance, mutual respect, and openness to differences. Thus, this effort not only strengthens students' character, but also contributes to the creation of a more harmonious environment in schools and communities in Banyumas Regency.
