Abstract

The development and advancement of information technology has grown by leaps and bounds, it is most impact on people's lives not to mention education. It is time the world of education utilizing information technology. Information technology will provide added value in the learning process. It is associated with a high demand for information, science and technology are not all obtained in the school environment. The development of a variety of learning methods is a sign of the birth of teaching technology known today. Even from its historical background, the learning method is not based on science and research as we know, in teaching methods contained concepts that influence the way of thinking, acting and behaving in the development of teaching came to be known as the educational technology. Like a coin, the development of information and communication technology for sepajang 2006 alone showed him the two sides. There has been progress, but there are also issues that has changed despite years remained unresolved. Call it yet ITE legalization bill, access to communications uneven, decline in the number of internet cafes, until there is no grand strategy right. Need a strong commitment with the planning and coordination. One chore that must be completed is the Bill on Information and Electronic Transactions. ITE's bill should be discussed and ratified. However, legislation governing the use of information technology (RUU ITE) is so important. Because, until now our country does not have the legal rules governing the use of information technology, especially in electronic transactions, in line digitizing globalizing trend. Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat, hal ini sangat berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat dan pendidikan. Sudah saatnya dunia pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Teknologi informasi akan memberikan nilai tambah dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini terkait dengan tingginya permintaan akan informasi, sains dan teknologi yang tidak semua diperoleh di lingkungan sekolah. Perkembangan berbagai metode pembelajaran merupakan tanda lahirnya teknologi pengajaran yang dikenal saat ini. Bahkan dari latar belakang historisnya, metode pembelajaran tidak didasarkan pada sains dan penelitian seperti yang kita ketahui, dalam metode pengajaran terkandung konsep-konsep yang mempengaruhi cara berpikir, bertindak dan berperilaku dalam pengembangan pengajaran kemudian dikenal sebagai teknologi pendidikan. Ibarat koin, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk sepanjang 2006 saja menunjukkan kepadanya dua sisi. Ada kemajuan, tetapi ada juga masalah yang telah berubah meskipun tahun masih belum terselesaikan. Sebut saja belum RUU pengesahan ITE, akses komunikasi tidak merata, penurunan jumlah warung internet, hingga tidak ada strategi besar yang tepat. Perlu komitmen yang kuat dengan perencanaan dan koordinasi. Salah satu tugas yang harus diselesaikan adalah RUU Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. RUU ITE harus didiskusikan dan disahkan. Namun, undang-undang yang mengatur penggunaan teknologi informasi (RUU ITE) sangat penting. Sebab, hingga saat ini negara kita belum memiliki aturan hukum yang mengatur penggunaan teknologi informasi, terutama dalam transaksi elektronik, sejalan digitalisasi tren globalisasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the assumption that the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy has not run optimally. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy, (2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy, and (3) what efforts are being made to overcome this problem. obstacles to the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were the Head of Palabuhanratu Subdistrict, the Head of Citepus Village, the Secretary of Citepus Village, Members of the PP Satpol, Warung Owners, and tourists. The results of the research include (1) the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy has been running quite well, (2) There are several obstacles in the implementation of the Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach border spatial policy, and (3) the Sukabumi Regency Government has tried to overcome obstacles in implementation. coastal border spatial policy in improving the safety of tourists at Citepus Palabuhanratu Beach.

Abstract

Teachers as professionals must have teacher competence, where these competencies are visually implemented in the teacher's ability to provide teaching skills during the learning process. One way that the teacher can do, the teacher's teaching skills are essential in learning so that they can foster student learning enthusiasm and facilitate the achievement of learning objectives. This study aimed to analyze teacher skills' effect on students' learning interest in Fiqih subjects. The research was conducted at MAN 2 Sukabumi in February-April 2019. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and Guttman scale questionnaires on the variables of teacher teaching skills and students' learning interests used validity, reliability, and normality tests. The data analysis technique uses linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the teaching skills of teachers at MAN 2 Sukabumi for the 2018/2019 school year were "High" with an average score of 13.89, and the most significant contribution came from the teacher's skill indicator of opening and closing lessons of 76.1%. Furthermore, student learning interest in Fiqih subjects is also included in the "High" category with an average value of 11.47. The most significant contribution comes from the student's attention indicator of 63.7%. The teacher's teaching significantly affected learning interest in students' Fiqih subjects at MAN 2 Sukabumi for the 2018/2019 academic year by 62.9%, while other factors influenced the remaining 37.1%.

Abstract

This study aimed to find the influence of the inquiry approach and students’ curiosity on the learning outcomes of cognitive aspects on History of Islamic Culture subject. This research was conducted at MTs Jamiyatul Aulad Palabuhanratu Sukabumi Regency. This research approach was quantitative with the quasi experiment and treatment by level 2 X 2. The number of students who became the samples of the study was 64 students, divided into two groups, each consisting of 32 students. Data analysis techniques were two-path analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey test. The results of this study indicated that 1) learning outcomes of the students taught using the inquiry method were higher than those taught using conventional method, 2) there was an influence of interaction between the inquiry method and the level of curiosity on students’ learning outcomes, 3) learning outcomes of students with high curiosity level treated by inquiry method were higher than students with high curiosity levels given conventional method; and 4) learning outcomes of students with low curiosity levels were higher than students with low curiosity levels given a conventional method.

Abstract

Kefektipan dalam pembelajran tentunya tidak terlepas dari model pembelajaran yang disusun oleh seorang guru di sekolah. Model pembelajaran uswah hasanah, terutama dilaksanakan oleh guru sebagai pendidik di sekolah-sekolah sangat diperlukan dalam pembinaan akhlak mahmudah siswa. Oleh karena itu, kedudukan akhlak dalam kehidupan manusia sangat penting, baik sebagai individu maupun sebagai anggota masyarakat dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Ukuran baik atau buruknya seseorang tergantung pada Akhlaknya atau tingkah lakunya. Diharapkan sekolah mampu melaksanakan fugsi tradisionalnya dan menjadi pusat pemberdayaan masyarakat, sosial dan ekonomi, tidak hanya itu pesantren juga dapat berperan sosial seperti menjadi pusat rehabilitas sosial pembinaan karakter baik yang harus diberikan kepada peserta santri pada usia dini serta harus dilakukan oleh pihak yang terkait seperti orang tua, pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan maupun pihak lain dan dilakukan secara kontinue agar mereka dapat memiliki kepribadian yang baik sebagaimana dicontohkan oleh Rosulullah SAW serta menjauhi karakter yang buruk. Guru memiliki berfungsi yang sangat besar dan stategis dalam upaya pembentukan karakter baik siswa didalam lembaga pendidikan agar mereka dapat istiqomah dalam melaksanakan kebiasaan yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian di MTs Gandasoli, guru bisa membentuk akhlak mahmudah siswa hal ini dapat dilihat dari kegiatan yang dilakukan baik melalui nasihat, pendidikan dengan cara menanamkan nilai-nilai moral serta etika bersosial baik dalam lingkungan sekolah maupun masyarakat, serta memberikan hukuman yang tujuan untuk mendidik. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan terhadap penelitian ini bahwa Model Pembelajaran Uswah Hasanah dalam Pembinaan Akhlak Mahmudah Siswa di Sekolah meliputi lemah lembut, kasih sayang, pembiasaan-pembiasaan, kisah qur’ani dan sanksi. Sementara Efektivitas  Model Pembelajaran Uswah Hasanah dalam Pembinaan Akhlak Mahmudah Siswa di MTs Gandasoli Cikakak Sukabumi meliputi sopan santun, sikap tolong menolong, disiplin, jujur dan relegius.
