Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the what, why, and how of decision making in educational leadership based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. From this study it was concluded that decision making in educational leadership is the optimal effort of educational leaders to make permanent and appropriate decisions which are: (1) based on religion means based on God's teachings that require justice, by not favoritism, without hatred, not following the winds. lust, do not twist the facts, and dare to testify; (2) based on philosophy means based on knowledge and inquiry with reason that respects the existence of free and responsible human beings, by democratic way (non-directive, accommodative, and participatory); (3) based on psychology means based on psychology that emphasizes the basic drives (hormic) of human behavior, through instinctive approaches (perceptual, emotional, and motoric) and personality (disposition, temperament, and character methods); and (4) based on sociology means based on social science that pays attention to networks of social actors, by way of visual identification of networks and centralization of intermediaries

Abstract

IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF MADRASAH EDUCATION THROUGH DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE This study aims to describe and analyze what, why and how to improve the quality of madrasa education through organizational development. This research uses library research method and includes qualitative research. From this research, it was found that improving the quality of madrasa education has a large enough contribution in the world of education. Improving the quality of education refers to the process carried out in improving the quality of education. The role of organizational culture in an organization includes being able to improve performance, commitment from members of the organization, creating a family atmosphere, cohesiveness, learning resilience, enthusiasm to move forward, encouragement to work hard and never give up so that a conducive organizational culture can be realized so that it can be easy to improve. quality of madrasa education. Factors that support organizational values ​​such as quality culture, discipline culture, and hard work culture that are applied in the madrasa environment. Meanwhile, what can be an obstacle to the development of organizational culture is a lack of understanding of the vision and mission and goals of the madrasa, poor internal relations between educators and facilities and infrastructure that are less than optimal.

Abstract

Dalam kajian ini penulis mencoba mengangkat factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi paradigma berpikir kesisteman pendidikan Islam. Yang menjadi fokus masalah bagi penulis ialah manajemen, pembiayaan, akses dan kelembagaan. Selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan ini lebih dideskripsikan dan diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan kondisi penelitian. Dari hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Manajemen Pembiayaan pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap akses kelembagaan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembiayaan merupakan sebuah proses dalam mengoptimalkan sumber dana yang ada, mengalokasikan dana yang tersedia dan mendistribusikannya sebagai fasilitas atau sarana pendukung proses pembelajaran sehingga tercipta proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien serta jauh lebih baik. Untuk mencapai mutu sekolah yang baik, biaya pendidikan harus dikelola dengan optimal dan maksimal. Oleh karena itu, tahapan pada manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan perlu diperhatikan dan menjadi prioritas utama.
