Abstract

Basically the task of teachers to educate, teach, train and evaluate students, so that learners can become human beings who can carry out life in harmony with his nature as a human being. Related to the task of teachers in evaluating students then teachers should have the skills to teach. It is therefore necessary for the principal's role to motivate teachers to improve their performance and objectives to help teachers clearly see the purpose of education and to achieve the educational goals by fostering and developing better teaching methods and procedures. The purpose of this research is to increase the competence of teachers in the use of ICTs, so that it can improve the performance and the performance of teachers in the world compete in this globalization. So with the use of ICT teachers are able to access and create lesson material that is betterand interesting so siswapun will have a better learning achievement also especially at SD Negeri 30 Timbulun

Abstract

Ketimpangan sebagai kerancuan keteladanan edukasi ini sudah barang tentu berimplikasi pada pola pikir (mindset) anak dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dalam pembelajaran berkehidupan. Membaca sebagai bagian nilai edukatif fungsi terapan karya sastra sebagai bagian dari Profil Pancasila perlu mendapatkan focus perhatian yang sangat signifikan. Pola alur penokohan cerita yang bersifat teoritis bukan pada penempatan teknik praktik menyebabkan cerita pendek anak tampak selalu penuh insiden dan kejadian yang semata-mata menyajikan cerita akan menimbulkan kerancuan perilaku anak. Revolusi mental ini melibatkan transformasi etos pada praktik berupa perubahan mendasar mentalitas cara berpikir, cara merasa, cara mempercayai yang kesemuanya itu akan menjelma dalam perilaku dan tindakan anak sehari-hari sebagai bagian keteladanan norma-norma elemen Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the history or background of the Oslo agreement, the direction of policies and the efforts made in the peace of both parties and the results of the Oslo agreement. The results obtained by the author regarding the Oslo agreement are that the Oslo agreement occurred in 1993 against the background of land disputes in the West Bank and the Gaza Peninsula. Where the Israeli side asked Palestine to be officially recognized as the state of Israel. Meanwhile, Palestine asked to establish authority/self-government (occupied territory) in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, but the relationship between the two sides continued to be damaged by the prolonged conflict, which resulted in losses for the surrounding population. So there was a negotiation for peace called the Oslo agreement. The Oslo Agreement is one of the important peace processes between Israel and Palestine that aims to resolve the prevailing conflict.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the social values ​​contained in the short story "Nyanyian Malam" by Ahmad Tohari so that it can be used as a reference for readers of literature and implemented in the social life of society. The type of research used is a literature study using a descriptive-qualitative approach. The research data are: words, phrases, and sentences related to social values ​​in the short story "Nyanyian Malam" by Ahmad Tohari. The data collection technique is reading and grouping data according to the research object. The data analysis technique is by (1) reading, (2) describing, (3) interpreting, (4) drawing conclusions. The results of this study found 6 types of social values ​​in the short story "Nyanyian Malam", namely: helping each other found 6 data, empathy found 4 data, loyalty found 1 data, caring found 1 data, religiosity found 1 data and politeness found 1 data. These findings indicate that the social values ​​contained in the short story "Nyanyian Malam" greatly influence the relationship between characters, both in the context of family, society, and in the individual's own life.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the forms of colonial domination over the subaltern in Palestine and to reveal the symbolic resistance of the subaltern against colonialism in the novel Rijāl Fī Asy-Syams by Ghassan Kanafani. The central issue in the novel concerns the silencing of subaltern voices by the upper-class society in Palestine. This research is a library research employing a qualitative approach. The study adopts Gayatri C. Spivak’s postcolonial theory as its analytical framework. The data consist of words, phrases, and sentences related to symbolic resistance found in the novel Rijāl Fī Asy-Syams. Data collection techniques include reading and categorizing data in accordance with the research focus. Data analysis was conducted through reading, describing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study reveal seven forms of domination carried out by the upper class, including those in power in Palestine. These are economic, ideological, religious, social, gender-based, capitalist, and political domination.   يهدف هذا البحث إلى اكتشاف أشكال هيمنة الاستعمار على الفئات الدنيا (السوبالترن) في فلسطين، وكشف أشكال المقاومة الرمزية التي تقوم بها هذه الفئات ضد الاستعمار في رواية "رجال في الشمس" لغسان كنفاني. تتعلق المشكلة المطروحة في الرواية بعدم سماع أصوات الفئات الدنيا من قبل الطبقات العليا في المجتمع الفلسطيني. نوع هذا البحث هو بحث مكتبي (library research) باستخدام المنهج النوعي. ويعتمد هذا البحث على مقاربة ما بعد الاستعمار التي طرحتها غاياتري تشاكرافورتي سبيفاك. أما بيانات هذا البحث فتتمثل في الكلمات والعبارات والجمل المتعلقة بالمقاومة الرمزية الواردة في رواية "رجال في الشمس". أما طريقة جمع البيانات فتعتمد على القراءة وتصنيف البيانات وفقاً لموضوع البحث. وتم تحليل البيانات من خلال القراءة، والوصف، والتفسير، ثم استنتاج النتائج. وصلت نتائج هذا البحث إلى وجود سبعة أشكال من الهيمنة تمارسها الطبقات العليا في المجتمع، بما في ذلك الحكّام في فلسطين، وهي: الهيمنة الاقتصادية، والأيديولوجية، والدينية، والاجتماعية، والجندرية، والرأسمالية، والسياسية.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bentuk dominasi kolonialisme terhadap subaltern di Palestina dan mengungkapkan resistensi simbolik subaltern terhadap kolonialisme dalam Novel Rijāl Fī Asy-Syams karya Ghassan Kanafani. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam Novel tersebut berkaitan dengan tidak didengarnya suara-suara subaltern oleh masyarakat kalangan atas di Palestina. Jenis penelitian ini adalah library research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Poskolonial Gayatri C. Spivak. Data dalam penellitian yaitu kata, frasa serta kalimat yang berkaitan dengan resistensi simbolik yang terdapat dalam novel Rijāl Fī Asy-Syams karya Ghassan Kanafani. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu membaca dan mengelompokkan data sesuai objek penelitian. Teknik analisis data dengan membaca, mendeskripsikan, menafsirkan, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya tujuh bentuk dominasi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat kalangan atas, termasuk juga para penguasa di Palestina, yaitu dominasi ekonomi, ideologi, agama, sosial, gender, kapitalis, dan politik.

Abstract

Pressure ulcers are conditions characterized by damage to the anatomical structure and normal function of the skin caused by continuous external pressure on prominent bony areas. This study was conducted to determine the effect of a combination of effleurage massage and Nigella sativa oil on reducing the risk of pressure ulcer development. Pressure ulcers are a common nursing problem, particularly among individuals with limited mobility and those undergoing prolonged bed rest. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental one-group design with post-intervention measurement. The sample consisted of 18 respondents who met the inclusion criteria and were determined using the Federer formula. All respondents received an intervention in the form of a combination of effleurage massage and Nigella sativa oil in accordance with established procedures. The risk of pressure ulcer development was assessed after the intervention using a standardized risk assessment instrument. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical tests. The results showed a statistically significant reduction in the risk of pressure ulcer development after the intervention, with a p-value of 0.003. This study concludes that the combination of effleurage massage and Nigella sativa oil has a significant effect on reducing the risk of pressure ulcers.
