This research was motivated by observations in several elementary schools in Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh that the fourth grade students of elementary school still had a low ability to describe and explain the steps in the life cycle of animals. In addition, the teacher also does not use the media in the learning process of animal life cycle concepts. The purpose of this study is to apply puzzle learning media to students' understanding of animal life cycle material. The results of the study indicate that the results of the application of media puzzles on the subject of animal life cycle can increase the understanding of fourth grade students of SD 69 on the material. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the value of student learning outcomes in the posttest with the percentage of 87.5% of students included in the category "Completed". While at pretest only 10.3% were declared "Completed". The results of the questionnaire showed that students' learning motivation towards the use of puzzle media was very high with the percentage of 89.4% of students stated motivated by the use of puzzle learning media. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi di beberapa sekolah dasar di Aceh Besar dan Banda Aceh bahwasanya siswa kelas IV SD masih memiliki kemampuan yang rendah dalam mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan langkah-langkah daur hidup hewan. Selain itu, guru juga tidak menggunakan media dalam proses pembelajaran konsep daur hidup hewan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan media pembelajaran puzzle untuk pemahaman siswa terhadap materi daur hidup hewan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penerapan media puzzle pada pokok bahasan daur hidup hewan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas IV SD 69 terhadap materi tersebut. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai hasil belajar siswapadaposttest denganpersentase 87,5% siswatermasukdalamkatagori ”Tuntas”. Sedangkan pada pretest hanya 10,3% yang dinyatakan “Tuntas”.Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa terhadap penggunaan media puzzle sangat tinggi dengan persentase 89,4% siswa menyatakan termotivasi dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran puzzle. This research is motivated by the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers in several elementary schools in Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh which explain that teachers are still having trouble finding suitable media for learning, especially on themes that contain a lot of reading, one of them is in grade III elementary school , as in the sub-theme of the appearance of the earth with the characteristics of the sub-theme in the form of abstract material concepts and understanding is obtained by reading a lot so that an innovation is needed so that students remain active and can increase students' understanding during learning. The purpose of this research is to apply pop-up book learning media for students' understanding of the sub-theme of the appearance of the earth. The results of the application of the pop-up book media on the sub-theme of appearance of the earth can improve the understanding of students in class III SD 69 of the sub-theme. This is evidenced by the acquisition of student learning outcomes in the posttest with a percentage of 86.2% of students included in the category "Completed". Whereas in the pretest no students were declared "Complete". The results of student motivation to pop-up book media were very high at 87.6% and students stated that they were motivated by using pop-up book learning media. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil observasi dan wawancara yang peneliti lakukan di beberapa sekolah dasar di Aceh Besar dan Banda Aceh yang menjelaskanbahwa guru masih kesulitan menemukan media yang cocok untuk pembelajaran terutama pada tema-tema yang mengandung banyak bacaan salah satunya adalah di kelas III SD,seperti pada sub tema ketampakan rupa bumi dengan karekteristik sub tema tersebut berupa konsep materi yang bersifat abstrak dan pemahamanannya didapat dengan banyak membaca sehingga dibutuhkan suatu inovasi supaya peserta didik tetap aktif dan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik selama pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan media pembelajaran pop-up bookuntuk pemahaman siswa terhadap sub tema ketampakan rupa bumi. Hasil penerapan media pop-up book pada sub tema ketampakan rupa bumi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas III SD 69 terhadap sub tema tersebut. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai hasil belajar siswa pada posttest dengan persentase 86,2% siswa termasuk dalam katagori ”Tuntas” . Sedangkan pada pretest tidak ada siswa yang dinyatakan “Tuntas”. Hasil motivasi belajar siswa terhadap media pop-up book sangat tinggi yaitu 87,6% dan siswa menyatakan termotivasi dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran pop-up book. Psychomotor assessment can be carried out in every learning activity, one of them is in the science practicum activities. The implementation of science practicum for students of Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program also demands aspects of skills in carrying out practical activities. The large number of students in one class causes educators to only be able to assess the ability of student performance in groups. One strategy that can help educators in assessing student performance in science practicum activities is through peer assessment techniques. The research design used here is a research development with a 4-D model, namely Define, Design, Development and Disseminate. Based on the results of the needs analysis carried out at the define stage, it was obtained that psychomotor evaluation instruments are needed in the implementation of practical science activities. In the design phase, an initial draft of the instrument sheet will be carried out in accordance with the stages contained in the science practicum activities. At the development stage, an instrument sheet development phase will be carried out through expert validation activities and limited field trials. Disseminate stage which is the last stage, which is carried out dissemination of products on a larger sample. The results of the responses obtained from students showed that all students involved found it easier to carry out the assessment process with peer assessment techniques. They can use the time well in the assessment process so that the science practicum activities can run optimally. Every student who acts as a practitioner also seems eager to do practical activities because they know that they are being assessed directly, so that the assessment process becomes more objective. Abstrak Penilaian psikomotorik dapat dilaksanakan pada setiap kegiatan pembelajaran, salah satunya pada kegiatan praktikum IPA. Pelaksanaan praktikum IPA bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar juga menuntut aspek keterampilan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan praktikum. Jumlah mahasiswa yang banyak dalam satu kelas menyebabkan pendidik hanya mampu menilai kemampuan kinerja mahasiswa secara berkelompok. Salah satu strategi yang dapat membantu pendidik dalam menilai kinerja mahasiswa pada kegiatan praktikum IPA yaitu dengan teknik peer assessment (penilaian teman sejawat). Desain penelitian yang digunakan di sini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4-D yaitu Define, Design, Development dan Disseminate. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan pada tahap define diperoleh informasi bahwa Instrumen evaluasi psikomotorik sangat dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan praktikum IPA. Pada tahap design akan dilakukan sebuah perancangan draft awal lembar instrumen disesuaikan dengan tahapan-tahapan yang terdapat dalam kegiatan praktikum IPA. Pada tahap development akan dilakukan tahap pengembangan lembar instrumen melalui kegiatan validasi para ahli dan uji coba lapangan terbatas. Tahap disseminate yang merupakan tahap terakhir, yaitu dilakukan penyebarluasan prosuk pada sampel yang lebih banyak. Hasil respon yang diperoleh dari peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta didik yang dilibatkan merasa lebih mudah dalam melaksanakan proses penilaian dengan teknik peer assessment. Mereka dapat memanfaatkan waktu dengan baik dalam proses penilaian sehingga kegiatan praktikum IPA dapat berjalan maksimal. Setiap peserta didik yang berperan sebagai praktikan juga terlihat bersemangat melakukan kegiatan praktikum karena mengetahui bahwa mereka sedang dinilai secara langsung, sehingga proses penilaian menjadi lebih objektif. Some studies show that the level of awareness of students in maintaining the environment is still lacking. It becomes the basis for making a design of acid-base material by using science approach of community technology. The purpose of this research is to make a chemical learning design using science, technology and society (STM) approach on acid-base material to raise student awareness to the environment and produce a local instruction for acid-base concept with approach of community technology science. The research method used is design research method with preliminary design, teaching experiment and retrospective analysis. This study describes how the study of acid-base concepts contributes to the students of grade XI IPA3 on the increase of environmental awareness. The result of teaching experiment shows that the design of acid-base concept study with science technology approach of society can increase awareness of students of class XI IPA3 to environment. Abstrak Beberapa kajian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran siswa dalam menjaga lingkungan masih kurang. Hal tersebut menjadi dasar untuk membuat suatu desain pembelajaran materi asam basa dengan menggunakan pendekatan sains teknologi masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu desain pembelajaran kimia dengan menggunakan pendekatan sains, teknologi dan masyarakat (STM) pada materi asam basa untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap lingkungan dan menghasilkan suatu local instruction local untuk konsep asam basa dengan pendekatan sains teknologi masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode design research dengan tahap preliminary design, teaching experiment dan retrospective analysis. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana pembelajaran konsep asam basa memberi kontribusi pada siswa-siswa kelas XI IPA3 terhadap peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan. Hasil dari teaching eksperiment menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran konsep asam basa dengan pendekatan sains teknologi masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa-siswa kelas XI IPA3 terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana potensi terjadinya perundungan pada peserta didik SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh dan bagaimana upaya pencegahaan tindakan perundungan melalui penguatan pendidikan karakter di SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap, yaitu tahapan identifikasi, upaya tindak lanjut, dan pemantauan hasil kegiatan. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu dokumentasi, angket, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif–kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik berpotensi mengalami tindakan perundungan verbal dan perundungan fisik karena pengaruh lingkungan dan pergaulan sehari-hari yang tidak terkontrol. Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada tiga kelas penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 42 persen peserta didik pada kelas pertama, 30 persen peserta didik pada kelas kedua, 25 persen peserta didik pada kelas ketiga pernah mengalami tindakan perundungan pada satu tahun terakhir. Tindakan perundungan dapat dicegah dengan menerapkan Penguatan pendidikan karakter. Kegiatan penguatan pendidikan karakter yang bisa dilaksanakan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter pada draft perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru dan juga dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter pada proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penguatan pendidikan karakter juga bisa dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan budaya sekolah seperti Upacara Bendera, kegiatan religius dan gotong royong.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pembelajaran konsep asam basa dengan pendekatan sains teknologi masyarakat (STM) dapat memberi kontribusi pada siswa-siswa kelas XI IPA3 terhadap peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain pre-test and post-test group. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Random Sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Glumpang Tiga. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas XI IPA3. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket kesadaran lingkungan, angket respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa indikator kesadaran lingkungan mengalami peningkatan dari nilai pretest dan nilai posttest yaitu: (1) indikator pengetahuan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 16,4%; (2) indikator pemahaman mengalami peningkatan sebesar 21,6%; (3) indikator sikap mengalami peningkatan sebesar 24,8%; (4) indikator tindakan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 16,8%. Rata-rata nilai indikator kesadaran pada pretest yaitu 2,83 tergolong dalam kriteria rendah, sedangkan untuk posttest rata-rata nilai indikator kesadaran yaitu 3,85 tergolong dalam kriteria sedang. Dari hasil perhitungan uji-t diperoleh = 3,839 dengan taraf signifikan 5% (α = 0,05) dan dk = (n - 1) dan peluang (1 - α ) diperoleh nilai = 1,73, sehingga ≥ , maka tolak Ho dan terima Ha, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kesadaran siswa terhadap lingkungan dengan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan STM pada materi asam basa. Hasil analisis angket respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa siswa memberi respon positif terhadap pembelajaran materi asam basa dengan menggunakan pendekatan STM dengan perolehan persentase sebesar ≥ 80%. Hasil analisis tes hasil belajar terdapat 3 siswa yang termasuk kategori “Tidak Tuntas”. Namun secara klasikal diperoleh presentase sebesar 85% dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa dikelas XI IPA3 termasuk dalam kategori tuntas belajar.

Practical activity is a series of learning processes related to the assessment of students in the psychomotor domain. A large number of students in a classroom challenged many teachers in conducting skills assessments for students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the psychomotor evaluation using peer assessment in the practicum activities. The Method in this research is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted by adjusting the results of psychomotor evaluation in the practical activities between direct observation and peer assessment. The research was conducted in natural science practicum activities, specifically on plant reproduction material. The study involved 60 college students of the Department of Primary School of Teacher Training Education as the research sample. The effectiveness of psychomotor evaluation using peer assessment techniques can be seen from the suitability of the results of psychomotor evaluation using peer assessment techniques and the results of direct observation. Based on the results of the research, there is a suitable average score of the psychomotor evaluation which is conducted by the peer assessment technique with the average score of the direct observations made by the researcher which is 91.4 and 90.4. The level of suitability of the two average values reached 98.90%. This shows that the implementation of psychomotor evaluation using peer assessment is effective in the practicum activities

Vocabulary mastery is the initial stage in teaching elementary school studentsto understand basic Indonesian language mastery. Improving vocabularymastery in elementary school students can be done by using specific media, oneof which is the use of spelling puzzle media. This research aims to improvestudents' understanding of vocabulary through the use of spelling puzzle media.The type of research used in this research is the experimental method. Theresearch design will use one sample pretest-posttest researchdesign. The sampleused in this research was 20 grade 1 elementary school students. The results ofthe research show that there has been an increase in student learningcompleteness, where after implementing the posttest, student completeness was95%, after previously giving the pretest, the percentage of student completiononly reached 30%. This shows that the use of spelling puzzle media canincrease students' learning completeness related to elementary school levelstudents' vocabulary understanding in Indonesian language subject content.

This study is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students. The low learning outcomes are influenced by a lack of understanding of the learning material, which is caused by students' passive involvement in the learning process, such as lack of concentration, limited active participation, and an inability to relate the learning material to everyday life. The aim of this research is to improve learning outcomes by using the Discovery Learning model. This research is a quantitative study. The research method used is an experimental method, with the experimental design being a Pre-Experimental Design, specifically the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Lamcot Aceh Besar. The population of the study consisted of all third-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Lamcot Aceh Besar, and the data were collected using Purposive Sampling. The sample consisted of 21 students selected from class III-A. Based on the results of the study, there was a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes before and after the intervention. The average pretest score was 53%, and after the treatment, the average posttest score increased to 83%. The conclusion drawn from this study is that the implementation of the Discovery Learning model can improve students' learning outcomes. Therefore, the use of the Discovery Learning model can be considered as one of the effective teaching methods to be applied in Mathematics learning.

The Low Critical Thinking Skills of Fourth Grade Students at SDIT Nurul Ishlah and the Lack of Effective Learning Media and Teaching Aids are the Background of This Research. The purpose of this research is to measure the validity, analyze the practicality, and determine the effectiveness of science teaching aids made from recycled materials in improving students' critical thinking skills. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the research indicate that the science teaching aids made from recycled materials were assessed as highly valid, with a percentage of 95.56% from media experts and 97.78% from material experts. In terms of practicality, the teaching aids were considered very practical, with a 94% rating from teachers. The effectiveness test using the One Sample T-Test produced a p-value of 0.05, indicating that these teaching aids are effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. Furthermore, the N-Gain test showed a score of 72.42%, indicating a high level of improvement in students' critical thinking skills. Overall, the science teaching aids made from recycled materials have been proven to be highly valid, practical, and effective in supporting the learning process and enhancing students' critical thinking skills.
