Abstract

This research aims to produce inquiry web-based learning multimedia valid and effective way to improve student learning outcomes on ecosystem materials in junior high schools. This research is a development research that will be carried out in two stages (the development stage of learning multimedia and the stage of testing the results of multimedia). The product developed was validated by (how many validators) competent experts and then tested empirically using Randomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest Design on (how many students) students. The research data were analyzed descriptively and statistically. The results showed that (1) inquiry web-based learning multimedia was declared valid with very high criteria (individual test n=3, achievement= 92%; small group test n= 9, achievement= 86%; and large group test n= 32, achievement = 79%) and (2) the increase in learning outcomes of the experimental group was significantly different compared to the control group. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the inquiry web -based learning multimedia developed is valid and effective f in improving the learning outcomes of class VII junior high school students on the material of the ecosystem of the Biology Science subject.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness implementation of training in making ICT-based learning media for teachers. This evaluation research uses the CIPP evaluation model from Stuffelbeam with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subjects of this study were participants, instructors and training providers, with the object of research being documentation of the implementation of ICT-based media creation training, the instructor's performance, and the work and impact reports of the training participants. Based on the results of the research evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of training in making ICT-based learning media for teachers at LPMP West Sulawesi, it can be results (1) Context Aspect is the suitability of the objectives of the implementation of the training program for making ICT-based learning media with the Vision and Mission of the LPMP West Sulawesi. The training service was considered very satisfactory at 93% and declared effective at 7%. (3) In the process aspect, the trainees assessed that the performance of the training instructor was very effective, 95% of the respondents gave an assessment of being very effective and the remaining 5% gave an effective assessment of the instructor's performance. (4) Product Aspect, the percentage of teachers who can fulfill the assignment requirements is 95% for video work or about 40 teachers from a total of 42 participants, while for impacting there are 39 teachers who submit impact reports or around 93%. The implementation of training on making ICT-based learning media for teachers at the West Sulawesi LPMP is running effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooking class activities on the cognitive abilities of group A children in Cluster IV, Gedangan Sidoarjo District. This study uses a quasi-experimental design through a quantitative approach. The experimental design used was nonequivalent control group design. The subjects in this study were the children of group A RA Al Islah Karangbong with a total of 51 children as the experimental group and PAUD Tashwirul Afkar Karangbong with a total of 30 children as the control group. Data analysis techniques in this study used non-parametric statistics with the Mann Whitney Test. The results of this study indicate that "there is an effect of cooking class activities on the cognitive abilities of Group A kindergarten children in Cluster IV Gedangan Sidoarjo District" with a statistical value of Z = -4.076 with a significance level of 0.000 or less than 5%. This shows that there is an effect of cooking class activities on the cognitive abilities of Group A kindergarten children. Cooking class activities can be used as an interesting and fun learning reference for children in improving children's cognitive abilities because children get direct experience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of animated video media on literacy and symbolic thinking abilities of group A children in Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Ngunut Tulungagung District. This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design through a quantitative approach. The experimental design used is a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were group A children of TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 3 Ngunut and TK Aisyiyah Pulosari, with a total of 30 children in the experimental group and 30 children in the control group. The data analysis technique in this study used non-parametric statistics, the Mann Whitney test. The results of the study, there are differences in the average value of literacy skills. The average value of literacy ability of the experimental group at the time of the pretest was 1.58 and after being given treatment, the posttest average value of 3.30. While the average value of the ability to recognize patterns in the control group during the pretest was 1.54 and after being treated, the posttest was 2.55. In conclusion, there is an effect of animated video media on children's literacy skills and there is an influence of animated video media on the symbolic thinking ability of group A children in Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Ngunut Tulungagung District. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk evaluasi program tracer study di Prodi Pendidikan Tata Rias Universitas Negeri Medan dengan menggunakan model CIPP. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan metodenya adalah deskriptif analitis dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Sampel yang digunakan adalah tim task force berjumlah 2 dosen, serta menjaring alumni dari tahun 2012-2023 sebanyak 7 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen.  Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.   Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil evaluasi konteks, pelaksanaan program tracer study dikategorikan berjalan dengan maksimal sesuai dengan kriteria evaluasi konteks. Program tracer study mendapat dukungan dari pimpinan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Medan, stake holder, kepala laboratorium unit produksi, dosen dan alumni Pendidikan Tata Rias, 2) Hasil evaluasi input terdiri dari sarana dan prasarana, dana atau anggaran, pengelola progam dan pelaksanaan program. Semua unsur-unsur evaluasi input secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik dan terus dilakukan evaluasi sehingga program tracer study akan terus berkembang. 3) Hasil evaluasi proses memuat isi kesesuaian pelaksaaan dengan rencana program, kesesuaian kompetensi pengelola program tracer study dan keefektifan Pelaksanaan progam tracer study. Dari masukan yang diberikan bahwa evaluasi proses memiliki tingkat keberhasilan 90% dimana nilai tersebut kategori baik, 4) Hasil evaluasi produk program tracer study di Pendidikan Tata Rias Universitas Negeri Medan dikategorikan pada produk progam tracer study dan outcome program tracer study.

Abstract

Universitas Dr. Soetomo Surabaya merupakan salah satu lembaga perguruan tinggi yang telah memiliki Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) yang dibuktikan dengan adanya lisensi dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP), sangatlah penting dalam mengeluarkan Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kerja. Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kerja itulah yang akan mempengaruhi hasil calon pengajar kedepannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program sertifikasi kompetensi kerja pada jenjang kualifikasi 4 untuk calon pengajar, untuk memastikan bahwa calon pengajar memiliki kompetensi yang memadai dalam bidang pengajaran dan memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan oleh lembaga atau otoritas yang relevan berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI). Penelitian di laksanakan di Universitas Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif evaluatif dengan Metode Evaluasi CIPP. Metode CIPP berfokus kepada Contex yaitu landasan hukum, visi misi dan tujuan; Input yaitu peserta didik, pendidik, sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan, kurikulum, kerja sama BNSP, dan asesor; Process yaitu pendaftaran, pra-assessment, dan assessment serta Product meliputi pelaporan hasil. Program ini berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta sertifikasi kompetensi di Universitas Dr. Soetomo Surabaya.

Abstract

Mathematics is a subject that is currently considered to have a high level of difficulty compared to other subjects for students. Especially for blind students. Visually impaired learners experience limited senses of vision that can affect understanding and reasoning about the material of Cube and Beam Spaces taught by educators. In this study, the Cube and Beam Nets media was applied which aims to facilitate students in understanding the material of cube and beam nets by assembling cube and beam nets so that they can form cubes and beams. Research was conducted to determine the learning outcomes of students before and after the use of media. In this study, the method used was quantitative method. The research instrument used in this research is a written test with braille letters combined with embossed paper to bring up the nets of cubes and blocks in the test instrument sheet. The type of research used in this research is exsperiment with the research design used, namely one group pre-test post-test with research subjects 6 students. The average result of the pre-test obtained is 43.3, while the average value of the post-test obtained is 85. The data obtained was then analyzed using non-parametric statistical analysis with Zscore = 2.20 greater than Ztable = 1.96 with a value of n = 6 (α = 5% so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted). If H0 is rejected and Ha  is accepted, then in the study there is a significant influence before the use of media and after the use of 3-dimensional media nets of cubes and beams.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the social and emotional development of young learners. It is necessary for balancing the cognitive aspects. Market day centers can be conducted at an early age in order to give them choices in their life instead of only focusing on cognitive aspects. Besides, it supports social and emotional development. Through this method, the entrepreneurship is introduced in basic level. The social emotional aspects learned in this methods are : (1) being calm during the turn (2) being patient in price agreement(3) accepting the agreement. The quantitative approach was used, namely Quasi Experimental with a nonequivalent control group model. Data collection was conducted through observation and documentation for secondary data. In line with the aim of the research, the result showed that there was a significant difference between the experiment and control group after the treatment. The experiment group became calm during the turn, showed more independence, and respected their peers e.g. price agreement. In conclusion, this method was able to stimulate the social and emotional development in group B Prima Cendekia Kindergarten Islamic School in Grogol, Kediri, Indonesia
