Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru dikjasor di SMA Negeri Kota Kediri. Temuan yaitu, dalam membelajarkan siswa guru tersebut belum menerapkan konsep dan tujuan dikjasor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data adalah guru dikjasor di SMA Negeri di Kota Kediri. Hasil penelitian untuk SMAN I mendapatkan nilai 2,3 setelah lokakarya menjadi 2,7. SMAN II nilai 2,8 menjadi 2,9. SMAN III nilai 1,9 menjadi 2,0. Untuk SMAN IV nilai 1,6 menjadi 2,7. SMAN V nilai 3,0 menjadi 2,6. SMAN VI nilai 1,8 menjadi 2,2. SMAN VII nilai 1,3 menjadi 1,8. SMAN VIII nilai 2,1 menjadi 2,2. Rata-rata pretest 2,1 dan rata-rata postest 2.38. Guru belum menerapkan konsep dan tujuan dikjasor, setelah diadakan lokakarya dan dinilai dengan statistik uji-t, diketahui bahwa th = 1,147 < t1% = 2,977. Kesimpulannya bahwa ada perbedaan yang tidak signifikan. Artinya tidak ada peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru di SMA Negeri di Kota Kediri.

Abstract

Movement / physical activity is a very important matter for a child's life to support the performance of the movement itself, from the child as a student or the child becomes an athlete, when the child becomes an athlete, movements that already exist or have been studied must be monitored for stability and maximum of a movement that leads to skill. The purpose of the research is to describe and examine the movement activities of elementary school-level athletes throughout Surabaya during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of quantitative descriptive research because in this study more emphasis on calculations of the data obtained through the google form. Discussions that occur in elementary schools in Surabaya are mostly non-athletes, there are about 87.2% who are students or ordinary students, and for athletes 12. 8% of the number of schools based on the division area between West, East, Central Surabaya. , north and south. This shows that it is quite good for the activities of the child who has this level of growth, amounting to 58.1%, this shows that these elementary school children are indeed good activities, above 50%. Movement activities by elementary school students can be said to be various movements, in general the exercises are aerobic and anaerobic, while the descriptions are jogging, running, cycling, sit-ups, push-ups, planks. Abstract

Volleyball is a large ball game played by two opposing teams. The game is played by 2 teams of 6 players each fighting to be the first to reach 25 points. There are 4 important roles in a team, namely Pitcher (or Setter), Spiker (Smash), Libero and Defender (Defender). Tosser or pengmpang is a person whose job is to pass the ball to his teammate and dictate the flow of the game. The spiker's job is to hit the ball so that it lands in the opponent's defense zone. A libero is a defender who is free to enter and exit but may not hit the ball over the net. Defender is a player who defends to fend off enemy attacks. Pembinaan Sidoarjo Jaya is a volleyball coach management organization. Facing these developments, the Sidoarjo region, especially the Disporapar Kab. Sidoarjo hopes that this training will result in better performance and be able to lift the volleyball court from a lower level to a higher level. The aim of the researcher is to find out comprehensively how the management of volleyball coaches in Sidoarjo Jaya is related to the development of achievement, inhibiting factors and management of Sidoarjo Jaya's development results. This type of research is a descriptive research method with observation methods, data collection methods through interviews, questionnaires and topic documentation. Sidoarjo Jaya managers, coaches and athletes participated in this study, totaling 45 people consisting of 2 managers, 4 coaches and 39 athletes. The data analysis technique used is a data analysis technique using the percentage description method. As a result, the athlete's perception of human resources was in the high category with an average of 92.62, while the athlete's perception of facilities was in the high category with an average of 95.77, reflecting the athlete's perception of the training program. It is in the low category for which the average value was obtained. 96.95, high and low category training program trainers' average of 90.50, high category human resource trainers' average of  49.75, managers' perception of human. , the average of 46.00 high range and low category resources representing the manager's perception of the facility by determining an average of  94.50.

Abstract

Sports are one of the means of shaping individual and collective character and national spirit. One of the Student Athletics Championship events is a school-level athletic competition to find potential seeds in Indonesia ranging from elementary to high school students. This competition is held starting from regional qualifications to the National Championship. Participants who participated were 32,000 from more than 200 schools and the most participants came from East Java, namely 5104 participants. This study aims to determine the athletes’ thoughts on the Student Athletics Championship event in assessing the negative and positive impacts of the event. The research design used was descriptive cross-sectional with a survey method of 71 athletic athletes selected by random sampling. The study was conducted at the Thor Field, Surabaya in March-October 2024. The instrument used was a post-event survey question with 4 question perspectives, namely the level of satisfaction with the initial stage of organizing the event, belief in the benefits of participating in the event, the level of satisfaction with the final stage of assessment and reward-giving, and plans and recommendations to friends or relatives to participate in the next event. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive. The study results showed that most athletes had a positive perception of participating in the 2023 SAC event and believed they would participate and recommend the next SAC event with an average of 97% (69 athletes). Athletes who participated stated that the 2023 SAC.

Abstract

Visitor satisfaction is very important to improve the quality of the swimming pool. Keeping the pool clean and improving facilities such as bathrooms and water cleanliness are the drivers of visitor satisfaction. Based on the survey results, it was found that the lack of cleanliness of the swimming pool was due to a lack of self-awareness on the part of visitors to maintain cleanliness and notification from the pool. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of visitors to Tirta Indah Swimming Pool, Kediri Regency, East Java. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative using purposive non random sampling with a sample of 80 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet. This data collection uses questionnaire results and officer interviews. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis. Data processing using editing and tabulating. The results showed that the level of visitor satisfaction with swimming recreation sports facilities at Tirta Indah Swimming Pool, Kediri Regency was classified as satisfactory, in the product quality category of 75.25%, price category of 80%, service quality category of 83.75%, emotional factor category of 63.75%, and convenience category of 81.25%. The conclusion related to the research is that the majority of visitor satisfaction at Tirta Indah Swimming Pool is categorized as satisfactory, partly satisfactory because many of the respondents are satisfied from the category of swimming pool ticket prices which are relatively cheap and most respondents are not satisfied because the prices of food and drinks in the swimming pool canteen are expensive.

Abstract

The goal in playing handball is to put the ball into the opponent's goal as much as possible and concede fewer goals. This study aims to find out how big the success and failure rate of shooting techniques is and what shooting areas or positions are most often used for shooting in the 2023 IHF World Championship final match. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, with an approach through match video analysis which is presented in the form of numerical data to find out how big the success and failure rate of shooting is and what shooting techniques are used. The subjects in this study were the Danish and French teams playing in the 2023 IHF World Championship final match. The results showed that the number of successful shots from the Danish team was 34 times while for France it was 29 times with a percentage of 62.96% and 50.87% successful shooting using the jump shoot technique 20 times with a percentage of 65% for Denmark, while for France the flying shoot technique was most often used, namely 22 times and a percentage of 59.09%. The number of shooting failures from the Danish team was 20 times with a percentage of 37.03% while for France it was 28 times with a percentage of 49.12%, shooting failures using the jump shoot technique were 7 times with a percentage of 35% for Denmark, while for France the failure using the flying shoot shooting technique was 9 times with a percentage of 40.90%. The most frequently used shooting area from both teams was the front area, successful shooting for Denmark 18 times with a percentage of 64% and France 18 times with a percentage of 56%, failed shooting from the front area of ​​the Danish team was 10 times with a percentage of 36% while France was 14 times 44%. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for players and coaches to develop the right training program in order to improve the effectiveness of shooting techniques to get better results.

Abstract

Masalah utama dari diabetes mellitus adalah tidak terkontrolnya kadar glukosa darah. Salah satu cara kontrol kadar glukosa darah sekaligus sebagai pencegahan DM yaitu dengan latihan fisik. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah latihan fisik sebagai kontrol kadar glukosa darah. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 135 peserta yang terdiri dari dosen dan tenaga pendidik Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan (FIKK) Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Pelaksanaan dimulai dengan peserta melakukan registrasi dan dilanjut dengan lari sejauh 1600meter. Pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu dilakukan setelah mngikuti lari 1600 meter. Pelaksanaan berjalan dengan lancar dan hasil kadar glukosa darah yaitu dalam rentang 80-139mg/dL yaitu sebanyak 57,8%, kadar glukosa darah 140-199mg/dL sebanyak 24,4% dan kadar glukosa diatas 200 mg/dL sebanyak 17,8%. Latihan fisik memberikan manfaat mengontrol dan menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. Pelaksanaan latihan fisik yang dikombinasikan dengan program pengendalian kadar glukosa yang lain akan memberikan manfaat yang optimal.
