Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru dikjasor di SMA Negeri Kota Kediri. Temuan yaitu, dalam membelajarkan siswa guru tersebut belum menerapkan konsep dan tujuan dikjasor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data adalah guru dikjasor di SMA Negeri di Kota Kediri. Hasil penelitian untuk SMAN I mendapatkan nilai 2,3 setelah lokakarya menjadi 2,7. SMAN II nilai 2,8 menjadi 2,9. SMAN III nilai 1,9 menjadi 2,0. Untuk SMAN IV nilai 1,6 menjadi 2,7. SMAN V nilai 3,0 menjadi 2,6. SMAN VI nilai 1,8 menjadi 2,2. SMAN VII nilai 1,3 menjadi 1,8. SMAN VIII nilai 2,1 menjadi 2,2. Rata-rata pretest 2,1 dan rata-rata postest 2.38. Guru belum menerapkan konsep dan tujuan dikjasor, setelah diadakan lokakarya dan dinilai dengan statistik uji-t, diketahui bahwa th = 1,147 < t1% = 2,977. Kesimpulannya bahwa ada perbedaan yang tidak signifikan. Artinya tidak ada peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru di SMA Negeri di Kota Kediri.

Abstract

Movement / physical activity is a very important matter for a child's life to support the performance of the movement itself, from the child as a student or the child becomes an athlete, when the child becomes an athlete, movements that already exist or have been studied must be monitored for stability and maximum of a movement that leads to skill. The purpose of the research is to describe and examine the movement activities of elementary school-level athletes throughout Surabaya during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of quantitative descriptive research because in this study more emphasis on calculations of the data obtained through the google form. Discussions that occur in elementary schools in Surabaya are mostly non-athletes, there are about 87.2% who are students or ordinary students, and for athletes 12. 8% of the number of schools based on the division area between West, East, Central Surabaya. , north and south. This shows that it is quite good for the activities of the child who has this level of growth, amounting to 58.1%, this shows that these elementary school children are indeed good activities, above 50%. Movement activities by elementary school students can be said to be various movements, in general the exercises are aerobic and anaerobic, while the descriptions are jogging, running, cycling, sit-ups, push-ups, planks. With this existence, it is very much supported by various factors, including being supported by schools, teachers, parents, and open land in the area where they live so that the elementary students for movement or sports activities are well fulfilled. north and south. Abstract

Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang memiliki peran strategis sebagai duta bangsa di luar negeri. Namun, dalam praktiknya PMI masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, antara lain rendahnya kepercayaan diri, keterbatasan pemahaman etika dan estetika berpenampilan, serta minimnya aktivitas fisik yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengembangan diri PMI melalui pelatihan etika, estetika, dan olahraga tradisional Indonesia di Dili, Timor Leste. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga pertemuan, yaitu dua pertemuan daring dan satu pertemuan luring yang melibatkan 20 peserta PMI. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap etika berperilaku 80%, estetika berpenampilan 75%, serta kesadaran akan pentingnya olahraga tradisional 85% sebagai sarana menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan kebanggaan terhadap identitas budaya Indonesia. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memperkuat karakter PMI sebagai representasi bangsa Indonesia di luar negeri.
