Abstract

Indonesia's rule of law is a combination of the rechtstaat concept and the rule of law. It can be seen from the side of law enforcement that emphasizes the importance of a just law of certainty and the importance of law efficacy. Other criteria state that Indonesian law isa crystallization of the source of pancasila law and the bill 45,combining the good elements of the concept of individualism and communality/collectivism that are accepted by pancasila, where personal rights are part of a feeling of personal ownership in the "just and lawful humanity" contest. And appreciate the cohesion in every joint of society's life reflected in the "union of Indonesia" scheme that soekarno clarified asa state of community on a principle of cooperation. This characteristic of Indonesia is what distinguishes legal systems from other countries. Hence the term pancasila law. When linked with the combining literature between more than one option at best, it is referred to as a prismatic choice and therefore as a prismatic law.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Gondanglegi. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample used in this study amounted to 74 employee respondents with the technique used in the study, namely saturated sampling. The results showed that the results of the test f stated that work motivation, work discipline and work environment had a positive effect on performance togetge. Form the result of the t-test analysis, it can be concluded that all X variables have a partially significant effect on performance.  Keywords : Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment And Performance

Abstract

Dalam era digital ini, penggunaan perangkat lunak seperti Microsoft Excel telah menjadi penting dalam banyak organisasi, termasuk yayasan amal seperti Yayasan Nafidatunnajah. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas dalam pengolahan data, pemahaman tentang fungsi Macro VBA menjadi keterampilan yang sangat berharga. Pada tulisan ini, kami menjelaskan konsep dasar tentang fungsi Macro VBA Excel dan bagaimana mereka dapat digunakan untuk mengotomatisasi tugas rutin dalam pengolahan data. Kami menjelaskan langkah-langkah praktis tentang bagaimana membuat dan menjalankan macro di Excel, termasuk pemrograman dasar, penggunaan variabel, dan kontrol aliran. Selain itu, kami membahas beberapa fungsi khusus dalam VBA Excel yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan manipulasi data yang lebih kompleks. Kami kemudian menerapkan pengetahuan ini ke dalam konteks Yayasan Nafidatunnajah. Kami menunjukkan contoh konkret tentang bagaimana fungsi Macro VBA dapat digunakan untuk mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas seperti pemrosesan laporan keuangan, pengolahan data donatur, dan pembuatan laporan kegiatan. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi VBA Excel, Yayasan Nafidatunnajah dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengolahan data mereka, sehingga memungkinkan mereka untuk fokus pada misi utama mereka dalam memberikan bantuan kepada mereka yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

Abstract. Most of the livestock in Pati are still smallholder farms and are not yet large companies. Pati Regency is a support for national beef production, not only for Pati cattle production, but also as a producer of ducklings, chickens and dairy cows. This WEBGIS-based livestock distribution information system in each region was created to support or make it easier for the government and the public to find out developments in the number of livestock products in Pati Regency. There are various sub-districts where livestock output is low due to climatic conditions, feed supply, economic stability for breeders, as well as environmental changes and urbanization. With data on the distribution of livestock products obtained from the Pati Regency BPS data from 2013 and 2014, it is made based on WEBGIS which is able to present distribution information in the form of tables per sub-district and the areas that produce the most livestock. Abstract

Abstract. Corn is the most important commodity crop after rice. Not only utilized as daily food, but there are many other uses. Rembang Regency is one of the corn producing areas in Central Java. However, the productivity of maize farming in this district is low. Many factors underlie why the productivity of maize crops is low. This study aims to examine the relationship between maize distribution and productivity. Mapping is done by utilizing Geographic Information Systems. Using Geographic Information Systems can help understand the relationship and cause and effect of the distribution of crops on the low productivity of corn in Rembang Regency. Abstract

 Natural disasters have become the focus of global attention because of their widespread and often destructive impacts. In national strategic planning, BNPB Head Regulation No. 2 of 2012 regarding disaster risk management is stated, which states that disaster vulnerability mapping is important for disaster mitigation strategies. This research produces maps and classifications of vulnerabilities in districts/cities in Central Java. Web-based Geographic Information System with case studies on the number of districts/cities experiencing natural disasters in Central Java Province in 2021 aims to provide information to users regarding disaster location points. This is intended so that people who want to know areas prone to natural disasters and avoid these locations can easily use it. With this application, it is hoped that it can be used to obtain information on the location of natural disasters in Central Java Province in 2021.

Abstract

Pneumonia is a serious problem in dense urban areas, especially in Jakarta. This article discusses the mapping of pneumonia sufferers and their relationship with environmental factors in Jakarta. Non-spatial data involves information about pneumonia sufferers, Air Quality Index (IKU), Water Quality Index (IKA), Land Cover Quality Index (IKTL), and the number of macro industries. It is hoped that the mapping results will provide in-depth insight into disease distribution patterns and environmental factors that have the potential to influence the spread of pneumonia. By understanding the environmental factors that play a role, it is hoped that it can help develop effective prevention strategies to deal with the spread of pneumonia.

Abstract

The city of Bogor, located in an area that is vulnerable to various natural disasters, often faces serious challenges such as floods, landslides and fires. Flooding is mainly triggered by high rainfall and the city's contoured topography, resulting in waterlogging in several areas. Landslides, caused by the steep mountain slopes around Bogor, are a constant threat, damaging settlements and the city's infrastructure. Fires, whether caused by natural factors or human negligence, threaten the safety of citizens and cities. These disasters had a significant impact on the daily lives of Bogor residents, causing material losses, destroying infrastructure and harming the local economy. Therefore, serious efforts are needed in disaster mitigation planning, including early warning systems, development of disaster-resistant infrastructure, and public awareness to increase preparedness in facing the threat of disasters that often arise in this city. Collaborative efforts between the government, research institutions and the community are key in creating a safer and more sustainable environment in the city of Bogor

Abstract

Abstrak. The use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in mapping and analyzing the distribution of students and universities in Brebes Regency is an important need in educational development. This research aims to utilize the advantages of GIS in describing the spatial distribution of students and universities, as well as to carry out analysis related to geographic and demographic aspects. This research methodology involves collecting spatial and non-spatial data sourced from brebeskab.go.id. The data was then analyzed and modeled using Quantum Gis software, creating thematic maps that visualize the distribution of students and universities using spatial data. The research results show that GIS can provide a deeper understanding of the distribution of students and the location of universities. This analysis not only includes spatial aspects, but also involves demographic analysis to understand the characteristics of student distribution in each sub-district. The use of GIS in mapping and analyzing the distribution of students and universities provides valuable information for better decision making for local governments to develop education in the region.

Abstract

Population growth in Central Java is increasing motorbike ownership, causing traffic problems, air pollution and accidents. The lack of an integrated information system regarding the relationship between the number of motorbikes and accident rates is a major obstacle. This research applies a Geographic Information System (GIS) with the Waterfall system development method. The result is a web-based GIS implementation that maps the number of motorbikes and accident rates in one interactive map. This GIS is expected to overcome limitations in access to accurate data and provide an in-depth view of the impact of the number of motorbikes on traffic accidents in the region. This research is an important basis for decision making and policy design to improve traffic safety in Central Java
