Abstract

Program Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan melaksanakan kegiatan jangka pendek bertujuan untuk melakukan  pembinaan dan pendampingan kegiatan pokdarwis pada proses pengelolaan manajemen dan legalitas pokdarwis desa banyu urip Kec. Kedamean Kabupaten Gresik. Desa banyu urip merupakan desa di kabupaten Gresik yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata, tetapi masih belum tersentuh oleh investor untuk dikembangkan. Hal ini disebabkan belm ada pengelolaan yang optimal dari aparat desa. Mitra pada pengabdian ini adalah kelompok sadar Wisata yang yang bernama “Sekar Tirto Kahuripan”. Metoda pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilawali dengan melakukan FGD antara mitra dengan Tim yang menghasilkan SOP Pokdarwis serta organisasi Pokdarwis yang telah di sahkan oleh kepala desa Banyu urip. Selain itu, penentuan Visi dan Misi pokdarwis sebagai dasar implementasi kegiatan. Untuk legalitas pokdarwis. Mitra melakukan pendampingan  untuk proses Legalitas pokdarwis ke dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Gresik. Untuk pelaksanaan pendampingan manajemen kegiatan pokdarwis akan dilakukan pada tahapan selanjutnya. Untuk mendukung terlaksananya pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan organisasi Pokdarwis, perlu adanya pendampingan dalam implementasi kegiatan sehingga Desa wisata yang diharapkan akan tercapai dengan membentuk Visi dan Misi untuk mencapai tujuan dan menetukan strategi yang tepat sehingga dapat membantu pembangunan ekonomi desa Banyuurip Kecamatan Kedamean kabupaten Gresik. Management and Legality Assistance for Pokdarwis in the Tourism Village Area of ??Banyu Urip Village, Kedamean, Gresik Regency Abstract This community service activity program by carrying out short-term activities aims to provide guidance and assistance to Pokdarwis activities in the management process and legality of Pokdarwis in Banyu Urip village, Kec. The beauty of Gresik Regency. Banyu Urip village is a village in Gresik district that has the potential to be developed into a tourist village, but has not yet been touched by investors for development. This is because there has not been optimal management from village officials. The partner in this service is a tourism awareness group called "Sekar Tirto Kahuripan". The method for implementing this service begins with conducting an FGD between partners and the team that produces the Pokdarwis SOP and the Pokdarwis organization which has been approved by the Banyu Urip village head. Apart from that, determining the Vision and Mission of the Pokdarwis as the basis for implementing activities. For the legality of pokdarwis. Partners provide assistance for the Pokdarwis Legality process to the Gresik Regency Tourism Office. The implementation of management assistance for Pokdarwis activities will be carried out at the next stage. To support the implementation of the management and implementation of the Pokdarwis organization, there is a need for assistance in implementing activities so that the expected tourist village will be achieved by forming a Vision and Mission to achieve goals and determining the right strategy so that it can help the economic development of Banyuurip village, Kedamean subdistrict, Gresik district.

Abstract

Tritya Eye Clinic, a developing eye clinic, must know what affects patient satisfaction. To understand patient preferences, four factors are key. They are: service quality, the role of social media, commitment, and clinic image. The problem is that patient satisfaction is still low. The roles of social media, consumer commitment, and the Tritya Eye Clinic's image are not optimal. This study aimed to assess the effect of social media and health service quality on patients' behavioral intentions. We examined satisfaction and commitment as mediators, and the company's image as a moderator, at Tritya Eye Clinic in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method. It got primary data by distributing questionnaires. the study population was all patients who had been treated at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya. We used non-probability purposive sampling to select 100 respondents. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed that social media and health service quality both had a positive, significant effect on users' intentions. This was through consumer satisfaction and commitment. and company image affects the link between commitment and consumer intentions at Tritya Eye Clinic, Surabaya.

Abstract

Social media influencers are individuals who use their social media accounts to share their experiences or reviews with their followers. They have the ability to influence the purchase intentions and purchasing decisions of others through the social media used. Social media influencers also help businesses in building brand awareness. In addition to brand awareness, the profile and good reputation of social media influencers will also improve the brand image and brand trust of a brand so that it will increase purchase intention. This research can be used to help businesses about the importance of the role of social media influencers in the digital era as a strategy in marketing products or services sold to increase brand awareness, brand image and brand trust. This study explains the effect of brand awareness, brand image and brand trust in mediating social media influencers on purchase intention in Surabaya. This research was conducted in the city of Surabaya with a sample of 170 people selected using non-probability sampling techniques. The survey was distributed online through the Google Form platform. The findings in this study reveal that social media influencers have a significant effect on brand awareness, brand image and brand trust. Brand awareness, brand image and brand trust have a significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, brand awareness, brand image and brand trust have a significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Changes in transaction patterns from offline to online require people to be able to adapt and utilize technology to the fullest. The results of the 2020-2023 e-commerce survey show that MSMEs using e-commerce in Indonesia are increasing every year. This growth explains the positive trend of using digital technology in business operations. Therefore, this research needs to be conducted to help other business actors understand the importance of using e-commerce as a strategy to improve marketing performance and increase revenue. This study uses a quantitative method involving 154 MSMEs in Surabaya. researchers distributed questionnaires. The questionnaire consisted of a five-point Likert scale created using Google Form. After completing the data collection, the next stage was to analyze the data using SmartPLS. The results of the data analysis in this study indicate that in the context of technological, organizational and environmental have a significant influence on e-commerce adoption and e-commerce adoption has a significant influence on MSME performance.Meanwhile, entrepreneurial orientation does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between e-commerce adoption and MSME performance.
