Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of supply chain process, firm size, supply chain strategy, profitability, tangibility, and growth opportunity variables, Leverage, Volatility, Retained Earnings, Non Debt Tax Shield, and Free Cash Flow on capital structure of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research is a development of thesis research ever conducted by researchers by adding independent variables and analysis techniques using panel data analysis. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from each company. The sampling uses purposive sampling. The population in this study is companies listed in JII for the period 2008-2018 with a sample of four companies because there are only four companies that have been listed in JII since 2008 and have complete financial statements in that year. To analyze several variables that affect the capital structure, panel data analysis techniques are used. The results showed that firm size, supply chain strategy, tangibility, growth opportunity, leverage, volatility, retained earnings, non-debt tax shield, and free cash flow simultaneously affect the profitability. The results of this study can be used as an indication, which factors must be remembered by choosing the optimal capital structure for the company through the supply chain strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews, online customer ratings, e-service quality and prices on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population and sample of this study were students of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who made purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace, the number of samples was 118 respondents. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis in this study indicate online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, online customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. purchasing decisions, and prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Rds Phone Store smartphone products in Surakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The data source used in this research is primary data, in this study the data collection method used is using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The population in this study were all Surakarta students who had bought and used smartphones. The sample of this study amounted to 100 people who are students in Surakarta who use smartphones. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling technique. The analysis used includes descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, the data were processed using SPSS. The results of this study are that the brand image variable has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. The brand image of smartphone products at Rds Phone Store does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The price variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The better the price of smartphones offered at Rds Phone Store, the more consumers' purchasing decisions to buy these goods will increase. The product quality variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The better the quality of the smartphone products offered at the Rds Phone Store, the positive impact on purchasing decisions made by consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan Pengaruh Potongan Harga Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Sebagai Variabel Mediasi. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode kuantitatif merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian yang spesifikasinya adalah sistematis, terencana dan terstruktur dengan jelas sejak awal hingga pembuatan desain penelitiannya. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang melalui survai online menggunakan google form dengan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SMARTPLS. Uji validitas dan reabilitas menggunakan analisis smart PLS pada outer model. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan inner model smartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan pelanggan memediasi pengaruh potongan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, secara parsial. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand ambassador, product quality, and local brand pride on the purchase decision of Emina Cosmetics in Surakarta, with purchase intention as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative method using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire survey from 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that brand ambassador and local brand pride do not significantly affect purchase intention or purchase decision. Conversely, product quality has a significant positive influence on both variables. Additionally, purchase intention does not mediate the relationship between independent variables and purchase decision. These findings provide insights for companies to optimize marketing strategies. Future research is suggested to add other influential variables and expand the respondent coverage.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze whether Celebrity Endorsement has an influence on Purchase Intention, taking into account the factor of Brand Awareness. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The populationand sample in this research are customers of the msglowbeauty27 store in Purwantoro who have purchased Ms Glow Beauty skincare products, and the number of respondents as the sample in this research is 105 people. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data analysis uses Warp PLS version 7.0. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive influence between Celebrity Endorsement and Purchase Intention. There is a positive influence between Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Awareness. There is a positive influence between Brand Awareness and Purchase Intention. Good Brand Awareness of the Ms Glow Beauty brand will further strengthen the Purchase Intention of the Ms Glow Beauty brand in the minds of consumers.

Abstract

Financial performance is a prospect for the company's financial growth. The company's financial performance will always be different in each company and each period. This study aims to analyze the effect of government policy regarding the ban on the export of coal and nickel in the form of raw materials on the company's financial performance by looking at the stock prices and sales of related companies. In this study, researchers used secondary data by processing data through eviews-12. The company's annual financial report data were obtained from www.idxchanel.com and stock price data obtained from id.investing.com. company's financial performance affects stock prices. The research results prove that government policies affect the company's financial performance and company's stock price. In this study it can be seen that the return on assets and debt ratios have an effect on stock prices while the current ratio has no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of the post-pandemic world recession issues in the form of Inflation, Exchange Rate, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on company stock registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The population of this study is all corporate sectors listed consistently in the LQ-45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample obtained as many as 41 samples selected using the purposive sampling method. The research result shows that partial Inflation has a positive and significant effect on company stock returns LQ-45 Index, The Exchange Rate has a negative and significant effect on stock returns for LQ-45 Index companies, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has no significant effect on stock-returns LQ-45 Index companies. Simultaneously, Inflation, Exchange Rates, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) together have a significant effect on the Stock Return of LQ-45 Index companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh diskon, live TikTok, dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kecantikan melalui aplikasi TikTok Shop dengan minat beli sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 104 responden mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diskon dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara live TikTok tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Di sisi lain, hanya live TikTok yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, sedangkan diskon dan word of mouth tidak. Minat beli juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Keterbatasan penelitian ini meliputi waktu pelaksanaan yang bersamaan dengan kegiatan magang, jumlah responden yang terbatas, dan cakupan variabel yang masih sempit. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar studi selanjutnya menambah variabel lain seperti kualitas produk atau kepuasan pelanggan serta memperluas jumlah responden agar hasilnya lebih representatif.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of price, taste and service quality on consumers' repurchase intentions at the Bakso Kadipolo restaurant in Surakarta. The population in this research is all consumers of the Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant in Surakarta. The sample used was consumers of the Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant who had previously purchased Bakso Kadipolo products in Surakarta, totaling 104 respondents. This research uses SPSS 23 to process data as well as being a tool in testing or analyzing data from research variables. The results of this research show that 1) the results of the first analysis show that price has a positive and significant effect on consumers' repurchase intentions at Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant, so the first hypothesis is declared accepted, 2) the results of the second analysis show that taste has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intentions consumers of the Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant in Surakarta, so the second hypothesis is declared rejected, 3) the results of the third analysis show that service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on the repurchase intention of consumers of the Bakso Kadipolo Restaurant in Surakarta, so the third hypothesis is declared rejected.
