Abstract

Fenomena adanya keluhan masyarakat pengguna asuransi kesehatan BPJS Kesehatan terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak rumah sakit, yang akan mempengaruhi kepuasan dan bahkan loyalitas dari pasien menjadi perhatian dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari lima indikator (tangible, emphaty, reliability, responsive dan assurance) mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien pengguna jasa pelayanan pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas melalui kepuasan sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian kuantitatif dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penggujian model yang menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel. Untuk mengukur semua konstruk dan indikator dalam penelitian ini, maka penulis mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada 120 responden yang melakukan rawat jalan pada poliklinik Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas yang berada di Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Jumlah responden ini diambil berdasarkan konsep yang dikemukakan Hair (2010), dimana rumus yang digunakan yaitu lima atau sepulah kali variabel. Metode analisis data dari penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien.Kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pasien pengguna jasa pelayanan pada poliklinik yang ada di Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas. Selain itu penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas dengan menjadikan kepuasan sebagai mediasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of supply chain process, firm size, supply chain strategy, profitability, tangibility, and growth opportunity variables, Leverage, Volatility, Retained Earnings, Non Debt Tax Shield, and Free Cash Flow on capital structure of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research is a development of thesis research ever conducted by researchers by adding independent variables and analysis techniques using panel data analysis. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from each company. The sampling uses purposive sampling. The population in this study is companies listed in JII for the period 2008-2018 with a sample of four companies because there are only four companies that have been listed in JII since 2008 and have complete financial statements in that year. To analyze several variables that affect the capital structure, panel data analysis techniques are used. The results showed that firm size, supply chain strategy, tangibility, growth opportunity, leverage, volatility, retained earnings, non-debt tax shield, and free cash flow simultaneously affect the profitability. The results of this study can be used as an indication, which factors must be remembered by choosing the optimal capital structure for the company through the supply chain strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli kripik kentang Gizi Agronas. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive (sengaja) di Brawijaya Istana Oleh-oleh dan Gizi Agronas Oleh-oleh. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 4 Mei – 10 Mei 2019. Sample ditentukam sebanyak 53 responden kripik kentang Gizi Agronas menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi model logit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas, usia, tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap keputusankonsumen dalam membeli kripik kentang Gizi Agronas.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of variation in learning carried out by teachers in the classroom, due to the inappropriate selection of learning models, so that learning is less than optimal. The aim is to evaluate how effective the Discovery Learning learning model is in increasing student understanding compared to conventional learning methods. The method used is an experiment with a quasi-experimental design, namely Nonequivalent Control Group Design. In this study, there were two groups: an experimental group that was taught using Discovery Learning and a control group that was not given this treatment. The population of this study were all 5th grade students at MIN 1 Soppeng. The research hypothesis analyzed using the T test is the statement that the Discovery Learning learning model influences student learning outcomes. The sample in this study was determined by a saturated population, namely 5th grade students consisting of 45 people. The data collection techniques used in this research were multiple choice tests and observation sheets, with pre-tests and post-tests to measure students' cognitive learning outcomes. The instruments used in this research were tests and non-tests. The average pretest score in the experimental class and control class was almost the same, 71.78 and 71 respectively, but in the posttest, the experimental class increased to 88.65, while the control class only reached 77.55. Thus, the experimental class experienced a more significant increase in the average posttest score compared to the control class, indicating that the intervention or treatment applied in the experimental class was more effective in improving student learning outcomes. Hypothesis testing based on t-test analysis shows significant differences between the two groups, where the calculated t value (11.22771) is greater than the t table (2.016692), so the null hypothesis (H_0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H_1) is accepted. These findings show that the Discovery Learning learning model has a greater positive impact on improving student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods, so it can be concluded that this method is effectively used in science learning at MIN 1 Soppeng.

Abstract

This study analyzes how the influence of social media as a form of smart tourism technology (STT) affects the formation of value co-creation (VCC) in the home base accommodation industry.  Furthermore, to see whether gender and generation become control variables in the relationship between smart tourism technology and value co-creation, is the purpose of this study. This study was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method.  Conducted on 135 tourists in 17 home base accommodation destinations in West Sumatra, collecting data through official accounts of tourist destination managers. Partial least squares structural equation modeling and SPSS V.24 were used to analyze data and test hypotheses. The results found, where smart tourism technology has a positive and significant influence on value co-creation. Through social media, as a form of smart tourism technology, destination management organizations are able to involve tourists as co-producers in creating a sense of pleasure and an unforgettable experience. Gender does not moderate the effect of STT on VCC. The generation variable, is a moderating variable between STT and VCC. where generation strengthens the relationship between STT and VCC.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) whether there is a significant relationship between learning discipline and science learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 185 Bialo; (2) whether there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and science learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 185 Bialo, and; (3) whether there is a significant relationship between learning discipline and learning motivation on science learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 185 Bialo.This type of research is correlational research, the sample in this study is 18 students of grade V SDN Bialo. The data collection techniques used are observation sheets, questionnaires, multiple-choice questions, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis.The results showed that the learning discipline and motivation of grade V SDN Bialo had a significant positive influence on the learning outcomes of science students. From the results obtained, the correlation value between learning motivation and learning discipline of 0.978 is in the very strong correlation category with a significance value obtained smaller than 0.05, while learning motivation with learning outcomes of 0.524 is in the medium correlation category with a significance value smaller than 0.05.Based on the results of the research mentioned above, it can be concluded that the learning discipline and motivation of class V SDN Bialo has a significant positive influence on the learning outcomes of science students.

Abstract

This type of research is experimental research with a Quasy Experiment approach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Make A Match learning model on student learning outcomes in science learning about plant parts and their functions for class IV MI Al-Abrar Makassar City. The total population in this study was 60 students. The sample used in this study was total sampling, namely 34 students in class IV A and 26 students in class IV B. The research design used is the Nonequivalent Control Group, which divides the class into two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. The research procedure includes pretest, treatment, and posttest. The research instruments were observation sheets and learning achievement tests. Data collection techniques from this study were observation, tests (pretest-posttest) and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that the hypothesis test using the t-test. The results of the study obtained tcount = 11.854, ttable = 2.918, so tcount>ttable or 11.854 > 2.918 and the sig (2-tailed) value was obtained 0.00, so 0.00 <0.05 was obtained. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Make A Match learning model on student learning outcomes in science learning about plant parts and their functions for class IV MI Al-Abrar Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning Model on the learning outcomes of eco-system material in fifth grade students at SDN Ganrang Jawa 1, Pattalassang District, Gowa Regency. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental (Quasi Experiment). This study used two sample groups, namely the experimental group of 25 students and the control group of 24 students. The instruments used in this study were multiple choice tests and observation sheets which were then tested in a class with a non-equivalent control group design. This is shown by the results of the t test, namely at the significance level α = 0.05, the average of the experimental group was 83.52 and the control group was 82.33. Based on the hypothesis test based on the df value which is 96 with a level value of 0.05 showing the result is 91,004. because t count = 24,266 > t table = 91,004, until H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the project based learning model has an effect on student learning outcomes in ecosystem material at SDN Ganrang Jawa 1, Pattalassang District, Gowa Regency.
