Abstract

PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (PT. BJTI) is a company with main business in the service of loading and unloading at the port of Tanjung Perak. Engineering Planning & Administration Division is a part that handles the level of availability of a tool or machine used for the operations of PT. BJTI. Based on current conditions, managers have difficulty in making decisions related to engine performance HMC, because the data required to know engine performance HMC are many and varied and has a high complexity. From the above problems, it is known that the company needs a dashboard application that is able to provide performance information about HMC machines that can assist managers in making decisions and can monitor engine performance HMC and compare with KPI. It was concluded that this application has been able to display visualization information performance condition HMC machine, so it can help the managers to monitoring and control of engine performance HMC. Applications can display notifications to certain conditions, so as to assist managers in making decisions.

Abstract

PT. KAI (Persero) has a website that addresses the www.kereta-api.co.id as part of its work in providing various facilities that can be used by customers. Facilities or services contained on this website include a company profile, product services of passengers and goods, news and press releases, company performance reports, awards, procurement, recruitment, and online reservation service. In this study, analysis activities about influence of the website quality of PT. KAI (Persero) to the user's satisfaction as perceived by end users and site visitors by using WebQual 4.0. The data collection is done by providing online and offline questionnaires to determine what services will be analyzed based on the indicators of WebQual. The results of the questionnaire data and then tested the validity, reliability, test assumptions Linear Regression testing requirements. Based on this study resulted in a conclusion that the quality of use (usability), the quality of information (information quality), and the quality of interaction (interaction quality) positive and significant impact on user satisfaction (user satisfaction) with the effect of 66.7%, the rest (100- 66.7%) = 33.3% influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords: Website Quality, User Satisfaction, Linear Regression.

Abstract

Stikom Surabaya is an educational institution that focus on information technology. The background of IT based institution make Stikom Surabaya require lecturers that fulfill the requirement, Stikom Surabaya should have a standard competence to be met. The problem that happened in Stikom Surabaya is some of the lecturer didn’t fulfill the standard of competence. Because of the problem, Stikom Surabaya need a solution that could help the institution to do some analysis about who should get a training to improve lecturer’s skills and what training should the lecturer got. In this research, the analysis will be done to all lecturer in each department at Stikom Surabaya to do some assessment based on the fact and the standar that developed by institution. Information System and technology is one of the solution that could be done to help to solve the problem and the form of the solution will be an application that will do analysis about development requirement based on competency. Hopefully, because of the help of the application Stikom Surabaya will effectively and efficiently solve the problem. Other than the application that help to analyse, this application will give a report of training requirement for all lecturers.

Abstract

Petrokimia Gresik Hospital is one of the major hospitals in Gresik. The problems faced by them is the demand for medicine are often not fulfilled. Based on these problems will require medicine demand forecasting application. Forecasting is very important in decision making. They require demand forecasting to ensure the booking amount of medicine. One method of forecasting is Trend Exponential. This method was chosen because it is based on existing data on companies that show a pattern trend. This method allows the demand forecast for the period ahead with. The expected outcomes of this app is it can predict the demand forecast for the period ahead, and also to help  facilitate the process of forecasting demand for medicine

Abstract

Abstract:PT CMSS is a company that operates as a distributor of building materials. Mitra 10 has an assortment of products by category and type complete with a comfortable place. The booking process sales that occurred customers come to the store to make a reservation.The problem that occurs is when customers come to view and select items. When the desired item is not available then the customer will be disappointed. The Company does not have an online booking system that can simplify the customer. To overcome the problems above, the author made design sales online ordering application to facilitate customers. Researcher using Waterfall SDLC model that worked in gradually. In this application has 3 user is a customer, admin and manager.Applications have been made to fix the sales order problem. It can simplify the ordering process online sales.

Abstract

In Law No. 12 In 2012, Article 1 Paragraph 9 states that Tri Dharma College, hereinafter referred Tridharma is the obligation of universities to provide education, research, and community service. In his role as an institution of education and research activities, the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya through a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Computer Laboratory (Labkom) as a place for education and research development. The problem that occurs is the lack of planning and without thinking about a key element in the process of development of information systems at Labkom. The solution offered is to develop a blueprint design (blueprint) enterprise architecture using the TOGAF ADM to assist the parties Labkom Stikom Surabaya as a reference in aligning business processes that exist in the infrastructure / IT needed as a support. Abstract

Abstract:Friendship (FSP) Shop is a store operations located in Central Semampir Street Gang 6/6 - 60 213 Surabaya East Java. FSP Shop sells a variety of apparel products for youngsters such as clothes (shirts and T-shirts), jeans, jackets and accessories (slayer, hats, etc.). Sales made by the FSP Shop is currently done by through the online store website. User or users of the website include online store owner as admin and customer FSP Shop itself. For now, the sales website used by FSP Shop is still very modest in which only covers the sale process only. The website does not focus on the interests and customer satisfaction is evident with no variations in supply and service to customers. It has an impact on sales of the clothing store business into the future, allowing the loss of customer loyalty, and lead customers do not want to shop again at the store. Besides these two problems, FSP Shop himself wished to increase the number of sales of each item in the future as well as continue to maintain customer loyalty.From the above problems, website development FSP Shop online store today with the adoption of cross selling. Cross selling is a suggestion that is obtained based on the data transaction history. Abstract

Computer Laboratory (Labkom) with labkom.stikom.edu domain is a facility supporting academic activities. Activities supported is practice to lecture both practice or not. Currently, Labkom not only used for the purposes of practical subjects but also used  for other activities such as research, computer training, community service, and performing tasks students. Website Labkom  first used in  August 2011. During this Labkom website has never done an assessment of the quality of the website is based on the perception of site visitors. In this research, measured by the quality of the website Labkom by using  WebQual method 4.0. WebQual is an instrument that assesses the quality of a website according to the end-user perspective. This research was conducted using questionnaire, from the spread of the questionnaire obtained 83 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire in trials using validity, reliability test, and test the assumptions. Then processed by multiple linear regression. From  the results of this study concluded  that WebQual variable is the interaction  quality is positive and significant impact on user satisfaction Labkom website, but the need for evaluation and improvement based on indicators of WebQual.

Abstract

CV Smart Solution Indonesia (SSI) is a company focused on the provision of facilities and infrastructure of archives and archival processing services. Business processes company currently runs from sales manuals offer services over the media to the customer. A problem that often occurs in CV Smart Solution Indonesia at this time, the Project Manager often forget about the order that informed sales because theinformation only through the spiel. So the existing order can’tdirectly in the process. Project Manager of the difficulty in knowing the progress of the project because of the many projects that are being worked on. So a lot of tenants could not be completed on time. This problem resulted in the large number of complaints from customers so that the image of the SSI be bad and lost customers. The difficulty of knowing the progress of this project occur resulting from the recording of progress of project work is still done manually. The solutionis to use the administration application project "digitalization of documents" that functions to provide information about the progress of the project as well as the entire per project being worked on.
