Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an activity to become productive that is not limited by space, time, place, age, and gender, including the field of nursing known as nursepreneurship. The spirit of nursepreneurship needs to be nurtured early on in nursing students considering the increasingly limited job vacancies in hospitals. This study aims to identify the factors related to the interest and motivation of nursing students in pursuing nursepreneurship. The research method is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The research subjects are sixth-semester students who have taken the nursepreneurship course, using total sampling technique with a total of 30 respondents. The research results showed that 83.3% of the respondents were female and 16.7% were male. The age of the respondents: 19 years 6.7%, 20 years 3.3%, 21 years 60%, 22 years 23.3%, 23 years 3.3%, and 24 years 3.3%. Parental entrepreneurship history: no 63.3% and yes 36.7%. The interest in nursepreneurship in the high category reached 83.3% and very high 16.7%, and the motivation for nursepreneurship in the high category reached 63.3% and very high 36.7%. The p-Value indicates the relationship between gender and interest in nursepreneurship is 0.183, the relationship between gender and motivation for nursepreneurship is 0.047, the relationship between parental entrepreneurship history and interest in nursepreneurship is 0.047, and the relationship between parental history and motivation for nursepreneurship is 0.238. The conclusion of the study is that the factors related to nursepreneurship motivation are gender, and the factor related to nursepreneurship interest is the entrepreneurial background of the parents. Further research is needed regarding other factors related to interest and motivation in nursepreneurship.   ABSTRAK Wirausaha merupakan kegiatan untuk menjadi produktif yang tidak terbatas pada ruang, waktu, tempat, usia, dan jenis kelamin, tak terkecuali bidang keperawatan yang dikenal dengan nursepreneurship. Jiwa nursepreneurship perlu dipupuk sejak dini pada mahasiswa keperawatan mengingat semakin terbatasnya lowongan pekerjaan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan minat dan motivasi mahasiswa keperawatan dalam mengikuti nursepreneurship. Metode penelitian adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester VI yang telah mengambil mata kuliah nursepreneurship dengan teknik total sampling sejumlah 30 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 83.3%, laki- laki 16.7%. Usia responden 19 tahun 6.7%, 20 tahun 3.3%, 21 tahun 60%, 22 tahun 23.3%, 23 tahu 3.3% dan 24 tahun 3.3%. Riwayat orangtua berwirausaha kategori tidak 63.3% dan ya 36.7%. Minat nursepreneurship kategori tinggi mencapai 83.3% dan sangat tinggi 16.7% dan motivasi nursepreneurship kategori tinggi 63.3% dan sangat tinggi 36.7%. Nilai p-Value didapatkan hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan minat nursepreneurship sebesar 0.183, hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan motivasi nursepreneurship sebesar 0.047, hubungan riwayat orang tua berwirausaha dengan minat nursepreneurship sebesar 0.047 dan hubungan riwayat orang tua dengan motivasi nursepreneurship 0.238. Simpulan penelitian yaitu faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi nursepreneurship yaitu jenis kelamin dan faktor yang berhubungan dengan minat nursepreneurship yaitu riwayat orang tua berwirausaha. Perlu penelitian lebih lanjut terkait faktor-faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan minat dan motivasi nursepreneurship.

Abstract

PT Prima Jaya Baru Sidoarjo constitutes moving firm at service area, which is construction service that work project kind sort, as enlargement of province road, connecting bridge makings among sylvan. About problem which happens is corporate have never been done measurement aloning to performansi's quality its organization as a whole. To the effect this research is subject to be know performansi's zoom organization in order to increase Human Resource Quality so gets to be known by dimension and dimension sub that needs to get priority for remedial and dimensioning and dimension sub that needs to be kept. This research utilize method full scale quality management where that measurement can thru do six main dimensions which is planning, culture, management of the workforce, performance measurement and feedback, system processes and outcomes. Subs observational result include dimensioning sub enough category and good: tight observation with authority division each of 47.8%, measure and valuate performance measurement & feedback as big as 62.5%, leadership quality step-up as big as 105.6%, dimensioning sub sub that included adverse category and has to be done by support repair for quality to talk shop and person life as big as 10.9%, work load quality training as big as 11.9%, appreciation and promotion as big as 11.7%.

Abstract

Cilembu sweet potato is one of the superior products of Cilembu Village, Pamulihan District, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province. Sorting is an important part of post-harvest activities with the aim of separating crops according to certain weight group levels. Grouping based on weight can be done using 2-dimensional (2D) image processing methods. The purpose of this study was to classify Cilembu sweet potatoes based on weight groups using 2D image processing methods. This study uses a 2-dimensional image processing method as an intelligent system in selecting Cilembu sweet potatoes based on size using a sorting tool. The results of the test, the system built can classify Cilembu sweet potatoes by weight with an error value of 6.67%.

Abstract

Cilembu sweet potato is an agricultural product that is in great demand by the community. One of the processes carried out after harvesting is determining the weight of the cassava. This weight measurement is done to classify Cilembu sweet potato according to weight so that the selling price of the product can also be adjusted. Sorting by weight can be done using image processing methods. This method is more accurate than other sorting methods. The purpose of this study was to separate Cilembu sweet potato products based on weight using image processing methods. This study uses 2-dimensional image processing to determine the weight of Cilembu sweet potato. The results of this Cilembu sweet potato sorting machine research obtained the value of the linear regression equation x = (y – 10476) / 153.05 and the value of R-squared (R²) = 0.759 . The results of heavy testing have an average error of 7.62%. The standard deviation of the presentation error is 5.61.

Abstract

Auditory hallucination is a core symptom of sensory perception disorder in schizophrenia patients, often impairing behavior and quality of life. One promising non-pharmacological intervention is scheduled spiritual dhikr (remembrance), believed to help patients relax and divert attention from hallucinatory stimuli. This study aims to examine the effect of scheduled dhikr therapy on the ability to control auditory hallucinations in patients with schizophrenia. This study applied a case study design using a psychiatric nursing process approach. The subject was a schizophrenia patient with auditory hallucinations at Prof. Dr. Soerojo Mental Hospital Magelang. The intervention involved scheduled dhikr activities conducted twice daily for three consecutive days (15–20 minutes per session), accompanied by behavioral observation and nursing documentation. After three days of therapy, there was a significant reduction in both the frequency and intensity of auditory hallucinations. The patient was able to perform dhikr independently, felt calmer, and showed improvements in self-control and social participation. These findings indicate that dhikr therapy is an effective spirituality-based nursing intervention for managing auditory hallucinations. It is recommended as a routine component of psychiatric nursing care to enhance patients' adaptation and quality of life.
