Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of emotional intelligence and profesional competence of the teacher's performance of Public Senior High School with moderation organizational culture. The specific objective of this study is to examine the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of emotional intelligence and profesional competence of the teacher's performance. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous study on the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of organizational commitment and pedagogical competence of the teacher's performance. This study used a population of high school teachers in Pati district, Pati regency were 147 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the regression model of quasi moderation. Based on the results of the study, the writer can summarize as follows: the emotional inteligence does not infuent the performance of teachers, the profesional competence influences on teacher performance, the organizational culture influences the performance of teachers, the organizational culture does not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence to teacher’s performance, the organizational culture strengthen the influence of profesional competence on teacher’s performance. Abstract

The reseach analyzed the impact of organizational commitment (affective, continuance, normative) and organizational culture on teacher job performance. The research sample were teachers of Sub Rayon 02 Private Senior High School in Semarang. The technique of sample drawing was proportional random sampling. The zise of sample by using was Slovin formula.Data were collected by the using questionnaire. The number of the data which able to analize were 186 respondents. The technique of data analysis was linear regression. This research results several findings (1) affective organizational commitment does not give influence to teacher job performance, (2) continuance organizational commitment is significant and gives negative influence to teacher job performance, (3) normative organizational commitment is significant and gives positif influence to teacher job performance, (4) organizational culture is significant and gives positive influence to teacher job performance. Abstract

This research aimed to examine the Influence of professional competence and work motivation on the teachers performances of superior public senior high school in Semarang city with transformational leadership style as moderaration variable. The population of this study are 186 teachers, sampling techniques in this study is proportional random sampling methode. The method used in this research is regression with intereaction quasi moderation. This study is explanatory research. Measurements used a Likert scale of five alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability, while the normality test used Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistics. Heteroskedastisitas test used Glejser method, test model used is F test (Goodness of fit) and the coefficients of determination (Adjusted R square), while hypotesis test used regression analysis with t-test at the 0,05 significance level.. The results of this study are: (1) the professional competence has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2) the work motivation has positive and significant effect on teacher performance 3) Transformational leadership style doesn’t have effect on the teacher performance, (4) Transformational leadership style doestn’t moderate influenced professional competence on the teacher performances (5) Transformational leaadership style doesn’t moderate influence Work motivation on the teacher performances. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh CAR, NPL, BOPO, dan LDR terhadap ROA denganNIM sebagai variabel intervening. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu adanya ketidakjelasan terhadapfaktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perubahan ROA. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian inimeliputi analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan tes sobel untuk mengukur tingkan signifikanvariabel intervening.Hasil penelitian menunjukan CAR berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap NIM, namun memilikipengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA. NIM secara signifikan dapat memediasi pengaruh CAR terhadapROA. NPL memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap NIM dan ROA. NIM tidak signifikandalam memediasi NPL ke ROA. BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap NIM dan ROA. NIM secarasignifikan dapat memediasi pengaruh BOPO terhadap ROA. LDR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadapNIM dan ROA. NIM secara signifikan dapat memediasi pengaruh LDR terhadap ROA. NIM berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap ROA. Saran untuk manajemen bank agar memiliki SDM yang handal dan pengelolaanmanajemen yang baik, sehingga dapat meminimalisir risiko-risiko yang seringkali terjadi karena perubahanpada ROA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio,Current Ratio, Pertumbuhan Asset terhadap Return Saham. ( Studi Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftardi BEI Tahun 2015– 2017). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BursaEfek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperolehsampel sebanyak 129 perusahaan. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasilpenelitian ini menemukan bahwa Return on Asset, Current Ratio, dan Pertumbuhan Aset tidak berpengaruh terhadapreturn saham, sementara Debt to Equity ratio, berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Return Saham

Abstract

In this study aims to fundamental analyze, growth and the stock returns of food and beverage companiesfrom the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with 80companies. The test used for analysis is the multiple linear regression analysis test and the hypothesis used tstatistic calculation at the 5% significance level. The results of his research show that liquidity has a positive andsignificant effect on stock returns, while leverage, activity, profitability and growth indicate that there is no directinfluence on stock returns.

Abstract

the effect of motivational postures and tax reporting behavior of one’s peers on taxpayer com-pliance was examined in this experimental study. This experimental research was conducted under the circumstances arranged and direct manipulation on taxpayer external factor, namely the independent variable is peer reporting behavior, so it can be determined causality effect of the independent variable on the dependent. The respondent is 81 taxpayers whose run the small business. A motivational posture was measured by using 29 statements developed by Braithwaite. Analysis of Covariance is used because this research conducting Quasi Experimen-tal Design Between-Subject with Covariate with random assignment method. Peer reporting behavior as an experimental variable consists of two level treatments. The result shows that the posture of motivation Indonesian taxpayers’ as a concomitant factor does not affect tax compli-ance decisions. Furthermore, this study provides evidence that peer reporting behavior were significant factors in explaining the experimental reporting decision. The findings of this study are expected to provide discourse to the government to improve tax compliance decisions in Indonesia in terms of posture motivation and peer reporting behavior among taxpayers.
