Abstract

This study aimstoanalyzethe influenceInfluenceof Dicipline, WorkMotivationandWork ClimateonTeacher Performanceatone District of Batang.Inthis studypopulation ofallprimary schoolteachersin the District ofBatangPNS, whereasthe sample usedwas 101persons asrespondentsto thecensustechnique. WitharespondentcriteriaPNSElementaryTeachersinthe DistrictEducation OfficeTrunkUnit.Measurementsusinga Likert scaleof 7 (seven) alternative answers. Testinstrumentsused arevalidity and reliability. While thetestmodel usedisthe coefficientof determinationandF test(goodnes of Fit). Testthis hypothesisusingregressionanalysis.Based onthe results ofthe studycan be summarized asfollows: (ii) Work Disciplinehas no impact onteacher performance,  (i) Motivationhas positive and significant impactonteacher performance, and (iii) Work Climate has impact onteacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of discipline and competence on teacher’s performance moderated by leadership styles of Junior High School teachers in  Batang District of Batang  Regency. The research uses survey, questionnaires, observations,  interviews and  documentation. The hypothesis of this study is 1). Discipline has positive and significant influence on the teacher’s performance. 2). Competence has positive and significant influence  on the teacher’s performance. 3). The style of leadership  has positive influence  on teacher’s performance. 4).The style of leadership moderates the  influence on the teachers performance. 5). The style of the school leadership moderates the influence on the competence of the teachers’ performance. The result of the study shows : 1). The influence of discipline towards teacher’s performance  is significant. It means that the discipline influences towards teacher’s performance. 2). The influence of teacher competence towards teacher’s performance is positive and significant. It means that the higher of teacher’s competence, the higher  teacher’s performance. 3). The style of school leadership towards teacher’s performance is positive and significant. It means that the school leadership towards  the teacher’s performance does not influence the teacher’s performance 4). The influence of discipline which is moderated by school leadership towards the teacher’s performance is negative and is not significant. It means that the school style does not moderate discipline toward the teachers’ performance. 5). The competence which is moderated by the school leadership style towards teacher’s performance does not have positive impact and is not significant . Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to the teacher’s performence of Public Senior High School with moderation of transformasional leadership. The specific study of this study is to examine the role of transformasional leadership moderates the influence of motivation and organizational commitment e to the teacher’s performance. The usefulness of this study is to  explain and  extebnd previous study on the role of transformasional leadership moderate the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to the teacher’s performance. This study used a population of high school teachers in Pati district, Pati regency were 116 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the regression model of quasi moderation The result  the writer can follows: The motivation influents the teacher’s performance positively, the organizational commitment influents the teacher’s performanec positively, the transformational leadership also influents the teacher’s performance positively, the transformational leadership strengthen the influence of  motivation to the teacher’s performance, the transformational leadership does not moderate the influence  of organizational commitment to the teacher’s performance Keywords: motivation,  organizational commitment, transformational leadership and teacher’s performance

Abstract

In this study population  of all primary  schooll teachers in the District Tersono PNS, where assamples  takenas many as 165 people as respondents to the census technique. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of motivation and dicipline on teacher performance with organizational culture variabel moderating. The population in this study is the elementary teachers, in Gunem  Rembang many as 113 responden. Data were collected using a questionnaire, after which the data were processed using SPSS 17. Test instruments used are validity and reliability . While ui model used is the coefficient of determination and test F  . Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Result of research analysis express that motivation has positive influence and significant to teacher performance, dicipline doesn”t positive influence and significant to teacher performance, organizational culture doesn”t positive influence and significant to teacher performance, organizational commitment has variabel moderating. Abstract

This research describes an experiment designed to improve taxpayers’ posture motivation of the tax compliance decisions. Microsite from official website of edukasi.pajak.go.id as a public service announcement was shown to the participants. Pre and post experimental questionnaires were administered to measure differences in within group posture motivation about tax compliance. The results indicate that micro site were effective in improving viewers posture motivation towards tax compliance.   Keywords: posture motivation, tax compliance, micro site, experiment

Abstract

The study is aimed to analyze the influence of Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Firm Size and Leverage to Integrity of Financial Statement on Manufacturers listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2015. The sample of this study is 305 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. Selection of sample uses purposive sampling method with logistic regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that Institutional Ownership and Firm Size positively significantly influence Integrity of Financial Statement, Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee negatively not significantly influence Integrity of Financial Statement, and Leverage positively not significantly influences Integrity of Financial Statement. Abstract

This study examined the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover on Return On Assets. Iini research done at the Indonesian Stock Exchange with the unit of analysis Non Bank LQ45 companies that have gone public. The sampling method using purposive sampling method with the period of the study, 2011 to 2014 or influence the relationship between variables is described using multiple regression analysis. Abstract

The study was to examines and analyzes the effect of earnings per share, current ratio and debt to equity ratio on stock price. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using a go public mining companies as the unit of analysis. The sampling method used purposive sampling with observation period from 2009 to 2015. Relationship and (or) influence between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the earning per share and the current ratio has positive effect and significant to the stock prices. Whereas the debt to equity ratio had negative effect and significant on stock prices.Keywords: Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Stock Price

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect Profitability, Free Cash Flow (FCF), Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) to the Debt Policy. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listing on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010-2014. This research was conducted by using quantitative data. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling techniques and sample menghasillan 95 companies for analysis. This quantitative analysis includes the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression test, test the feasibility of this model through the F test, the coefficient of determination. and t test. T test results showed that the only variable partial IOS significant negative effect on the variable Debt Policy, while the variable profitability, Free Cash Flow does not affect the Debt Policy. Simultaneously profitability, FCF, IOS has a significant effect on the Debt Policy. While the coefficient of determination through the adjusted R-square showed 8.7% means that the Debt Policy variable variation can be explained by the variable profitability, FCF, IOS, while the remaining 90.8% is explained by other causes beyond the model.Keywords: Profitability, FCF, IOS, Debt Policy
