Abstract

Perdagangan dan industri mengambil peranan pokok dalam pembangunan ekonomiyang ditandai oleh proses perubahan struktural, yaitu suatu perubahan dalamstruktur ekonomi masyarakat.. Perkembangan perdagangan yang pesat membawaimplikasi pada persaingan antar perusahaan dalam perdagangan. Perusahaandituntut untuk dapat mempertahankan atau bahkan meningkatkan kinerjanya agardapat tetap bertahan dalam masa krisis atau persaingan yang semakin ketat.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor fundamentaldan risiko sistematik yang mempengaruhi harga saham pada sector perdagangan.Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling method, dari tigapuluh tujuh perusahaan, hanya diambil tiga puluh perusahaan dari sektorperdagangan, karena memiliki laporan keuangan secara lengkap tahun 2005-2007.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya faktor fundamental (nilai buku, lajupengembalian yang diinginkan, dan risiko sistematik) yang mempengaruhi hargasaham secara parsial, sedangkan faktor fundamental yang lainnya tidak berpengaruh.Sedangkan secara simultan, semua faktor fundamental (pengembalian aset,pengembalian ekuitas, nilai buku, rasio pembagian deviden, rasio hutang terhadapekuitas, dan laju pengembalian yang diinginkan) dan risiko sistematik (beta)berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Bank merupakan organisasi bisnis yang beroperasi dalam penyimpanan, pencarian,dan pentransferan produk dan layanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmenganalisis pertumbuhan, relasi, dan perbedaan rata-rata kecukupan modal, marjinsuku bunga bersih, pengembalian ekuitas, dan pengembalian aset, antara bankpemerintah dengan bank swasta selama periode 2001-2006. Data sekunder, yangdikumpulkan dan diproses dari laporan keuangan tahunan bank, digunakan dalampenelitian ini. Data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan statisktik deskriptif, analisiskorelasi linear, dan uji perbedaan Man-Whitney. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkanbahwa marjin suku bunga bersih bank pemerintah meningkat secara teratur. Rasiokeuangan lainnya ditemukan berfluktuasi. Juga ditemukan bahwa ada korelasisignifikan antara marjin keuntungan bersih, pengembalian ekuitas, dan pengembalianaset. Sebagai tambahan, tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara bank pemerintahdengan bank swasta untuk rasio marjin suku bunga bersih, pengembalian ekuitas,pegnembalian aset, kecukupan modal.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the company's financial performance by using the Du Pont System at PT. Aneka Tambang (Persero) During the Pandemic and Before the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in this study is the Du Pont System method using the ratio Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Invesment (ROI), Equity Multyplier (EM), dan Return On Equity (ROE) from secondary data obtained from www.antam.com/ which is the official site of PT. Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk. Based on the results of calculations using Du Pont System shows that financial performance PT. Aneka Tambang (Persero) During the Pandemic and Before the Covid-19 Pandemic, it was considered not good because ROE which has decreased. ROE which decreased due to the value of ROI which decreased by 2,78% and the decreasing EM value by 0,08 time. ROI which decreased due to the decreasing NPM value and the decreasing TATO value by 0,22 time. While the declining value of EM is due to the fact that the company is less than optimal in generating total assets from total equity. In this case, the higher the value of Equity Multiplier the more external funds or debt the company uses to fund company activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) teacher management professionalism of teachers on teacher performance at Sman 25 kab. Tangerang (2) The effect of teacher performance motivation on teacher performance outcomes at Sman 25 Kab. Tangerang (3) The influence of teacher management professionalism and teacher performance motivation on results. Teacher performance at sman 25.Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative method and uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data were collected from ninety-four teachers from fourteen different high schools in the Cluster 08 district, Tangerang Regency. The collected data were then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis methods and linear regression analysis. multiple with quantitative approach. The results of the analysis show that (1) the variable of teacher management prefessionalism (X1) has a partial positive effect on teacher performance. This is shown by the value of the regression coefficient (X1) of 32.6% (2) The variable of teacher performance motivation (X2) has a partially positive effect on teacher performance. This is shown by the value of the regression coefficient of X2 of 46.2% and ( 3) Professionalism teacher management variables together with teacher performance motivation have a positive effect on teacher performance results. This is indicated by the regression coefficient value of 47.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian mengambil studi kasus “Kebunku Nursery.” Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 16.0 dan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, tetapi ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, price, and trust on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously and to determine the variables are the most dominant on purchasing decisions on ShopeeFood in Bogor. The method of analysis in this study used a purposive sampling technique with data collection methods using questionnaires and the sample used 100 respondents. This study is a quantitative data types. The data analysis methods used are instrument test (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination with statistical test using SPSS 25. The results of this study showed that in partially variables of product quality, service quality, price, and trust have a positive impact and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, variables of product quality, service quality, price, and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using ShopeeFood. And in this study, the most dominant independent variable on purchasing decisions is the price variable.

Abstract

The era of globalization makes the development of the world and business for something faster, more efficient and practical. Especially in the food business, companies are competing to create practical and instant products, one example that can be taken is practical food such as instant noodles, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price perceptions, promotions, and halal labeling on purchasing decisions for Sedaap noodles. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. The process of distributing questionnaires to respondents was carried out online. This research method is quantitative and the technique used is non probability sampling technique. This study uses validity and reliability data tests. This research uses Smart PLS data analysis. The analysis obtained is that price perceptions and halal labeling have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Sedaap noodles in the East Jakarta area, while the promotion variable has no effect on purchasing decisions for Sedaap noodles in the East Jakarta area. And the halal labeling variable is the most dominant variable on purchasing decisions compared to other variables.

Abstract

The aims of the research are to find out and to analyze the impact of Product Quality, Brand Image, and Price Perception partially and simultaneously to the purchasing decision of Aqua, the brand of bottled mineral water. Primary data is used as the method of analyzing. The testing phases are done by using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient determination test. The data is taken by using questionnaire, and the valid data gained in this research is 100 respondents who are the consumers of Aqua. The method of sampling used in this research is non probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The instrument used in conducting the tests is SPSS 25 version The results showed that the variables of Product Quality, Brand Image, and Price Perception had a simultaneous and partial impact on the purchasing decision of bottled mineral water, Aqua. And the variable that has dominant impact on the purchasing decision of bottled mineral water, Aqua, is the Product Quality variable.
