Abstract

Motivasi merupakan proses psikologis yang mencerminkan adanya interaksi antara sikap, kebutuhan, persepsi dan keputusan yang terjadi pada diri seseorang. Sedangkan disiplin merupakan kekuatan yang dapat memaksa pegawai untuk mematuhi peraturan serta prosedur kerja yang telah ditetapkan.Meningkatkan motivasi dan menegakkan disiplin merupakan salah satu fungsi manajemen yang perlu dilaksanakan oleh setiap pemimpin guna mendorong peningkatan hasil kerja bawahannya dalam suatu organisasi.Pemberian motivasi dan penegakkan disiplin pegawai di Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Merauke diharapkan dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawainya. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan disamping untuk mengembangkan disiplin ilnu administrasi, juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara motivasi dan disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Merauke. Untuk mengetahui tujuan penelitian, maka penelitian mengajukan hipotesis kerja sebagai berikut : "Diduga ada pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Merauke.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistem totalitas sampling (sampel jenuh) untuk mendapatkan sampel minimal.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi.Sedangkan rancangan uji hipotesis untuk membuktikan besarnya pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat digunakan teknik statistik parametrik yaitu analisis Korelasi Pearson Product Moment.Hasil dari penelitian ini menjawab tujuan hipotesis yakni ada pengaruh secara simulatan antara motivasi, disiplin kerja terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Merauke.

Abstract

The study focuses on the efforts to reveal the influence of lecturers competence on their performance in the faculty. The research variables are elaborated in some dimensions and indicators. The Competency variables are elaborated into three dimensions : knowledge, skills and self-concept. Meanwhile, the lecturers performance variables are directed to the Three fold university service principles The research is an analytical quantitative study seeking data on respondents by means of questionnaire distributed in a survey. The quantitative data obtained are analyzed with coefficients correlation and determination aimimg at describring the influence of lecturers’ competence on their performance.The study indicates that statistically speaking there is an influence of competence variables (X) on their performance (Y) as much as 0.518 with a contribution of 26.8%. in mean time, the influence of other factors or variable which are not studies under this research on variable (Y) is 73.2%. This implies that an increase or decrease in the lecturers performance is always in line with the increase or decrease of the competence variables so is the opposite. This also means that the decrease in the performance is due to the decrease in competence and the higher the competence, the better the performance of the lecturers.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase people's understanding of and access to their political rights. The main focus of this program is to provide assistance and education to the community about the importance of political participation and ways to access political rights effectively. Through a series of activities such as education, group discussions, and individual consultation sessions, this program is expected to empower the community to be more actively involved in the democratic process. The results of this activity show a significant increase in community knowledge and skills in understanding community political rights, as well as increased participation in local political activities. The program was also successful in creating a support network among participants that can continue to serve as a source of information and assistance in the future. Thus, this service contributes to strengthening the community's capacity to actively participate in inclusive and sustainable political development.
