Abstract

Dalam industri perhotelan, karyawan frontliner hotel selalu berhubungan dengan pelanggan sebagai bagian dari pekerjaan mereka. Namun, pelanggan dan atasan tidak selalu mendukung karyawan frontliner hotel. Hal ini sering mengakibatkan emosi negatif, seperti marah, takut, dan cemas, yang kemudian memengaruhi kondisi psikologis karyawan frontliner hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah insivilitas pelanggan dan insivilitas supervisor yang bertindak sebagai moderator mengakibatkan gangguan pada kondisi psikologis karyawan frontliner hotel melalui emosi negatif (marah, takut, dan cemas). Data penelitian diambil menggunakan survei kuisioner dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 273 responden dari karyawan frontliner hotel di Indonesia, Malaysia dan Singapura. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode process bootstrap moderated mediation. Hasil analisis penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa insivilitas pelanggan dan insivilitas supervisor dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya kondisi psikologis karyawan frontliner hotel melalui emosi negatif (marah, takut, cemas). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan manajemen dan memberikan wawasan terkait pengaruh insivilitas pelanggan dengan efek moderasi insivilitas atasan pada kondisi psikologis karyawan frontliner hotel. Kata kunci: Moderator, Mediator, Psikologis, Pelanggan, Supervisor, Karyawan frontliner hotel

Abstract

This study in the background backs by the reality of a teacher doing teaching only the obligations and duties aseducators, do not have the skill and professionalism in carrying out his duties as a teacher, to further enhance students’creativity, so as to achieve the goals, whether the purpose of National Education and school goals.The problem in thisresearch is how the efforts of teachers in developing students’ creativity on the subjects of PAI class XI SMA N 1 CentralBengkulu Regency.There are two objectives in this study are: (1) Generate methods, ways, ideas, as well as efforts indeveloping the creativity of the students so that learning situation is more lively and fun. (2) .Increase effectiveness ofstudents so that student achievement can be improved. The method used is descriptive qualitative method.The results ofthis study explains that the development of student creativity on the subjects of PAI in SMA N 1 Central Bengkulu district,using the method of lecture, discussion, question and answer, tasks, and demonstrations. The media used is wifi, infokus,power point and sculpture. While the model used by teachers PAI is a jigsaw learning, the power of two, and practice.Theschool environment is very supportive of teachers PAI study of creativity by providing complete facilities and infrastructure.The skills of the students covering the skills to read the Qur’an properly, hosted, calligraphy and decoration itself in themosque, and conduct other religious activities.It is evident from the observation of the level of creativity of students beincreased after the efforts made by teachers PAI, using methods, media, and practice some learning model, so the levelof creativity of students is much more increased.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotion and price on purchasing decisions for the M3 Fried Chicken franchise in Tangerang Regency. The method used is Quantitative Research. The sampling method is non propbability. The number of samples in this study was 58 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation and literature study. Then the test tool used was SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) software version 20 with a population and sample of 58 respondents. The research results show that there is a partial T influence of promos and prices on purchasing decisions. Promotion with a value of 3,835 then a price of 2,353 is greater than the T table of 2.004 and is significantly smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the promotion and price variables influence the purchasing decision variable. The results of this research are simultaneous with a calculated F value of 63,610 which is greater than F table 3.16, so the promotion and price variables have a joint influence on the purchasing decision variable. It can be concluded based on the research results that promotion and price on purchasing decisions have a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract

Financial risk management in the creative industry, especially in multimedia companies in Indonesia, is important to maintain the sustainability and stability of the company. This research aims to identify the types of financial risks faced by multimedia companies, including liquidity, market, credit, and operational risks. The method used is a quantitative survey with questionnaires distributed to financial managers and related executives. The results show that multimedia companies often face high revenue volatility and reliance on projects, which increases liquidity and operational risks. Additionally, good risk disclosure can increase transparency and investor confidence. These findings provide insights for companies to adopt effective risk mitigation strategies to increase company value and competitiveness in the market.
