Abstract

Every entrepreneur plays a role as an agent of change in developing a business, the ability of entrepreneur to look for business opportunities that create value that can increase orgnaizational sustainability. Entrepreneurial spirit can emerge because of the encouragement of trends that occur in the target market. The target market for coffee entrepreneurs is also triggered by changes in customer behaviors trends, especially millennials, which are identical to the internet. The purpose of this research is to analysis how spirit the entrepreneur coffee to go in attaching millenials in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive discussion. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, and literature studies from books, journals, and documents related to research discussions. The results of the study show that millenials are the main target for coffee entrepreneurs and proactive attitude,innovations, and collaborations of the entrepreneur is the major successul indicator for their success in digital and pandemic era.

Abstract

Corporate values ​​are very important in a company, especially in the hospitality sector, especially at the Aston Pasteur Hotel Bandung. long-term goals in the company. The method used in this study is a qualitative method or based on existing data and theory, which is in accordance with the Aston Pasteur Bandung Corporate Values ​​Guidelines, besides that it can also be seen or analyzed from the daily life of the staff whether they apply the Company Values. or not in the Aston Pasteur environment. From this Company Value Analysis, it can be concluded that Corporate Value has a very important role for Aston Pasteur in order to encourage Aston Pasteur to further develop and advance, because guests who come to Aston Pasteur Hotel will assess and see how the overall way or behavior of the staff in serving, can be seen from small things such as friendliness, enthusiasm to serve guests, service excellence and others. How important is Corporate Values ​​to improve employee performance at the Hotel, namely Aston Pasteur Bandung, so that Aston can develop and be known by many people and trusted by consumers. Therefore, it can be concluded that Corporate Values ​​Analysis is very influential on employee performance, especially at Aston Pasteur Hotel Bandung.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia di setiap perusahaan memiliki hak untuk berkembang dan setiap perusahaan memiliki peraturan yang berbeda. Perusahaan yang ideal pasti memiliki standar operational procedure dalam mendukung terjadinya pengembangan karir. PT PLN (Persero) Pusharlis mempunyai sistem penilaian bernama manajemen talenta. Penilaian tersebut berbentuk kinerja tahunan yang dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu kinerja semester 1 dan 2. Terdapat juga beberapa tahapan yang karyawan dapat lakukan untuk meningkatkan karirnya yaitu assessment, uji portopolio kompetensi, project assigment, fit and proper test, dan komite appraisal. Tujuan penulis melaksanakan penelitian di PT PLN (Persero) Pusharlis karena PT PLN (Persero) Pusharlis adalah salah satu BUMN terbesar di Indonesia yang memiliki program career path yang menunjang bagi staf administrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi literatur dari buku-buku dan jurnal, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Career path di PT PLN (Persero) Pusharlis sudah menerapkan sistem manajemen dengan adil sehingga kesempatan untuk berkembang sangat tinggi. Alangkah lebih baik untuk lebih banyak memotivasi karyawan agar bisa terus berkembang.

Abstract

Hotel Novotel Bandung merupakan hotel bintang 4 yang bergerak di bidang jasa akomodasi. Untuk keberlangsungan operasional perusahaan agar lebih produktif, pada setiap tahunnya terbantu oleh adanya trainee yang sedang melaksanakan On the Job Training (OJT). Untuk meningkatkan keahlian dan kemampuan trainee maka perusahaan melakukan proses pelatihan dan pengembangan secara berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program pelatihan dan pengembangan dalam meningkatkan soft skills trainee di Hotel Novotel Bandung. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif dengan studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi yang komprehensif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan di Novotel Bandung yaitu On the job training sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan yaitu metode pelatihan, understudies, coaching, dan counseling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan diberikannya pelatihan dan pengembangan oleh perusahaan, trainee memiliki pengetahuan, kemampuan dan keterampilan sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Namun demikian penulis menyarankan agar perusahaan memberikan sarana dan fasilitas untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan bagi trainee serta jam kerja, tanggung jawab pekerjaan yang sesuai.

Abstract

Korean Pop or what we often hear is K-Pop is a pop music genre originating from South Korea. Korean Pop and Korean Drama are two inseparable aspects of the Korean Wave, which has spread to various countries, one of which is Indonesia. With the very rapid development of technology, it makes it easier for people to obtain information, one of which is the spread of Kpop music. Dress styles, dance styles and KPop music cause teenagers to become fanatical about the Kpop idols they idolize. Bandung, with its wealth of creativity, also has a community of Korean lovers. Initially this community was formed through the Line group as an information medium. This KPop Dancer Group is called ethereal. This community was formed as a forum for those who like KPop. This qualitative research uses a symbolic interactionism approach which seeks to understand human behavior from the subject's perspective. The results of this research obtained are ethereal symbolic interaction patterns which are divided into two, namely verbal and non-verbal symbols. Verbal symbols such as popular Korean words and symbols used by K-Popers dancers in interacting with their identity such as pins, clothes and also attributes used when participating in events.

Abstract

Digital tarsformation has become a strategic necessity for State Owned Enterprises (SOS) in enhancing corporate value and service quality to stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the ASABRI Mobile application in improving the corporate value of PT ASABRI (Persero). Bandung Branch Office, through the lens of the SOE core value known as AKHLAK an acronym for Amanah (Trustworthy), Kompeten (Competent), Harmonis (Harmonious), loyal (Loyal), Adaptif (Adaptive), and Kolaboratif (Collaborative). The research uses a qualitative approach, incorporating direct observation and secondary data analysis from relevant literature and user reviews on digital platforms. Findigs indicate that although the ASABRI Mobile application has been downloaded over one million times, user satisfactions remains low, with 66% of respondent expressing dissatisfaction due to technical issues such and OTP delays, login failures, unresponsive features, and PIN memorability problems. These challenges reflect the suboptimal internalization of AKHLAK values in the digital service process. The misalignment between ideal corporate values and digital implementation risk weakening public perception and diminishing long term corporate value. This study recommends systematic improvements, including the optimization of digital infrastructure, implementation of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), and the enhancement of technical competencies among human resources. Consequently, digitalization can serve as a catalyst for sustainable enhancement of corporate value within PT ASABRI (Persero).

Abstract

Human resources are the driving force of a company to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Harmonization of the relationship between management and employees needs to be fostered and improved from time to time. PT Pos Indonesia as a government-owned company developed a strategy in the form of implementing a number of employee relations activities to increase employee engagement. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method obtained through field observations and literature studies. The results showed that the employee relations activities planned by PT Pos Indonesia were in the form of education and training programs, award programs, and special events programs that could increase employee performance and engagement with the company. The largest participation in employee relations activities is a special program, while the most influential dimension of employee engagement is the Vigor dimension, which is the delivery of energy from employees to do their work with enthusiasm and willingness. Other positive impacts that are felt directly by employees have increased work motivation, a sense of respect, a positive work climate, and high loyalty.
