Abstract

ABSTRAKKesulitan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online selama era new normal menjadi perhatian khusus dunia pendidikan. Hal tersebut terjadi karena perubahan system pendidikan selama masa pandemi khususnya di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan-kesulitan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online di era new normal dan mengetahui pengaruh kesulitan tersebut terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah mix method dengan menggabungkan metode kualitatif dan kuantitif. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar mahasiswa dengan mengumpulkan data secara wawancara dan angket. Metode kuantitaf juga digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar TA 2019/2020 Genap dan TA 2020/2021 Ganjil. Analisis data kualitatif dengan cata mengorganisi data, menjabarkan data, melakukan penggolongan, memilih hal-hal yang akan dikaji untuk membuat kesimpulan. Analisis data kuantitatif dengan software SPSS 19 untuk menghitung presentase, rata-rata standar deviasi dan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan berbagai kesulitan belajar mahasiswa selama pembelajaran online. Data hasil belajar juga menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,743 lebih dari 0,05 (sig > 0,05) sehingga dinyatakan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar TA 2019/2020 Genap dan hasil belajar TA 2020/2021 Ganjil.Kata Kunci: Kesulitan Mahasiswa, Pembelajaran Online, Hasil Belajar, Era New Normal ABSTRACTThe difficulties of students in online learning during the new normal era are of particular concern to the world of education. This happened because of changes in the education system during the pandemic, especially in universities. This study aims to determine the difficulties of students in online learning in the new normal era and to determine the effect of these difficulties on student learning outcomes. This type of research is a mix method by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative methods are used to determine student learning difficulties by collecting data through interviews and questionnaires. The quantitative method is also used to see the difference in learning outcomes for the 2019/2020 Even and the 2020/2021 Odd academic year. Qualitative data analysis by organizing data, describing data, classifying, selecting things to be studied to make conclusions. Quantitative data analysis using SPSS 19 software to calculate percentage, mean standard deviation and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The results showed that various student learning difficulties were found during online learning. The learning outcome data also shows a significance value of 0.743 more than 0.05 (sig > 0.05) so it is stated that there is no significant difference between the learning outcomes of the 2019/2020 Even academic year and the learning outcomes of the 2020/2021 odd academic year.Keywords: Student Difficulties, Online Learning, Learning Outcomes, New Normal Era

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis Community Service began with field observations about the Women Farmers Group whose marketing of agricultural products was less productive and the pandemic that hit in early 2020. The agricultural sector was also affected, especially the Hayak Tamara Women's Farmer Group which is located in the city of Palangkaraya which is a bit far away. from the city. In addition, the Hayak Tamara Women's Farmer's Group lacks productive human resources who can help market their agricultural products optimally. Central Kalimantan runs the Food Barn Program. One of them is on this basis that the dedication team will carry out some ongoing mentoring and empowerment. How is this as a strengthening of Human Resources in the Hayak Tamara Women's Farmer Group so that they are productive in maximizing their farming results in an effective, efficient and independent manner. How does this service team have a responsibility to help this community business group to have motivation in marketing their agricultural products through Digital Marketing in a sustainable manner after the pandemic. From this service, it will bring the Hayak Tamara Women's Farmer Group to be an example of KWT that is independent in marketing products digitally and contributes greatly with other farmer groups and the Government in sustainable development in the Agricultural Sector.Keywords: Capacity Building, Women Farmers Group, Digital Marketing, Sustainable Development, PandemicABSTRAKPengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berawal dari observasi di Lapangan tentang Kelompok Wanita Tani yang pemasaran hasil tani nya kurang produktif dan ditambah lagi pandemi yang melanda pada awal tahun 2020. Sektor pertanian pun ikut terdampak terutama Kelompok Wanita Tani Hayak Tamara yang berada di kota Palangkaraya yang agak jauh dari perkotaan. Ditambah lagi Kelompok Wanita Tani Hayak Tamara ini kekurangan SDM yang produktif yang dapat membantu pemasaran produksi hasil taninya secara maksimal. Kalimantan Tengah menjalankan Program Lumbung Pangan. Salah satunya atas dasar inilah yang melandaskan tim pengbadian akan melakukan beberapa pendampingan dan pemberdayaan secara berkelanjutan. Bagaimana ini sebagai penguatan Sumber Daya Manusia di Kelompok Wanita Tani Hayak Tamara agar produktif dalam memaksimalkan hasil taninya secara efektif, efisien dan  berkemandirian. Bagaimana tim pengabdian ini memiliki tanggungjawab untuk membantu kelompok usaha kemasyarakatan ini agar memiliki motivasi dalam memasarkan produk hasil taninya melalui Digital Marketing secara berkelanjutan pasca pandemi. Dari pengabdian ini nantinya akan membawa Kelompok Wanita Tani Hayak Tamara menjadi salah satu contoh KWT yang berkemandirian dalam memasarkan produk secara digital serta turut berkontribusi besar bersama kelompok tani lainnya dan Pemerintah dalam pembangunan secara berkelanjutan di Sektor Pertanian.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Kapasitas, Kelompok Wanita Tani, Digital Marketing, Pembangunan Berkelanjutan, Pandemi

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pembuatan media flipbook bagi Guru-guru di SLBN-2 Palangkaraya. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah Guru-guru di SLBN-2 Palangkaraya. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah dan Sekretaris Dikdasmen bahwa belum pernah diadakannya pelatihan media pembelajaran, khususnya flipbook dan sebanyak 85% guru belum pernah menggunakan media flipbook dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan menawarkan pelatihan yang komprehensif dimulai dari pemahaman tentang literasi media, pentingnya media pembelajaran, pemberian materi mengeni media flipbook, cara membuat media flipbook sesuai dengan langkah- langkah yang telah dijelaskan dan cara penggunaan media flipbook dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Oktober 2021. Target luaran kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa jasa dan publikasi. Luaran jasa berupa paparan materi mengenai melalui pelatihan pembuatan media flipbook . Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu : 1) Paparan materi tentang literasi media, 2) Paparan materi tentang media pembelajaran, 3) Paparan materi tentang media flipbook , 4) penyelesaian dan publish media flipbook.

Abstract

ABSTRAKReformasi di bidang pendidikan, secara otomatis memunculkan kreatifitas, yang digagas oleh sumber daya manusia yang cerdas dan berkualitas. Seiring melesatnya capaian yang terjadi pada teknologi digital maka fokus penelitian ini adalah pengembangan bahan ajar Bahasa Inggris untuk kelas V Sekolah Dasar berbasis multimedia menggunakan flip pdf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar Bahasa Inggris yang menyenangkan dan mudah dipahami sehingga mendukung proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini, mengacu pada metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Desain penelitian yang diadopsi dan dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah metode 5 langkah penelitian dan pengembangan Borg & Gall.  Tahapan pengembangan pada penelitian ini  dilakukan sampai tahapan revisi produk (main product revision). Keputusan ini diambil karena pertimbangan waktu dan biaya yang terbatas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung menggunakan alat bantu pengumpul data berupa lembar validasi dengan skala Likert untuk ahli materi dengan indikator kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan siswa kelas V SD dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris tematik dan ahli media dengan indikator kemudahan dalam penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis multimedia. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa untuk pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris tematik. Data kuantitatif penilaian para ahli, dianalisa secara deskriptive hingga ditemukan persentase kelayakan bahan ajar pada materi Bahasa Inggris kelas V SD. Berdasarkan pada penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, dihasilkanlah bahan ajar elektronik. Pengembangan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis multimedia yang dilakukan, memiliki kualitas sebagai berikut; kategori layak dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 76,83% menurut ahli materi karena isi sesuai dengan kebutuhan capaian pembelajaran siswa SD kelas V dan sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar 89,05% menurut ahli media karena media ini praktis dalam penggunaannya baik bagi guru maupun siswa.Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar, Bahasa Inggris, Multimedia, PengembanganABSTRACTThe uniqueness of reform in the field of education automatically creates creative, intelligent, and quality human resources. Given the rapid development of digital technology, this research is in the form of developing multimedia-based electronic teaching materials using flip pdf in English subjects. This research aimed to develop electronic English teaching materials as support for learning. Methodology used in this research is R&D, which follows 5 steps or stages of research and development refers to the Borg & Gall method. In this research, the development stage is carried out to the main product revision stage. This consideration was made due to time and cost constraints. The data collection technique used is an indirect communication technique with a data collection tool, namely a material and media expert validation sheet with a Likert scale. The data obtained then processed and analyzed based on the students’ need in English thematic teaching learning acivity. Based on the research that has been done, electronic teaching materials have been produced. The quality of the development of multimedia-based electronic teaching materials developed is categorized as feasible according to material experts with an average percentage of 76.83% because the materials were suitable for the students’ needs and according to media experts, it is very feasible with a percentage of 89.05%, because of its’ practical and easy to use for both students and the teacher. Keywords:Teaching Materials, English, Multimedia, Development

Abstract

ABSTRACTAfter the COVID-19 pandemic ends, teachers must maximize the use of ICT-based learning media in the learning process. To facilitate this, various efforts are needed, including the use of ICT-based learning media. Improving teacher competence and skills in utilizing ICT-based learning media is very important, so training is held on the creation and use of ICT-based learning media, especially Google Sites. This training was conducted at Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya High School on March 17 2023, aiming to improve the competence of Muhammadiyah High School teachers in Palangka Raya in using Google Sites as a learning medium. This training consists of two stages, namely the delivery of material and hands-on practice in creating and using Google Sites. The methods used in this training are lectures, questions and answers, and experiments. This training was attended by 20 Muhammadiyah high school teachers from the city of Palangka Raya with great enthusiasm. This training succeeded in increasing the knowledge, competence and skills of participants in creating and using Google Sites as learning media.Keywords: Google Sites, ICT, SMA MuhammadiyahABSTRAKSetelah masa pandemi COVID-19 berakhir, para guru harus memaksimalkan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk memudahkan hal tersebut, dibutuhkan berbagai upaya, termasuk penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT. Meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT sangatlah penting, sehingga diadakan pelatihan tentang pembuatan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT, khususnya Google Sites. Pelatihan ini dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya pada tanggal 17 Maret 2023, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru SMA Muhammadiyah di Palangka Raya dalam menggunakan Google Sites sebagai media pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini terdiri dari dua tahap, yaitu penyampaian materi dan praktek langsung dalam membuat dan menggunakan Google Sites. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, dan eksperimen. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 20 orang guru SMA Muhammadiyah se-kota Palangka Raya dengan antusiasme yang tinggi. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, kompetensi, dan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat dan menggunakan Google Sites sebagai media pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Google Sites, ICT, SMA Muhammadiyah

Abstract

The transformation of Muhammadiyah Organization values must be guaranteed to every citizen, whether at the level of leadership, cadres, members and even sympathizers. The form of cadre in the form of Baitul Arqam must be held at all levels in each region. This study generally aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Baitul Arqam program evaluation for teachers and employees in elementary and middle schools in the Muhammadiyah area of Palangka Raya City. The approach used in this research is the CIPP evaluation model. The research subjects came from all elements involved in the Baitul Arqam program for Elementary and Middle School Employees in Central Kalimantan, namely: 1) Principal; 2) Teacher; and 3) Education Personnel. The techniques used in this research are interviews. Checking the validity of the data was also carried out by confirming the data to the Muhammadiyah Central Kalimantan Regional Leadership for Primary and Secondary Education. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Analysis of the needs and goals and objectives of the program in the context component in the excellent category. (2) The strategy on the input aspect is included in a good category. (3) the implementation of activities in the process aspect is in a good category. (4) The product of the program is in a good category. The conclusion of this evaluation is the Baitul Arqam program for teachers and employees in elementary and middle schools in the Muhammadiyah area of Palangka Raya City will continue with several improvements.

Abstract

Educational philosophy subject is one of mandatory subject that should be taken by student in the first semester of Primary Teacher Education Program in University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya. In fact, many students complained about difficulties in understanding the content of this subject. Cooperative learning by using storytelling method is one of the methodologies that can be used in teaching learning process. There are no previous research results that examine the cooperative learning model using the storytelling method, so researchers are interested in researching the implementation of the cooperative learning model using the storytelling method in improving student learning outcomes. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which focuses on efforts to improve student learning outcomes in educational philosophy subject. This research consist of 2 cycles, In cycle 1 students have not been able to reach the criteria for completion that has been determined. The class average score is 70, with learning completion was 62% or as many as 26 students from total 42 students. Therefore, cycle II has to be taken by the researcher, and as the result of cycle II the students has achieved the criteria for completion that were previously determined, with average score obtained was 85, 85% of students completed their studies (36 students from total 42 students).
