Abstract

Tujuan_penelitian ini untuk mengukur produktivitas kerja bagian produksi di PT Akur pratama dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pada PT Akur pratama Desain/Metode_Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif kuantitatif Temuan_Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan valid dan reliable. Kondisi produktivitas kerja pada divisi produksi pt.akur pratama baik,atau sudah baik dilihat dari lima indikator Implikasi_Secara teoritis,penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pembembangan untuk peneliti selanjutnya.Secara praktis, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menganalisis dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pada divisi produksi di pt.akur pratama Originalitas_Penelitian mengenai produktivitas kerja belum pernah dilakukan di divisi produksi pt.akur pratama Tipe Penelitian_Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi empiris

Abstract

Tujuan_Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi Disiplin, Kepuasan dan Kinerja Karyawan serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Disiplin dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Weaving secara Simultan dan Parsial di PT Famatex ii Desain/Metode_Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan weaving di PT Famatex II Jl. AH. Nasution No. 272 Bandung, dimana dalam hal ini penulis mengambil sample sebanyak 60 orang responden dari 154 populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear. Temuan_ hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa persamaan regresi yang terbentuk adalah Y=0,203+0,605β1+0,248β2+ε. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar dibandingkan dengan variable-variabel bebas lainnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi_Hasil dari penelitian bisa memberikan kontribusi dalam pengambilan keputusan di PT Famatex ii Originalitas_Penelitian yang dilakukan terkait Disiplin, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja di PT Famatex ii Tipe Penelitian_Studi Literatur

Abstract

This research provides a comprehensive analysis of e-procurement systems in the procurement of goods and services. In the digital era, technological advances have brought significant transformations, especially in the procurement process. This study explores the concept of e-procurement which refers to the online procurement process. The research methodology used is qualitative, using an inductive approach to gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter. The study discusses in detail the principles of e-procurement, the standard procedures involved in procuring goods and services, and the various benefits of the e-procurement process. It also evaluates the effectiveness of e- procurement in the procurement of goods and services. The study concludes that e- procurement, by harnessing the power of technology, greatly simplifies the procurement process. This simplification results in financial savings, time efficiency, and labor reduction, thereby improving the overall effectiveness of the procurement process.

Abstract

Procurement is one of the results of the use of internet-based information technology in efforts to carry out the process of procuring goods and services starting from the source search process, negotiation, ordering, receiving, to re-inspection after purchase both separately and simultaneously. so that it is more integrated, effective and efficient. This research was conducted with the aim of seeing, studying, finding out what benefits are obtained from the results of internet-based information technology, namely E-Procurement, in the procurement process. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study or research review data collection techniques, namely reviewing and re-analyzing previous scientific research related to the benefits of using e-procurement. The results of this research are that e-procurement has many benefits and is better than conventional procurement which can be used as an indicator for assessing the performance of E-Procurement which has the benefits of being effective, efficient, transparent, accountable and can support the smooth process of procuring goods and services. monitoring process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of government procurement of goods and services using the Balanced Scorecard approach. By using the literature or literature study method, a technique for collecting data is by conducting a review study of books, literature, notes and reports that are related to this problem. Based on the research results, it shows that in general, the procurement performance can be considered quite good. Several aspects have been assessed positively. Financial performance shows a high level of budget realization and efficient use of resources. From a customer perspective, the level of customer satisfaction is also quite good, reaching 85%. Meanwhile, from an internal business process perspective, the efficiency of procurement of goods and services reached 95%. From a growth and learning perspective, efforts to improve performance have produced positive results.

Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia Government Goods and Services Procurement Policy Agency or LKPP RI for short. LKPP has made a big leap in the development of the e-catalog system by starting to involve SOEs. This research focuses on discussing the requirements and steps for business actors to become e-catalog providers. This research uses the literature study method. The results of this study found that the requirements for business qualifications for electronic catalog providers have six qualifications whose final decision is made by the head of LKPP. There are several criteria that must be met by business actors if they want to register their business in the LKPP e-catalog. There are two types of goods and services received, namely, first general goods and services including goods and services needed by K / L, standard or standardizable goods / services, and recurring goods / services needs. The second type of innovation products, namely products determined by the Minister / Head of the Institution in charge of government affairs in the field of research, development, assessment, and application as well as integrated invention and innovation.

Abstract

Managing efficiency in the procurement of goods and services in non-profit organizations is a crucial aspect in supporting the continuity and sustainability of social missions. In the era of globalization and digital transformation, the role of Information Technology (IT) cannot be ignored. Non-profit organizations are often faced with challenges in improving procurement efficiency, including managing limited resources and limited access to the latest information. The main objective of this research is to analyze and document the impact of applying Information Technology in improving the efficiency of procurement of goods and services in non-profit organizations profit. The research design that can be used is a case study or field experiment. The results of this research show that the adoption of Information Technology (IT) in the procurement of goods and services in non-profit organizations makes a significant contribution to operational efficiency and achieving humanitarian goals. This success depends not only on the technology itself, but also on the organization's commitment to continuously developing IT policies and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana peran desain buku fiksi, terutama buku hardcover dan softcover terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan pendekatan AIDDA+ (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action, dan Perception). Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap konsumen di Gramedia Supratman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain sampul berperan dalam menarik perhatian dan meningkatkan minat awal, tetapi harga, kenyamanan, dan tujuan penggunaan lebih banyak mempengaruhi keputusan akhir. Kolektor lebih suka hardcover karena kesan eksklusif dan daya tahannya, sementara softcover lebih disukai karena harganya yang lebih murah dan fleksibilitasnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengalaman dan evaluasi pasca-pembelian memengaruhi keputusan pembelian selanjutnya. Ini karena teori AIDDA tidak selalu mengikuti secara linear keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulannya, meskipun faktor keuangan dan kebiasaan pembeli masih menjadi pertimbangan utama saat melakukan pembelian, desain buku memainkan peran penting dalam pemasaran. Akibatnya, penerbit harus memadukan strategi harga yang tepat dan visual yang menarik untuk meningkatkan penjualan..
