Abstract

There is an interesting phenomenon in mushalla Al-Kautsar MAN Kotawaringin Timur, Central Kalimantan at each first break. Not a few students and students come to the mushalla to perform Dhuha prayer, which is one of the sunnah prayers performed around the sun begins to rise until the time of Dhuhr. The students came one by one to the mushalla, took ablution water and performed Dhuha prayers between two and eight rak'ahs. This phenomenon shows the growth and development of students' spiritual attitudes, which at the next level grow and develop also the social attitudes of students. So that the strength of character of the students of MAN Kotawaringin Timur. The issues raised in this study are: first; what is the motivation of students to perform Dhuha prayers. Second; what character strengths appear in students after diligently performing Dhuha prayers? The methodology used in this study relies on the paradigm of social definition, with verstehen (interpretative understanding) method. While the approach used is phenomenological approach. The results of this study showed that the motivation of students to perform Dhuha prayers include: to draw closer to God, to feel calm, to refresh the body. The strength of character that arises include: courage, integrity, hope, vitality, and spirituality.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the effect of learning motivation to the learning difficulties in eight class at smp negeri 3 sampit in the academic year 2016/2017. Population in this study are all Class VIII of at SMP Negeri 3 Sampit totaling 286 students, which later than 286 students 114 students were acquired as the sample with techniques propotional simple random sampling for 2 weeks. Data learning motivation to the learning difficulties obtained from questionnaires, which is obtained meet regulations questionnaire validity and reliability instrument. Analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression, meet regulations classic assumption test (normality, linearity, and autocorrelation, T test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the analysis, obtained t_count equal to 8,256, because t_count>t_table (8,256 > 1,984) then the hypothesis is accepted, that there is an the effect on learning motivation learning difficulties in eigth classat SMP Negeri 3 Sampit in the academic year 2016/2017. While coefficient of determination of 0,378 which means that in this study the effect if learning motivation 37,8% to learning difficulties satisfaction.

Abstract

To undergo a five-day school there is a need for learning readiness from the students concerned. This research was conducted to determine the learning readiness of students undergoing five-day school in Sampit 1 Junior High School.The population in this study were students of the 8th grade 2018/2019 Middle School 1 grade, which numbered 278 students and were taken as a sample of 72 students using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The results of quantitative descriptive analysis show that the readiness of students to undergo a five-day school in SMP Negeri 1 Sampit has a high category with a percentage of 23.61%, a medium category with a percentage of 62.50% and a low category with a percentage of 13.89%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services Junior High School in the city of Sampit. This type of study is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this study is the counseling teachers. The collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The were analyzed through data reduction this study using triangulation techniques sources and methods.The study results show that the analysis of the implementation of Guidance and Kounseling junior high schools in Sampit in at Baamang and Ketapang can be concluded that the implementation of Guidance and Counseling services Junior High School in Sampit as a whole enough optimal.

Abstract

Guru profesional memiliki keahlian, tanggungjawab dan rasa kesejawatan yang didukung oleh etika profesi yang kuat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru di SMA Negeri 4 Sampit tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMA Negeri 4 Sampit yang berjumlah 29 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru di SMA Negeri 4 Sampit tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 memiliki kompetensi profesional didominasi dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 19 responden dengan persentase 65,52%.

Abstract

Motivation is very important in students to increase interest in learning. In fact there are students who do have low motivation in learning which impacts on their learning outcomes. This study aims to improve low learning motivation at MA Nurul Ummah sampit by applying a Behavioral approach. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. Data collection in this study uses interview, observation and documentation. The object of this study is low learning motivation. The subject of this study was one of the XII students at MA Nurul Ummah Sampit. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. For data validity checking techniques are using source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the application of Behavioral techniques succeeded in increasing low learning motivation. The increase in motivation of students from low categories becomes a high category after carrying out individual counseling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of parental attention to student learning motivation in the class XI IPA at SMA 2 Sampit in The Year of 2015/2016. Population in this study all students of grade XI IPA in SMA 2 Sampit as many as 195 students. The samples in this study was using the Simple Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 49 students. The research instrument using a questionnaire with Likert Scale. Test the validity using Product Moment Correlation formula, while the reability test in this study using the formula Coeffecient Alpha Cronbach. Technique of data analisys used is simple regression analisys and hypothesis test processed with SPSS for windows version 20. The results of research show that there is influence of parents attention to students motivation to study class XI IPA at SMA 2 Sampit in The Year of 2015/2016. The magnitude of the influence of parents attention to student learning motivation is 17% and the remaining 83% is obtained from other factors that can not be researched in this study.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period in which decision making is increased. Decisions taken are decisions that determine their future. When facing a situation like this many teenagers cannot explore their choices. This study aims to address career decision making for students at MA Nurul Ummah Sampit by applying the Trait and Factor approach. This study is a qualitative descriptive research with case study approach. The data collection in this study is using interview and observation method. The results of this study indicate that applying of trait and factor approach successfully overcome difficulties in career decision making. The increase in students' career decision making from the low category becomes a very high category after individual counseling.

Abstract

Kepuasan siswa ditentukan dari  fasilitas yang disediakan pihak sekolah.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasaan siswa terhadap fasilitas disekolah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK Muhammadiyah Sampit yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif  yang dibantu dengan SPSS 15.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan siswa berada dikategori puas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui program SPSS versi 15 diperoleh nilai kepuasan siswa jurusan teknik komunikasi jaringan Kelas XII terhadap fasilitas laboratorium komputer di  SMK Muhammadiyah Sampit Tahun Pelajaran2017/2018 berada pada kategori puas sebanyak 26 siswa atau 72,22 %, dan nilai mean tertinggi yaitu pada Aspek keyakinan sebesar 3,34, dan nilai mean terendah pada aspek keandalan 3,31.

Abstract

student perception about religious education of islami some factors. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence perception about religious education of islami, with the sample the study were students of class XI SMK Negeri 3 Sampit of 70 students. Methods in this study using quantitative methods. Results of research based student perception about religious education of islami is good enough that dominated enough influenced by psychology factor, family factor and cultural factor with percentage 69%, with number of respondent 48 from total of respondent 70.
