Abstract

This study aims to investigate the thought construction of the leaders of three countries, namely Indonesia, the United States and Russia about women's leadership. This research was done by descriptive method. The data for this study was obtained from the official tweets of the presidents of three countries on Twitter. The keywords in the data search were: leadership, women, politics, human rights, and justice. Data analysis was carried out with the Nvivo 12 Pro. The results show that Joe Biden has a stronger thinking construct about women's state leadership with as many as 51, discussed by Joko Widodo in the second position with as many as 49 and Vladimir Putin in the last position with as many as 25. This also answers the thesis that with a liberal democratic system more open to women's leadership compared to the Pancasila democratic system and socialist democracy.

Abstract

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Program in Enhancing Community Welfare. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of corporate social responsibility program at PT. Arara Abadi in improving the welfare of the community. Informants in this study are implementing corporate social responsibility program of PT. Arara Abadi and village government officials, village communities. Data collection technique were interview, observation and documentation. Analysis of data through the process of presenting the data, data reduction and conclusion. The research found that the implementation of corporate social responsibility program at PT. Arara Abadi in improving the welfare of people in Pelalawan 2015 has been running pretty well. But the benefits of this program can not be enjoyed by the whole group policy goals.

Abstract

Rendahnya budaya literasi Indonesia menurut penelitian dari UNESCO, membuat pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mencanangkan gerakan literasi di sekolah. Namun pada kenytaananya gerakan ini kurang berjalan dengan lancar. Masih rendahnya budaya literasi siswa disekolah karena minimnya tekadan untuk siswa yang memiliki jiwa budaya literasi yang tinggu. Guru seharusnya dapat menjadi teladan dalam menciptakan semangat budaya literasi di sekolah. Namun kenyataannya banyak guru yang memiliki budaya literasi yang rendah. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Color Note dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif metode yang dapat mendukung gerakan literasi yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah. Aplikasi ini merupakan aplikasi smartphone berbasis android, sehingga praktis dan dapat digunakan kapan dan dimana saja.
