Abstract

This study aims to investigate the thought construction of the leaders of three countries, namely Indonesia, the United States and Russia about women's leadership. This research was done by descriptive method. The data for this study was obtained from the official tweets of the presidents of three countries on Twitter. The keywords in the data search were: leadership, women, politics, human rights, and justice. Data analysis was carried out with the Nvivo 12 Pro. The results show that Joe Biden has a stronger thinking construct about women's state leadership with as many as 51, discussed by Joko Widodo in the second position with as many as 49 and Vladimir Putin in the last position with as many as 25. This also answers the thesis that with a liberal democratic system more open to women's leadership compared to the Pancasila democratic system and socialist democracy.

Abstract

In addition to have an important meaning for the college, where the journal is also important for teachers who take shelter in it. For teachers, existence junal can be used as a medium to pour a wide variety of knowledge, ranging from the idea of ​​thinking, nor Mr studies. Various kinds of knowledge that will provide many benefits to the public, both for the world of education mapun general public. It is important for faculty to continue to improve their knowledge and their ability to write journal articles.Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Semarang (Unnes) has had five journals: the Journal of Paramitha, Community Journal, Journal of Social Science Forum, Integralistic Journal, and the Journal of Geography. The fifth journal has been going well. Participation of lecturers in writing in these journals are also high. But the existence of these journals are still to be supported by an increase in the quality and quantity of publications in journals, so the usefulness of the journal for the higher audiences. One way to increase the quality and quantity that can be achieved is by training writing journal articles for lecturers in the FIS Unnes.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the activities carried out by a company as a form of responsibility, where the company has a responsibility towards the social and environmental community around it and the wider community in order to realize shared prosperity. This research will be conducted at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk in Sukajadi Village, Baturaja Timur District, OKU Regency. The determination of the location was carried out intentionally (Purposive) considering that PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk is the main cement factory in South Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The sampling method used in this study is the stratified random sampling method. With a sample of 60 consisting of 30 people who received the CSR program and Employees. Analysis of the data processed in the study is primary and secondary data. The results of the study show the Realization of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk. observations can be concluded that it has been running effectively. Analysis of the effectiveness of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk towards community empowerment is measured based on 6 indicators, namely increasing individual capacity, increasing economic welfare, health and welfare, social and political participation, infrastructure development and equality and inclusion

Abstract

Educators are agents of change who are responsible for meeting the needs of students by seeking the various potentials possessed by students. be it cognitive, affective or psychomotor in accordance with the values ​​of Islamic teachings. Educators occupy their role as one of intellectual formation, morals, and devotion to the Holy Kholik SWT. The research aims to find out HAMKA's thoughts about educational philosophy based on prophetic values. The method in this research uses library research (Library Research). This research uses two types of data sources: primary and secondary. The primary data will use a study of the concept of HAMKA thinking. And the secondary data is from various research journals and books regarding educational philosophy based on prophetic values ​​which are summarized and collected to strengthen theory, a reference for this research. HAMKA's thoughts on educational philosophy based on prophetic values ​​include: Integrating science and morals, humanitarian orientation, critical of secular thinking, the importance of character education.

Abstract

This research examines the understanding of folklore studies within the framework ofMuhammadiyah values using a literature review approach. Through the analysis of ten relatedarticles, this study explores the relationship between folklore and Islamic values, especially in thecontext of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan Education. The research results highlight the diversityof Muhammadiyah values reflected in folklore, including moral values, faith and religiouseducation. In the context of character education, folklore is identified as an effective means ofstrengthening the morality and character of individuals and society. In addition, this researchshows a positive relationship between Muhammadiyah values and Learning Theory andCharacter Education, with the application of learning models that support the development ofstudent creativity and involvement. Students' positive responses to folklore learning show therelevance of this study and strengthening Muhammadiyah values in the educational context. Theresults of this literature show that folklore is not just entertainment, but also has great potentialas a medium for character and moral education that is in line with the values of Al-Islam andKemuhammadiyahan.

Abstract

The economic development of Pemalang Regency holds significant potential, given its abundant natural resources and cultural heritage. However, the region faces challenges in optimizing these assets to reduce inequality and foster inclusive growth. Identifying leading sectors and superior products is crucial for promoting sustainable economic transformation. This study employs Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share (SS), Klassen Typology, and statistic descriptive analysis to assess sectoral performance and prioritize economic development strategies. Data collection involved purposive sampling across all subdistricts, ensuring representativeness and balanced insights. Findings reveal that agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and the financial sector are advanced and fast-growing, while several sectors such as transportation and warehousing are developed but under pressure. Notable products include honey pineaple, coffee, milkfish, textiles, and processed foods, which demonstrate significant growth potential when supported by targeted investments and strategic marketing. It is recommended that policymakers focus on developing infrastructure, fostering innovation, and enhancing human capital to strengthen these key sectors. Furthermore, promoting digital marketing and facilitating partnerships can expand market access and enhance competitiveness, ensuring Pemalang's economic sustainability in the long term.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh penggunaan model PBL dan media konkret eksploratif geometri terhadap kemampuan numerasi siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krengseng 4. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krengseng yang berjumlah 72 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling jenis purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krengseng 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas V .SD Negeri Krengseng 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu berupa tes. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa tes kemampuan numerasi yang berjumlah sepuluh soal berupa soal essay. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik inferensial berupa uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Uji prasyarat berupa uji linieritas, uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model PBL dan media konkret eksploratif geometri pada uji F memiliki nilai sig 0,000 yang artinya hipotesis diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh model PBL dan media konkret eksploratif geometri terhadap kemampuan numerasi siswa pada materi bangun ruang kelas V SD Negeri Krengseng 4.
